Anthony was amazing! After several bad experiences with other AT&T locations I called this store to make an appointment and Anthony told me to come on in as soon as I could .. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Anthony took care of me making sure he answered all my questions and getting me in the best plan for our family. The store was very clean and everyone kept their distance! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with AT&T
The staff at this store is very helpful unlike others I visited in the area.
I arrived for my scheduled appointment time. There is one person working in the store. There is a sign on the door to wait at the door. The door is locked. The one person is helping someone. It’s cold outside and she doesn’t go to the door to let me in so I can wait inside while she finishes with the customer she is helping. There was no one else in the store so there would have been more than six feet for me to stand away from them. The store didn’t close for another 1 1/2 hours. Won’t be going back to that store.
I went in to deal with, what had become, an extremely high monthly bill after getting quotes from Verizon and TMobile. I was irritated with AT&T as a whole and felt taken advantage of for my years of loyalty.Christie (spelling?) helped me, and she completely flipped my attitude. She not only fixed my problem but offered me a lower rate than any other company Id spoken with that day and broke down my new bill piece by piece. On top of that, she had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable!

Tina did a great job assisting me in purchasing a new phone. She was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I was surprised the store did not have any sanitizer or wipes placed in view of customers, AT&T could use to take additional steps to keep their employees and customers safer during this pandemic.
Tina at AT&T Mesquite completely messed up my account. Kristi, the store manager of AT&T Mesquite, cannot fix my account. The district manager of AT&T Mesquite, Walter Cano, cannot fix my account. Here’s the scoop - when you go to the store to talk to a real person face-to-face about your account, they cannot actually fix it themselves. The employees at the AT&T stores call the exact number the customers call when customers want to inquire about their accounts themselves. So, you’d think the solution would be to skip going to store and call this call-center myself, right? Nope! When I call the number, they tell me that I have to go to the store to get my account fixed. When I go to the store, they tell me to call the number. I cannot stress enough how infuriating this experience has been. I feel like I’m being gaslighted by everyone at AT&T. And honestly, I hate Verizon and I’ve never even tried T-Mobile, but at this point, I’d recommend giving them a shot instead of AT&T because AT&T seems to have resorted to using skeevy Comcast-like tactics. And if you do decide to go with AT&T, do so at your own risk. I strongly recommend you go to any store other than the AT&T in Mesquite or the AT&T in Garland.The worst part is that AT&T doesn’t care about their customers. It’s so disappointing. I’ve been with AT&T since I was a teenager. The ONLY person that has ever apologized to me about this at AT&T Mesquite was Anthony and he’s a rep that’s not even involved in my situation but he cared. Tina never apologized. The manager, Kristi, never apologized, and the DM, Walter Cano, never apologized for this horrible mixup. In fact, I was told Walter, the district manager, would be calling me personally and that never happened. The second I leave the store, despite there being a known issue with my account, I am forgotten. They’ll do the same to you. Keep an eye on your accounts, y’all.Oh, and if you’re paying more than $50 for your home internet with AT&T, you’re getting ripped off.
Just left feeling like a valued customer! For the last several days I have had help from the most professional and helpful employees. Mo helped me iron out some miscommunication issues then Carlos took care of all my problems in less than 30 minutes. Got the best deals on great phones and left a very happy camper!
Tried to combine accounts and the customer representative refused to listen that she would need both of us to do this. AT&T you have lost business and dont bother with this store.
Hands down one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with any retail store/purchase. Came in to switch from Verizon and I couldn’t be happier with my new service and my experience . Salesman was almost rude, asked for password to our account. Seemed to be unsure of what we needed which was really a very simple request. He took forever to remove a phone from acct and chg the name on acct... can it be that difficult? Needless to say we will be going to another store for 2 new phones.
Someone at the store stole our trade-in device and when we enquired about what actually happened, they said they have no idea what happened and acted as if we stole something from them. The trade in was worth $1200 and they are acting as if it is our responsibility to keep track of what went in that store. Do not trust this store and the manger is rude and arrogant and do not want to help you no matter what. And when we contacted ATT they said they cannot do anything about it. So basically these people straight off stole the device from us and we now have to pay $1200 for their fault. No one trust these people please. Keep off!!
This store stole our phone and the manager misbehaved with us when we asked about it. Just keep away from these people. Our trade in was worth $1200 and they just screamed as if we stole our own phone. They are irresponsible, arrogant, careless, illiterate, scary people. Never even pass by them! Ryan the manager was just plain ignorant and arrogant and treated us in a way that no customer deserves to be treated.

First and foremost, Id like to compliment how well maintained the establishment appeared. I was greeted instantly, only waiting for about 10 minutes for assistance, a gentlemen by the name of Christian?, I believe. Outstanding customer service, dressed to impress, and very knowledgeable with the product in the store and with my purchase of an iPhone 7. Will be back and will recommend to others.

I was very disappointed with the service or lack of service I received at this location today. When I entered the store, between 2 - 3 PM, I was not greeted nor acknowledged by the lone employee, a young Hispanic male who was talking with two other Hispanic gentlemen. I selected the iPhone charger I thought I needed and sat down at a table to wait my turn. I noted that one of the men moved to a table also and sat down as if waiting for assistance. After waiting 10 minutes, an Anglo gentleman entered the store. The lone employee immediately greeted the man with a Hello and I will be with you shortly. WOW! Was I invisible? I not only felt ignored but, definitely unimportant and unappreciated. As I was a Black Female among 4 males (3 Hispanics and 1 Anglo) I opted to exit the store and voice my complaint via this venue. I am not pleased with being ignored by an employee and then treated as if I did not matter. Even when I got up to leave, the young man made no attempt to acknowledge me. This was not a good feeling for me!!!

Not a bad store.....way better then the sprint store up the street. ...i was looking for a Samsung wireless charger that day.I went to the sprint store first and waited for like 40 mins, and just walked out ..then hit up this store and bought it within 5 minutes. They young staff definitely knew there stuff about electronics.and the girl that works there is pretty hot..

Carlos Ramirez is the BEST sales man in the store. I would strongly recommend him to promote him to become sales manager. The custumer service is excelent and he is super friendly. I went in to the store three times ahd he resolved my phone bill issues at no time and he did his best to make it happend.It does not matter the wait time in the store, he will do anything to make you feel confortable. Terrible location! They want to charge you an extra $2 to pay your bill if youre paying in cash! I am so sick and fed up with being nickeled and dimed by AT&T!! I have had nothing but higher charges, and consistently a higher bill after switching from Sprint to AT&T! Not to mention they throttle the data every month so it slows your phone down, slower than it already is!
