Claims adjusters rarely return your calls, one in particular NEVER returns calls. I’ve tried for weeks to get in touch with Alexandria…always goes to voicemail, even during business hours. Never, ever returned my calls!

Not able to talk with anyone at this office. Really wanted to meet who I was trusting with my insurance yrs ago . Just was a problem Ive now saved over 600 a year and really see that I have more coverage .Just meeting with someone is alot

No one looks for another carrier until after a claim.Still no responce re rental reembersment(someone cant count days on a receipt)30$ a day for rental coverage, extras like insuranceare not coveredJust left out taxes and fees charged by rental company areextrasFailed to sort out details with last company a year ago when we changed carriers(home) now having to jump through hoops to get a refund from them...(should have allstate refund last year instead)Not at all impressed. Starts out sounding great. Filling a claim puts that to test.Folks. You dont have to keep an agent to keep coverage company.Walk into any other agents office and FIRE the agent whos not getting it done.Not happy with agent? Others will transfer your account in a hot minute.

I Love allstate havent had any problems, were very quick when I needed a tow truck dropped the car straight to the shop.

Good insurance company....Ive been with them since 2017 and its going well despite the increase a few times but Ive talked to them and they were very courteous in helping me lower my payments....I wish they would offer all there customers months where we wouldnt have to pay insurance but get a full credit for those months to help us out a bit.....that would be cool.....
