I love Hannah and all the staff at Ombre! Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Im always well received, even without an appointment. The dip manicure is always flawless, and the gel deluxe pedicure is very relaxing. I treat myself to the volcanic pedicure every once in a while, which I highly recommend!

My sister and I got pedicures. We got there and the lady that I first talk to was so nice ! She sat us down and the guy who did my toes who caring and took his time. The lady who did my sisters toes was funny and they were both talkative. They both took there time and didn’t care if they were about to close, they took the time to make our experience awesome !My sister and I are more than satisfied with our toes and experience here !❤️

This nail salon is amazing. After I had my first appointment here this is the only place that I go to for my nails. Small business but good quality nails and very friendly staff and service. Almost no wait every time when it’s crowded too! The pedicures and manicures are just everything!! ❤️

I used to go to this place when it was power nail now Ombré nails. They have a sign outside that says 10% off but I think I got charged 20% more than I normal. Paid 85 for a regular manicure regular polish clear and a deluxe pedicure. Then I tipped each girl 5 bucks. I will be finding another place. The service was decent but not worth what I paid. I must of said I wanted a deluxe manicure? but then realized all I got was the basic they should have been honest and charged me for a regular manicure after all that’s what I got

Len did my pedicure and she did a great job an Hannah was my nail tech an is did an outstanding job in my nail I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did them to perfection. This is the first time someone did what I asked an they looked just like the picture.. I’ve been having my nails done for many years and Hannah is one of the best . I started going to Power Nails & Spa when my favorite manicurist (Kim) started working there. Ive probably been 5 or 6 times now, and every time has been an excellent experience. Kim is truly the best: shes professional, friendly, and extremely talented. My nails have never been healthier or looked better. When I first started seeing her, she helped me break out of my comfort zone and try new colors and styles. I always get compliments on my nails, and they last forever. I can easily go 4 weeks between services. Power Nails is clean and relatively spacious, and the prices are fair. If youre looking for high quality, reliable service at a reasonable price, then go see Kim at Power Nails!

I have been going to this place for over a year now. I always have the best experience there. I am very picky with my nails and they always strive to make them look the way I want them. Never have any issues with them breaking or nail polish chipping. They use higher quality product . Love Linh and Hannah

When I called they said I didnt need to make an appointment but when I got there they didnt have availability and said I should have made one. After I complained about them telling me I didnt need to they took the 3 of us anyway. Didnt charge for my daughter. So that was nice of them.

As usual, Ombré nail techs did an amazing job with our pedi’s and mani’s. A comfortable, clean salon, doing a professional job every time we go there. My Dad has been a customer for 5+ yrs. and when I’m visiting from out of state I make a point to go there too! Nicest people and super kind to my elderly father.

My granddaughter and I had a great visit! She said if she could give you a 10 she would! She loves her pink sparkly toes!!!

Did dip on my nails one broke went to fix and Hannah the owner wanted me to sit and wait well she attended everyone else because I didn’t make appointment after she had told me to just go in and she would fix also the person who did my original set did them horrible and when leaving the review Hannah Called me and told me to go in and she would redo the whole set but then when going in to just fix a nail she was rude

It was so hard for me to find a salon that was up to my standards as far as nail designs. Once I found this salon, I haven’t been to any other one since. Every nail technician know their stuff, but I go to a certain one, because she is my “bling lady”. I like to get a lot of bling on my nails and whatever design I want she can do it! Wont be going back.. I have gone in there a few times. Just to give it another try. Because its close to home. The place is dirty and not very friendly. And my daughter almost burnt her feet because the water was to hot.

Way too expensive! They charged $36 for a gel mani! Ive NEVER paid that much for a gel mani! I took my daughter with me for a back to school mani, so multiply that by 2 and I ended up paying $72 out the door! For a MANICURE! (Not including tip) Insane! The look of the manicure is nice and clean but even so Im very disappointed on the cost.

So I went To this nail salon on just the fact that it was close by to where my girlfriend was at and decent reviews I got a fill over a set that I already had of dip SNS coffin tips it came out really well and I thought the price is reasonable $35 my friend hated her nails she said they cut them way to short and didnt do a style she liked....to be more vocal next time and it wasnt really their fault if u dont speak up while its happening i know some ppl are like that....cut to I come back to get a fill over another set that I got while I was on vacation inanother state....to be honest I dont even really need Ophelia I had only got these nails like 5 days fire but whatever they had done Id already broken the 3 nails off so they looked awful and I decided to change the color and get them fixed...this time they charged me $50 because they had to fix 3 nails that had broken off....and barely filled the lil bit of new growth.... Now here is my issue with this I normally pay 45 for a brand new set of dip SNS at every salon Ive been to in the East Valley maybe 50 on like the high end they didnt give me a new set they only fixed 3 nails and just barely kind of filled in the little bit of new growth i paid it and left well 2 days later 2 of the nails Power Nails had replaced brand new snapped in half too....then a 3rd one the following morning. I called that morning to see what or if their would be a charge to fix them because it had only been 3 days....they told me $3 a nail which annoyed me but whatever i drove their and as i sit down to start soaking he said oh dip nails is $5 a nail to fix? Um what? I ripped the tinfoil off and told them they are fkn crazy if they think ima pay another 15 bucks plus tip to have the same set i just waaaay over paid for u to fix 3 days ago i paid 50 for a set to last at least 2 weeks or more....i get they have to make money but not rip ppl off

This is not a sanitary nail shop. I’m suffering from bad nail fungus on my left thumb nail. I’m treating it now but it’s very painful. Please do not go there for nail services.

I went here a little over a week ago and all of my acrylic nails are lifting and parts of my toe nails are not painted and chipping. Just dont go here if you want a quality job done!
