Our first experience at this location was great. Andre is polite and knowledgeable.Today was a different story! I got yelled at from a new employee who thought I wasnt supposed to look at accessories. Until another employee corrected her. The other lady there, made our experience very awkward and uncomfortable. She was argumentative and very rude to me and my wife literally the entire time. They made our teenage daughter feel so uncomfortable, she chose to leave and sit in the truck! We have been with ATT for 19 years, and we switched 7 accounts to Verizon for the first time. This was not a good first impression at all. Those two ladies need some training in customer service. (Ill get their names soon and file a formal complaint.)

This is my favorite Verizon store! Sally, Heaven, Kat, Josh, and Andre (yes, ALL of them) are wonderful and very helpful. I recommend you get here ASAP!

I wasn’t going to go here because customer service sucks anywhere on Buckner but this was such a different experience. Great personalities, conversations and deals . They definitely try to work with you while staying within their company limits . My family had so much fun switching companies . I would recommend this specific verizon to anyone . This young lady Lyly was so amazing and phenomenal that it’s been 5 months since my family and I purchased our phones and I still remember to give her a review! She has patience of an angel. Explains everything to you in detail and looks after the best deal for your needs. Treated everyone who walked in with such enthusiasm and kindness. Very helpful due to her excellent knowledge of devices and plans available. Trouble shoots with the customers until their issues are resolved. Downloaded my phone device content into my new phone 2 hours after hours!!! She should be traveling and training all staff for Verizon. Thank you Lyly 💕 Continue what you are doing. Cedric was helpful in ordering my device and getting my phone to the store. Heaven was helpful in setting up my phone and showing me how to use it! She even set everything up for me!! The teamwork is awesome!!

Even though the place was busy and closing soon, the staff were friendly and patient. They served every customer no matter how long it took. My CSR was Heaven, and she took her time to go through every detail and discount so that I left feeling confident that I got the best deal.

The people here are great! Lily and Jeanette are very helpful and professional ladies. I received a new phone and needed assistance setting it up and appreciate the knowledgeable staff at this location! I almost forgot about Jenny and the great job she is doing. Ive had to get several lens protectors installed and She performs the work efficiently and very quicky! I wont go to any other store.

Spectacular service, friendly environment and spirits are at an all time high with these employees. Smiles everywhere it’s so beautiful especially this beautiful young lady Lyly Nguyen. I couldn’t be more happy about my experience at this location. Lyly helped me with everything I was looking for. I had been on the fence about switching over from AT&T (I had been a customer for about 8yrs) but she walked me through the whole process.Turning something stressful into something smooth. On top of being sweet, she’s also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had and left me feeling very satisfied with my decision to switch over to Verizon. 10/10 would recommend.

Stopped in 12/20 for upgrade and new line it was a pleasant surprise to have such a competent friendly Verizon associate help me! Great customer service from Lyly; she answers any questions I have and does not make me feel uncomfortable when I do not understand a policy or contract. She has provided great service to my dad especially, and he always goes to her when he has a problem.

First there was Makayla. She did my initial set up and made the process pretty painless. Unfortunately, I had to return the next day because my phone wasnt downloading my apps. Lilly (sp?) helped me out with that and had my phone fixed in no time flat! She was even nice enough to let me stay in the store while my phone downloaded all of my apps! Great customer service! Thank you BOTH for all of your help. (And if I were 30 years younger, I would have definitely asked both of you out to dinner! 😉)

Arrived at 5:48pm and door to business was locked, no one was in plain view sight, so sat back in my car then at 5:53 I saw a young guy come to unlock the door for another customer. When approached him and asked why were they closed earlier than the listed business hours, he replied with we close 10 minutes early .

Have us one on one complete attention to us service. Was great about helping us learn features. Great experience.

Terrible service, they made me buy a cover and a crystal for my phone with the commitment that it would have guarantee in case of loss, now I return and they do not want to help me, they never even put me the crystal because they did not have at that moment and now they want it charge, do not cheat people. We ask for customer service I do not recommend this store

Bad Customer Service I was supposed to get a call back from the Store Manager within1-2 hours yesterday that I call and its been more then 24 hours. Do not go to this store, I purchased a phone 14 days ago and i did a claim on the phone since the screen crack.I paid $199 deductible to get the replacement I call customer service to see if I can swap the phone for the Samsung S10 and they told me they did not see a problem that I can exchanged it. But I came to find out that this Store is not a Corporate so they declined to exchanged it. So please dont go to the Store so you wont have the same problem as me go to a Corporate Store. This is 5 min from my house thats why I went, if I would of know before I would have not gone there.

Would not recommend going to this store. They have a policy that you can only make purchases through credit card. When I asked a worker why they said it’s because of a policy. I asked to see the policy in writing and they did not have one. So I don’t know if it was an excuse or what but just because of this I hope they get no more traffic. This situation was extremely unethical in my opinion.

Would recommend this store to anyone had been fighting with Verizon for 3 days went into the store they got my phone fixed and were very nice to me and understood my situation and were very helpful. Would go back everytime
