I got my eyebrows done yesterday, and I was happy with the results!!! She fixed my left eyebrow because it didn’t have no shape to it. I’m definitely going to keep going here.

Amazing its open on a Sunday. My eyebrows came out amazing and the lady was so gentle and did a absolutely great job, will be coming here again. Love that they have appointments options but also walk-ins are welcome. The person I had her name started with a Jbut I dont want to misspell it.

Does does not listen at all to what you ask of her. I watched her do my friends brows and asked her not to make them thin because she has amazingly beautiful eyebrows and just needed them cleaned up. Instead of listening she took a chunk off her eyebrows and made them half the size they used to be. No apologies or regard for her feelings. We originally asked her to wax them instead and she agreed but once she got in the chair she said threading would be better for her after telling her repeatedly she does not like threading. You cannot make decisions on someone else’s body. Will never be coming here again.

Ive been coming to Soi Brow for about 5 years. This review is overdue! I absolutely love this place. Ive had great experiences and Amy is really good, kind, and professional. She does an excellent job she’s really friendly and always takes care of my brows with the upmost care. Thats important to me because I have curly/coarse hair and shes gentle yet precise. I leave feeling like a brand new person. I 100% recommend Soi Brow.

I have been going there for a very long time. Amy does an excellent job and pays attention to the details. I have noticed that she sanitizes the chair and her hands frequently. Their customer service is good; she checks with you frequently while threading to make sure you are happy with the results. I am a happy customer and will continue going there.

The eyebrows she did good but the waxing was a nightmare, she was very rough and rushing even though I was the only one there at the moment and she wasn’t paying attention to the wax temperature. My usual lady was sick and I tried something new but never again, I wouldn’t recommend.😖

She did my eyebrows, one side thinner then the other. Then she said i see them okay. She didnt even put anything on them. She didnt brush them cut them. She was in a hurry although no one was there. Never will I go back. Now i have to wait for tomrrow and get then fixed.

Not clean didn’t wash hands nor wore gloves. Used her hands to apply product like oil and double dipped wax sticks. Bed you lay on for waxing was dirty asked why and she said they wash the same cloth everyday and it was stained LIES. I went in for 3 services and only got one cause I couldn’t get pass how dirty and unsanitary she was. Mesquite Location!

Very unsanitary do not go! Amy didnt change gloves while doing brows. Made me bleed & just wiped it off didnt take gloves off even after wiping the blood off my face & continued touching everything while she checked me out! When ppl pay with card at the end the machine asks to rate service they say no receipt? And wait for the client to turn away & they rate amazing service or great! I will never go there again!

Love Purvi, I’ve been loyal to her for years! I drive all the way from Plano to Mesquite to get my eyebrows done by her. And she never disappoints. This morning after driving all the way there I completely forgot they were doing appointment only due to covid. She knows how far I drive and still took me even though they were busy as soon as they opened. That’s A+ customer service! I definitely recommend this place!
