Went in today for an estimate, lady said I needed appt, so I asked how long would it take. She stated I have no idea! Wow! Well that was my cue to leave. Customer service has sure gone down. If you are smart, find another bodyshop

Over spray and spots on my vehicle that needed buffed. Left my vehicle dirty. They did fix the spots but had to take off work early to go back and fix the problem. Should have done right the first time.

Told by statefarm to come here to get estimate. Received the estimate went back to get it fixed, then told it cant be fixed because they wont be able guarantee their work because of previous paint on the bumper. What they heck? You dont remove old paint as a body shop? Ridiculous.Reply: You sent me an estimate and now pretend you dont have my contact?

My experience with Service King was AMAZING!..Gus was totally honest with me from beginning to end. He told me what to expect, how insurance would work and explained many Insurance terms that I didnt understand. He understood how passionate I was about my car and promised me he would treat it as if it was his own...and he did just that. I love the updates you receive through text messages, I didnt have to call for updates....and the most AMAZING OF ALL!!!...my car was ready for pick up 4 DAYS EARLY!!!...Just ask for Gus, he has the heart and patience of an Angel!!..THANKS GUS!!

Service King was an awesome experience...they kept me well informed all along the way regarding the repairs on my car. Everyone there was professional and kind. When I went to pick up my car it was a smooth process and they handled the return of the rental car to enterprise.
By far the worst experience we have had in matters of getting our vehicle repaired. Not only do they lie on the time frame on when your vehicle will be ready but their customer service is at its worst! Now a days its places like this that show you how much of nonsense and the lack of responsibility is on behalf of the service king employees. How sad, upsetting and frustrating. Horrible service and customer service. They are not representing State Farm as they should and the General Manger himself stated they cannot get the car they are repairing a 100% this means they do low end work for State Farm. They treat you any way they want and this is unfair to me and to State Farm this man closed my own door on me and he was horrible to me in every aspect. They do not do right by customers at all and it is not right to be talked in the manner they think they can get away with. Their work is horrible and if the General Manager talks to you any old way I can see why the others follow him as well. It was not a good experience for me at all and I would never recommend them to anyone. If they had better customer service and talk to you like you mattered and took responsibility for their mistakes I could see maybe recommending them but they want me to look like the bad person and I have already been in a traumatizing situation I do not need more from the people fixing my car. It took 5 to 6 times to go and pick my vehicle up because they kept calling me that it was ready then they are not doing their job to ensure that it is correct. Their QC is not doing their job and it is unfair to all customers. It is not a good feeling when you feel like you do not matter by a GM and his company. They ended do damage to my car that was not even part of the damage they were fixing this is a shame that this is happening and they make you feel stupid like it was already there when clearly it was not. They are getting money from the insurance and doing less than average work.

Worker GENA- this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with service king. I will never come back and I will be letting everyone I know to not use service king, especially this location. Gena was extremely rude and unfriendly.I was sent to service king for an insurance claim I had and the claims adjuster said he sent everything over from progressive. Gena said she never received any information. Regardless if this was done by progressive she should not have taken this frustration/dispute out on me. WORST PLACE WITH THE WORST EMPLOYEES
You have to make an appt before you can drop off damaged car for repairs. Seems kinda stupid. Was forced to call 866 number to make an appt.
I had the most amazing experience working with the manager of this place. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions above and beyond expectation. When they were done with my car, it looked like it did when I drove it new off the lot. They even detailed it for me. I recently had to bring my Jeep to Service King and was helped by Gonzalo. Not only was he very great with his customer service but he explained everything with great detail! This is my very first time having to go through this with bringing my car to get serviced and he was 100% on top of everything.

I have to say Gus has honestly been awesome! He has kept me up to date by sending text messages and also calling me. I had emailed him with a concern and he took the time to give me a call. Also, let him know that if it was a possibility to get my car a day early and from the looks of it he is going to make that happen.

