First of all, to those saying that this place robs people, it is your own fault for getting a payday loan. They are honest upfront about what you are getting into. Its not their fault you chose to take out a loan with a 500% interest rate. You should know going into a loan place that you are getting screwed. Dont do it unless you are prepared to take the consequences.Second of all, the people in this location are very polite. Yes, it is a loan shark place, but you should know that going in. They have good customer service at least.

Marissa has a bad attitude and wasn’t very informative but when I came back Melissa had great customer service, was patient and she didn’t show that she had an attitude and help me just find and answered any questions whether it was a 1,000 of them.

Horrible customer service Anfernee, was very rude. He charged me two separate money orders and had the grace to tell me i could only pay cash. He made me feel below everyone else in the building. I will definitely not recommend the services of this location and this person

This place has helped me in many situations but lately it has gone down hill ! Every time I come into this particular location, it’s ALWAYS understaff. I spend almost 30 minutes just waiting to make a payment because there is only two people available! Will be calling corporate soon, this is ridiculous.

They are really understaffed! Having to wait 20 mins because they have to do a new loan and waiting in line until they could help me this company needs to hire more staff another thing is the phone kept ringing and I had to wait for the teller to finish apparently the phones come first
