It’s officially been a week and not only can I not stop staring at my ring but I can’t forget how kind and helpful Jesse was there!!! He was happy to educate us but also help us find the right ring for our budget and what we wanted! I’m still over the moon in love with it! Thank you Jesse!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/7/20 visited the store around 2pm there was an Asian lady that approached us while we were just looking and asked us if we needed help and I nicely said no because we were simply looking around and then she continued to tell us about the types of rings she had so my boyfriend asked if there was a section with Moissanites just to see them and she showed us and insisted on me trying one on and I nicely declined saying I was just looking,she rudely answered “well then what are you doing here” I don’t know maybe looking around to see where my boyfriend will be buying my engagement ring soon?? But with this rude experience I will make sure his money isn’t coming into this store... Sometimes people just want to look so when you’re ready to buy in the near future you know what you want, in the first place I didn’t ask for your help you kept insisting when I CLEARLY told you I was just looking around because I didn’t want to waste your time to make you think I was buying something today when I wasn’t but after this keep your stupid attitude I’ll take my money elsewhere. Train your employees better because with this type of service you’ll end up closing up soon.

My husband bought me a mothers day/anniversary ring one year from here. They sized my finger perfectly. Included what i call a lifetime warranty for only $30 more. Anything happens to my ring besides being lost or stolen they replace it. I get free inspections every 6 months too! Great, great prices!

Dropped in to just browse a bit and was greeted by George. He was such a pleasant person and not a bit pushy! He helped me look a a couple of pieces and even took the liberty to write down the product numbers and prices. When Im ready for a new piece Ill definitely make sure to shop with him.

Omg that new manager at the store in Mesquite is super friendly and knows so much. I went in to return a necklace that I bought to give to my wife because she didnt like it and Megan helped me pick out a different necklace I was so happy with the service that I added the matching earrings I know my wife will love it!!!

I have boughten several pieces of jewelry from this company and have never been treated how I was today. I walked into the store excited to be picking out an ENGAGEMENT ring.... However the woman who I talked to said I need to come back with my fiance. I told her that I was picking out my own ring. By the second time she mentioned I should come back when my fiance is with me, I got the hint and left.....It was CLEAR she didnt want to help me. I believe their staff needs to get with the times and realize many women are financial contributors to their household and not to mention if I dont like the ring, we arent buying it. They didnt just ruin an extremely exciting day for me but have lost my business indefinitely.

WORST COMMUICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICEI came to get my fiancé engagement ring in OCTOBER the ring was to big and they said they needed to get the right size, saying they will give me a call when ever the ring is here after I bought it. ITS JANUARY AND STILL NO CALL, i call them back and they said Im sorry we needed that ring that was to big in size.. they couldnt call me and tell me that months ago. I finally have the right size ring through this rude and unacceptable tolerance from people that do not care what so ever of your needs. NEVER AGAIN. EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My husband didnt get my bridal set here but when we needed to get them resized, because of the name, I chose to go here. HUGE MISTAKE. We turned in my set on May 28th and were told that it should be back in the store by June 14th (roughly 2 weeks); I had to call repeatedly to find out when my rings were going to be ready after the date they quoted and then had to threaten to go into the store and file a complaint because my rings still wasnt ready and they couldnt tell me when they were going to be there. I finally received a call today that they were ready to be picked up the only thing that was said was that it was brought in today because the customer was upset and they had them delivered. I will NEVER use this chain of jewellers again and when I told the manager that, all I got was an okay; as long as they get your money, they could care less what experience you have with them.
