I went to Town East Mall for the purpose of finding a beautiful right hand ring. Nick was off the charts AMAZING!! He saw that I was looking at the colored rings and after I declined twice he presented with THE RING. It takes a specialized effort to know your customers and their personal needs. They lie about their warranty so be careful. I would avoid this place at all cost, their warranty does not cover everything. It certainly does not cover the most expensive part, the center diamond. I have made quite a few expensive purchases here and I have made many since at competitors. They failed to take care of me under their false warranty, added to the insult of having me drive all the way back out to offer me a replacement diamond at a mark up on top of it was unbelievable. I will never shop here again. FYI Zales warranty covers everything.

Went to get a diamond ring for my girlfriend and I put a 1000$ downpayment and I asked if I could get a refund if a decided to go with something else he said yes. So later that day I decided a chain would be a better idea so I came back and asked for a refund so I could get the chain instead he pulled out a fine print saying no refund on diamond items we had an argument and his solution was that I trade in the ring downpayment for something else in store the only thing that was 1000 value was some cheap looking diamond earrings so I took them and I got them tested later that day at a shop just to find out they were fake. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS they also cut there budget by putting stones other than diamonds on there diamonds rings they will claim that all stones put on the ring are all diamonds but I had them test the ring I originally wanted and only some tested as diamonds on the diamond tester and a selective few didnt show up as diamonds and they came up with a bogus excuse for them not showing up as diamonds LOL if you are looking for HIGH QUALITY ALL DIAMOND PRODUCT DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE LIARS

I contacted Benchmark Jewelers, Town East, to see if they could special order a wedding ring for me to replace my lost one. Sunny was the most helpful sales person I have ever worked with and I knew he really wanted to be able to get the correct ring for me. We had multiple phone discussions and even a picture exchange. He succeeded and even made it happen in time for my anniversary!!! Im so happy and grateful to Sunny.
