I feel my service was rushed. She did not focus on me, busy talking to other customers and trying to get me to get another service she provides. Just needed to get my eyebrows and chin threaded. There is still hair in the middle of my brows, still hair on my chin. She never asked how I wanted my eye brows, she just started doing them. Not pleased and will not be back. For higher prices them their competitors, I expected better service.

This is my second time getting my brows done by Nala and I’m so excited! The first time I got my brows microbladed I couldn’t stop admiring myself in the mirror! Brows really can make a face. Definitely had to come back and will continue to!

Horrible I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I went in and the lady that did my eyebrows seemed to be in such a rush that she made them look extremely thin. Not a good job I usually go here and am happy to go with anyone who can provide me with the service and I’m happy with the rewsults. Not this time they are lucky eyebrows grow back out. I should’ve just listened to my bf he would have done a better job.
