Fixed and resized my wedding ring for a reasonable price.

My sister works at a jewelry store, but the pipes burst in the storm so l had to get watch batteries somewhere else. I took three in and they charged me 76.00. My sister said they only should have been 12.50 a piece. What a rip off.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of work and customer service.When welders can solder large pipe to a 32nd of an inch - I am expecting a jeweler to have the precision of - well, a jeweler.He defense was, at first, the band. Then, he told me to use unaided visual inspection to verify his work.When he open the 2nd prong to use the micrometer to measure width and length, he then dismissed the disparity to HIS NORMAL WORKMANSHIP.I will let the lack of integrity, the photos and other well detailed reviews support this review.the axiom and business is cheap, fast, or good... Two out of three.He was cheap and fast.

“ATTENTION!!! DON’T GO THERE!!! READ!! READ!! READ!!”I’d like to start off by telling people to stay away from this place!!!. Take it to a real legit Jewerly place. Not at this poor and unprofessional place. First of all workers are very rude to you. Second of all I took a necklace of my girlfriend to get it fixed because it was broken from a small piece which I had with me too.Took 2 hours almost yes 2 HOURS! We finally got the necklace and a few days later it broke again from the same piece!! Like they just glued it!! If they just put glue I could of just done that myself, they honestly don’t care about customers satisfaction. They just care about making their money!! DON’T GO THERE!! SUCH A POOR JOB!!!

I went to five places to get my Garmin watch fitted and every place told me they wouldnt even touch it,this guy did it in like 5 minutes with no problem

OMG!! They replaced the crystal on my COACH watch! Might i say my favorite watch.Replaced batteries in my MK and Seiko watches. Thought id have to come back next day off....BUT NOPE said to come nack in 30 minutes and Ill be damn they were all 3 waiting for me. Next time I need something done i am comimg here!!

They did a good job. The only thing that kinda weirded me out was I turned my necklace in at one jewelry store but i picked it up at a different jewelry store about 4 doors down from the drop off site. Im sure they know each other but still a little strange because I wasnt notified until I went in to pickup

Brought my wifes ring her diamond fell out of the prums, gave them them everything in a bag . They give me a fake diamond in my wifes ring. Since we didnt check it first before I left it . They said I gave it to them like that. And all the others diamonds are real except the one they they where fixing.

I had a battery replaced in my Seiko watch at a FastFix a couple of years ago in Plano. That location closed down. The battery had a 3 year warranty. The closest FastFix was in Mesquite. So when the battery died I went there for replacement under the warranty. No problem at all. They were very nice and handled it quickly. I definitely will recommend them to other people.

I cant comment on the quality of their work. I called ahead about having some links taken out of a watch and they were considerably more expensive than just going to the jeweler.

I wouldnt give not even one star!!It would be a negative 5 star Frank does bad business and takes advantage of people!Frank always charges me almost double the price that Ive paid less with everyone else that works here. He was rude and said well you can come when they are here to pay what you always pay... I felt furious and taken advantage of because I really needed my glasses fixed and had no choice but to pay his doubled price!!

Came here after the Northpark store told us they couldnt make the band smaller on an after market band on my Rolex. They had dismissed us with next customer please. This store did the opposite and told us they would have no trouble at all fixing it as their jeweler had been doing it for years. They had it done and done right while we shopped. They are a bit higher than I have paid other places but you cant beat it for convenient and fast and at least they definitely know what they are doing. Thanks Fast-Fix!

I have had several rings created and repaired at this location in Town East over the last 11 years and they have always done an incredible job I was always impressed with what the jeweler did I love this place and will never take my jewelry anywhere else they more than exceeded all expectations thank you Fast Fix!

I am SO pleased with Fast-Fix Repair! The face of my husbands Parnis watch fell off when he accidentally dropped it, this also cracked the glass backing. It was given as a wedding gift and he was so upset when it broke, so for his birthday I wanted to get it repaired. I was referred to Fast-Fix from another repair shop that was unable to help me, so I dropped it off on a Monday, but the Master Watch-Maker would not be in that day. I filled out a form and left the watch there, they called on Tuesday, gave me a surprisingly low quote and the watch was ready on Friday just in time for my husbands birthday! Thank you Fast-Fix!

I wouldnt give a single star to this place. Worst customer service . Theres a dude working I dont know his name but somebody please need to train him how to speak with customer. Such a stupid guy. I think he should be kicked out of that store. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor .Theres 17 jewelry store who fix jewelry and work on watchDont go to fast fix.

Went there to get my rope necklace repaired. The employee wanted me to get some more of the links worked on but I told him I only needed the broken piece repaired. Then he emphasized, You dont get a warranty if it breaks.Of course me being the dummy that I am, I trusted that I wouldnt need one and that I would get what I paid for ? Long story short I can back in 20 minutes to pickup my necklace, went home, one hour went by and it broke again.Im never going there again in my life.
