Shibu was great. I called him at 9am asked if he could come out to do an foundation inspection for my buyer whose option expires tomorrow. With the weather being below frozen, Shibu came at 10am and on the same day he sent me the detailed foundation report. He was very fast and saved us a hassle of extending option. I would recommend Shibu to all my realtor friends or any buyers that needs a foundation inspection, Shibu would be my go to person.
