I will never step foot in the zales again unless Mrs.Jackey is working, the customer service is awful. And they want guest to wear mask, but clearly you’re employee has his on his chin.
Ive never personally had an issue with this store. However I cannot anyone to answer the phone during business hours. Soooo frustrating!
They are so caring of all my needs and so fast at it love the attention.
Sherry was super helpful and kind helping us look for rings. I told her what style I was looking for and she easily picked me out several beautiful pieces to try on.

Please read this review.My husband purchased my ring from Zales. We took in my ring to resize it, which took exactly 2 weeks. When we went to go get our ring Zales person did not ask for our recipes and did not inspect our ring when they gave us the ring. I, notice one of the diamonds on the ring fell out and we went back immediately. The sales are representative informed they will rush the process. (Apologizing) We get to Zales and they told us another two weeks, I &my husband agree. We have been calling to get an update on my ring since on the repair portal it does not say anything. I, called Zales a couple of times and no luck with answers. Zales just to blame the repair service and does not accept responsibility. They told us its not the first time their has been complaints with the repair vendor. I have contacted social media, customer service to get answers. Where is my ring!!!......................................................................I finally received a call from zales saying my ring came in. Me and my husband talked and decide to upgrade my ring. Let me tell you!! I’m so satisfied with this decision. Monic help me with my process and took very good care of me. Yes the other vendor made me mad but monic made me realize it will be worth the time. Please go purchase with monic to get the best satisfaction and honesty on purchase.

Today is 6/19/2020, your Google page shows you close at 9pm on Friday in the mall. When you get to the store, there is a sign posted 12pm - 6pm. It might be a good idea to post this information to Google and taking it a step further, place this information on a recording when customers call. I have tried calling all day today to get an update about jewelry that I purchased and had shipped to the store. I have not received an email update or phone call to say the item is available. What an inconvenience!!
Monica Moore in the mesquite location was literally AWESOME! She was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and very personable. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to get anything she took her time with us and by doing this we were able to find the perfect ring❤️. We’re officially hooked on Zales and plan on visiting for all of our jewelry needs. Keep up the great work Monica Moore!
I experienced a problem with them but it was corrected, they definitely took care of me and made sure I got my jewelry.
Terrible customer service. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I’m still on hold while typing this. My fiancé’s wedding ring was supposed to be here yesterday. No email update. No communication. Just a no show.
I just love this place! The customer service is always exceptional! This is the only place I enjoy getting jewelry from! I took my wedding ring in for a spa day send off & got it back sooner than expected. They do great work!

The sales lady here opened a credit card under my name without permission. She lied and said she was going to check to see if I already has an account with them and opened a line of credit under my name. This dropped my credit score 40 points. This location of Zales is the worst I have been to. Would not recommend, and would not ever go here again.
Bad customer service. No help . Lazy staff . Too much fooling around not enough sales taken seriously. Left store went somewhere else
Julie, the Sales lady had really earned our respect. I take my rings in every six months for inspection. She is polite and really inspects our rings and puts them under the microscope when inspecting them.My husband and I recmoment her to take care of you. She gave us great customer service.
My experience was wonderful!!! Monica helped with the purchase of my engagement ring from the Vera Wang line for which I am completely in love with. She is very knowledgeable and very nice.

My husband & I went to Zales looking for a wedding ring for him. We saw one that we wanted to look at., so after waiting for 20 minutes for a sales men to help us I saw one standing by me, so I ask if we could look at a ring. The sales man said very rudely he was with a customer. The sales man didnt even look up. So Zales lost a sale & we will never buy anything from Zales!

I really love this place well the reason why is Monica she is what customer service is, just tell her a little what you like and then she already knows your taste I love every piece of jewelry my husband and her picked out for me, when I first met her I told my husband she has great customer SERVICE we will be back only shop zales town east mesquite thankyou Monica great job.

Went in to purchase a ring and none of the staff greeted me or even acknowledged that I was in the store. They both stayed behind the counter. Needless to say I my money and business to Helzberg Jewelers to make my purchase!
We went in today to look at some rings and I was very disappointed this time. There werent near enough sales associates. We stood there for almost 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I finally stopped someone and asked to be helped, he said there is someone in front of you. Well, I had been watching and I should have been next in line. We have spent a lot of money in this store in the past but after customer service I received today, not sure how much of our money you will be getting in the future.
The first time the experience was wonderful the black lady showed us all the different rings and even the used one (cost less but excellent quality). But we purchased something new. However, when we returned to pick up the ring, we also were over looked and the young sales ass.( I meant to say associate) took care of an older white couple who came in after us. Wow! Then we were taken care of the much later by an older caucasian (slightly heavy) lady. She felt the need to ask us if we wanted the rings to be put in a box? Humm, I guess they pick and choose who they will give proper care to according to race, creed or whatever they decide. She did try to be pleasant.but you could clearly tell she was not truly happy to assist us, but we were the only ones left waiting for assistance. We preferred the black lady, she was really very patient and seemed to enjoy helping us. WE will shop at another Zales store in the future.

Buyer beware. This store does not accept on line returns or match on line prices. Save yourself the headache and drama shop on line.
Took a Necklace to be altered, was never contacted for pick up, had to go to store and ask, one representative was on the phone with not a customer, and the other lady did not want to help and was terrible. Top it off, nothing was done to the necklace. Don’t bother going to a Zales. Especially this location.

Husband and I had been waiting for help and the sales associate knew bc she acknowledged us when we walked in. As soon as she was done with her customer she ignored us and went straight to the white couple that had just walked in. Dont shop here.