I will never take my car to this place ever again. I never got updates. I had to call for them. I was given a date for completion, and if I wouldnt have called before going to pick up my car, I would have wasted the trip. Then they told me the next day it would be done. Now come to find out, items are missing that I had left in my center consol. Hand knit cap and gloves, car chargers, change. Lets just say that when I was asked to do a survey it was not yes and 10s.
Do not waste your time and money at this shop. Theyre only service they know how to provide is Lip service. Over promise and under deliver. My POC (Gus) met with us and mentioned the possibility of transferring it to another bigger shop that could handle those repairs better. 3 business days went by and I didnt hear back from him, when he mentioned he would call me on the second business day or 3 business day in the morning the latest. I called him on the 4th business they had my vehicle, and I guess I must be a mind reader because Gus said he was about to call me. (BS) He focused more on pointing out that he had initially said there was a possibility of transferring the vehicle than owning up to his lack of communication. He had transferred my vehicle to the Farmers Branch location without notifying us that it was actually happening. I shared my thoughts and was not very nice with him. I also spoke with Erick, the manager, who said he would provide feedback.. The transfer was to a non State Farm Select Service King, which delayed the process for getting an estimate because Gus didnt notify my insurance company what he was doing and failed to request an agent go out to perform an initial estimate. Yet he is a State Farm extension and should know this. So my vehicle has sat in Service King yard for two weeks tomorrow without anyone laying a damn hand on it. I was very clear on letting Gus know we were going down to one vehicle and was of an urgent matter. It feels like I asked them to take their freaking sweet time and delay it as much as possible. Service King youre a joke to have a name like that and know nothing about Service. You dont deserve my business! Youve wasted enough of my time. Thanks for nothing Erick and Gus! If there was negative stars rating youd get negative 5 stars!

I can honestly say they did a great job with my vehicle and the estimated time was correct. Eric Murphy helped me throughout the whole process and called me to give me updates. He was very polite and respectful. The receptionist was a little up tight when I first walked in didnt seem to care much about who walked in or try to help me she just kept saying she couldnt find me on her system and I didnt have an appointment, which I did and I kept telling her I had a confirmation email if she wanted to see that and she said no and kept insisting I didnt have an appointment thats when Eric came and helped me out. I had to wait in the lobby for Hertz to come pick me up to get a rental, there was a gentleman there at the office standing up because there wasnt any chairs she never offered him a chair from one of the offices that were empty. She looked like she hates being there and customer service isnt her thing. Other than that I had no issues.

Bad service, unfriendly staff. I was hit by someone with Allstate insurance. I was referred by Allstate to this Service King because they are a preferred location and they would supply a car rental. However, the Enterprise Rental is not inside this location and I could not get a rental set up for myself. I complained to Service King and they didnt care to help me. I called Allstate, and they assured me a rental is covered. Service King was not helpful, no way Im taking my car to a repair shop if they arent willing to call the insurance to set me up with a rental. What if something else went wrong during the repairs? Am I going to deal with that problem myself? Dont take a chance.These repair shops are making big bucks, do yourself a favor and go to another repair shop.
Super unprofessional. Don’t bother dealing with them. My fiancé is having the hardest time with them right now. Theyre bad about getting things done right. They were supposed to get two things done yesterday on his truck and came up with excuses as to why it couldn’t get fixed. They said they’d contact him today but they didn’t. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

The guy working on my repairs cant seem to give me a call or available any of the 10 times Ive called. Very frustrating when you have a repair that takes longer than 3 weeks.

Mislead on the phone after explaining my situation and asking for an estimate. I was told it would be a free estimate and would take 20-30 minutes. After setting my appointment time and arriving in person I was told they would have to charge my in my situation due to having to take parts off the car to diagnose the issues.What I told them on the phone and in person were the exact same, but what they told me in both cases were completely conflicting.The gentleman seemed relieved I was leaving because it was close to closing time...Very frustrating.

