Rubi doesnt own the shop any more. It is now called hi nails. No one is working because of the pandemic but the owner well do your nails or pedi, eyebrows wax. Make an appointment because of this. She is friendly and does a good job.

Kiera is the secretary there and she is amazing. She is always up to do my nails and does an amazing job. This is my favorite place to go. The customer service and atmosphere is one of the best.

I will never, ever use this place again. I went because is closer than my regular. I will go the extra drive for my regular in future. The lady there could hardly understand me, put unused acrylic liquid back in bottle that she had used on me, used old buffers that you could see been used on others. . All in all not impressed. And not a good job either, my nails still looked as though they needed a fill.

I just found this place a couple months ago. After I searched through a lot of nail techs.. He does amazing work.. With a lot of choices of Designs..

Have seen this place for years while going to the bank next door. Decided to stop in. First got a Gel manicure and was very pleased. Today I got a Pedicure and am very pleased with this place. They actually use clean tools for each procedure which is very important to me. So many do not. I will absolutely continue going to Rubie Nails!!

I have been getting my eye brows waxed at Rubies for the last few years. I love it there because the staff has always been very kind to me and has always treated me with respect. Kindness goes a long way. 😍It has been a month since my post. I am updating to add that my daughter and her friend went to get their nails done at Rubys today and fell in love. They said the quality is amazing and the staff was so nice. 💖

I love this salon! My first experience was great. The staff really try to give you exactly what you want and put a lot of work into detail. The staff and atmosphere are very welcoming. I recommend you try this salon if you’re hesitant to decide.

My daughter and I just got our nails and pedicure done and we both had a great experience. They were very professional, extremely nice and they took their time with us. We didnt feel rushed at all. They offered us water and also an ice tea which was very nice of them since its 108 degrees today. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We will be back.

I just moved to Mesa from Indiana in November. Just started getting nails done again. This is my spot! They are very good at what they do and very kind! Love all of them!

I go religiously every two weeks. They always remember who I am and greet me with a warm welcome. I came to az from Seattle where I had been going to the same place for years, this was the first place I’ve been to since then that felt like home. I couldn’t sing more praises. Their pedicures are to die for. I love all of the options for my mood that week.

Great place super friendly and nice. The male that did my sisters nails and mine did a.fantastic job nd the lady that did the pedicure was awesome and the lovely kind owner I think she was gave me a cough cough drop was very kind will only go back here when I need my nails done thank you guys

Love this nail salon! Every employee does a great job, also got to give a shout out to DK for doing acrylics. I will always go this salon, no where else.

My nails look very nice and they take their time if you have time for that. Expensive imo. $40 for dip which isn’t too bad but wax for lip and brows was $18.. took 90 minutes for my nails.

When I first arrived they were extremely nice and welcoming. I got a pedicure, and one of my daughters got a full set. My pedicure was French tip. About 5 days later the whites tips started to turn orange. And my daughter with the acrylic nails, well they started to lift and chip about a week later as well. When she took them off her real nails were deep orange. I let it pass and offered my 17 year old to go here for her acrylics for prom. Not eve 5 days later did they chip completely off and turn a weird brown. They were to be a clearish silver sparkle. I went in this morning to ask for a redo. The man in the front was extremely rude. Telling me he had no time for her. Mind you he had 1 lady in the chair and 1 waiting. I paid over $50 for my daughters nails for her prom tonight. Needless to say he was so rude and unprofessional. My husband went in it was so bad. The lady Im assuming the owner came out after my husband had to ask for her, and was a bit nicer. In the end of all the rudeness and not caring about our experience we got our full refund.

Giving three stars only because I paid 27 for a pedicure with a 30 second massage on each leg... I’ve paid less for 10 mins. Pretty upset over it as that was the part I was looking forward to most as I stand on my feet all day. Everything else was okay, had the massage been there I for sure would be coming back regularly for my pedicure as it’s right up street from me.. but this was a huge turn off. Massage is the best part, and I didn’t get that.

I just moved to Arizona and needed a new place to get my nails in that I can depend on. I found rubies nail and spa, got my nails done and I didn’t regret it . All employees are so sweet and the quality of my nails were really good . Definitely going to be a regular here . Love the atmosphere and the attention to detail they give my nails . Very welcoming and comfortable place to relax. Thank you !

I was in desperate need to get a nail fixed.So I went to Rubie nails because it literally was around the corner. They were extremely nice and fixed my nail in a flash. I wanted to say THANK YOU for taking the time and being so professional.

By far and above the best nail salon Ive had the pleasure to patronize in years! Rubie Nails and Spa is the cleanest salon Ive ever seen which is a #1 priority for me. It is staffed with highly skilled technicians and equipped with a wide variety of state-of-the art products. Further, Kiera spoiled me with extreme care and attention. Thanks to her I ended up with nothing short of perfectly manicured nails. Im a fan of Rubie Nails from now on!

Almost 3 hours I was there for a simple pedicure and Powder Dip.Never again! They soaked my nails in acetone for almost 30 minutes, then used a gel top coat, which Im super allergic to as well as acrylic. The Dip is the only thing I can handle.. I was super frustrated when I left there, terrible experience.

So unhappy!!!!!!! It was so dark while I was in getting my nails filled. When i left i noticed the paint on my nails looked like a 2 year old did them! I should have questioned when he didnt have me wash my hands and didnt put a base coat on before the gel polish but i didnt... lessons learned.