I had the most awful horrible experience at this place. They are some sheisty, money hungry crooks. They dont listen to your auto needs, instead they assume what repairs will give them the ultimate payoff and then hand you the bill for the extra services they repaired that far out weigh the costs of what you needed repaired. There is no need to challenge them on this especially if you signed any paperwork. Because they are going to use that to justify that you shouldve read that they slid in extra services before you signed. If you think about calling corporate, all theyre gonna do is wait until the nearly the end of the business day to call you back and sing the same song that the staff and other management has sung. Then they will give you a weakass im sorry and say have a good day. Corporate dismisses that fact that their staff has made grave mistakes (i.e. lie, mislead, dont listen, and documented incorrectly, etc.) that costs the customer money and say they will look into those areas for improvement. All the while, you as the customer are left with paying for services you didnt request. So if you say INSURANCE, just know that all they hear and see is MONEY! And dont rely on their text message updates because they are done through a computer. And if you dont get them, trust...they are going to say oh well we did send them. Or they will hit you with the why didnt you call in to check on your vehicle? Make sure you say in PLAIN DIRECT WORDS of what you do and dont want done and make sure its documented, because they are going to assume and rack up a nice bill for you. Lastly, Service King claims they dont do Partial repairs, because these snakes are money hungry and want the whole job.
My estimated repair time was 20 days or so. That was early june 2018. . My car has been at this location for 4 months. With no end in sight. Each time it is said to be ready, new damage is present. Scratched chrome, debri in the new paint, scratched light fixtures. They fix one thing and break 3 more things. The head liner has been removed for repairs and now is damaged. It may take a lawyer to get them to do the right thing. They have tried to say its ready, 5 times now. Only a fool would believe, this next time will be the one that gets the job done. I have tried to let the location take care of theyre business and not create problems with corporate, or theyre customers. But i do not want you to experience what i have. Doubt my claim ...check with B.B.B. update January 25th 2019. Received a bill from the car rental agency that service king was to pay for during their attempt to make the work on my car right. (Update1/28/19 said to be paid) . When the repair was considered to be finalized..the car only had two or three locations that were over sprayed. I will live with that. The problem I will not stand for is the satellite radio antenna on the roof was reinstalled backwards and a bill from the rental that belongs to service king. Service king said they would pay that bill as well...only a fool would believe what a company such as this tells them. I will be a fool no longer. This goes for current management as well as prior...at this location. If you are blind or have no plans of keeping your cars value up then give service king a try. You get what you pay for and since your insurance company shares a bed with service king ...well. Doubt that? Try this. Get a cash estimate for your repair. Then get one for the car under the preferred insurance location and compare the two. Wonder why the bill would be so much cheaper? WE CALL THAT FIXING THE GAME. Its ok for folks to do what they do to make money ...but just because its not against the law dosent make it right. I will await patiently for a response from management of service king. But lets not hold our breath. Thanks service king for dragging this out for 7 months now...believe me i want you out of my daily thoughts as well. Update January 27 th posted photos of my car after they considered the job to be done ...for the third time. Try taking this 2017 car to the dealer mid 2018... for a trade in and let them tell you it only needs 3800.00 dollars worth of repairs...after coming from service king. Still waiting on word from anyone with management. I do not believe it is just this location. Some of us know what a job well done and good customer service looks like. This is not it. These are not relitive terms. I dont hang out with jobless folks just so I can claim to be a hard worker. For those that do not have help ... in identifying poor work. If your car is returned to you and said to be complete. Take it directly to a car dealer for trade in estimate ....he will be forthcoming about what he sees. Do not share where you are coming from. Because like a doctor that will not cross anothers opinion... these guys also cover their tracks. Doubt it? Try concealing your VIN number and going to another service king location for the same estimate procedure ....after they repair your car . Now why would any honest business refuse to even look at the trouble on your car? Because that is what will happen to you if you attempt this. Thats called fixing the game. They will say things like, our system,the law,regulation. When is the last time your mechanic argued with you about your last repair job? Bet he didnt have much good to say about the last guy. Get the picture? If one service king sight contradicts what another location has repaired well that would put you in control. Best in class is not a false claim by S.K ..its just a bottom feeding class and they are at the top it no doubt.
I had the worst experience at this location. My car was returned with scratches on the side and they tried to tell me my car had prior damage and I “signed” a form stating that. When I asked to see this form that I allegedly signed they couldn’t show it to me. The manager was very unprofessional.

Took 20 minutes just to get a front bumper estimate. Employee barely knew how to type and enter a vin. If it takes that long to type in information it may take them days do an actual repair? Part cost 442 the total cost of repair is over 1000! They must have lawyers and doctors in the back repairing for that price.
While I was initially frustrated with the delays, the manager physically took the time upon pickup to explain to me the timing of the events. That in itself was great customer service and recommend this place.
They are friendly and very helpful really good about making sure your insurance has covered everything so you dont have to pay out of pocket

I had my car their for repairs and they parked my car on the street and it got hail damage. They.did.not.even.call.me.to.tell.me. They called my insurance company, who then called me. Theyve had my car for 2 weeks and I have not heard a peep from them. Im supposed to be getting text alerts, but nada.
