I was 30 minutes late for my appointment and they were still very nice about it. I also made the appointment 1 hour before. The service was amazing, Wendy was patient and did an amazing job on my nails! She did them perfect . I would definitely recommend her to others.

Honestly, the person doing my nails seemed a little rushed because they were busy, despite me being there by appointment. It has only been two days since I had my nails done, yet the gel polish is already peeling! Very sad and I feel like I wasted money :(

Very beautiful, stylish, and clean, multiple televisions to watch if you feel so inclined. The $44 Pedicure experience (cant remember the name) was great! It was beautiful to watch. Im ticklish and the technician was very accommodating.She was friendly and not overly talkative, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the treatment. The massage was wonderfully relaxing and again it was a beautiful process! The complimentary wine, beer, coke, or water is a nice perk as well. It was the best pedicure experience I have had! I will absolutely be coming back

Love this salon! Very quick and can always get me a same day appointment. Free alcohol to those over 21. My friend got a simple design on her manicure that looked like a 10 year old could have done better so if you stick to basic polish you’ll be great or ask for an advanced nail tech. I got the milk and hunny scrub with moscato to drink. Highly recommend both!

Really enjoyed this place, I was unable to get an appointment at my main nail place. However was pleasantly surprised that the quality was just as good as Laquer in Tempe. Also a bit cheaper here too for dip sets.

This was the first time I went to this salon, and I loved it at first. The nail technicians were friendly, I loved my nails, and the woman who worked on my nails was quick and precise. Unfortunately, the second picture taken was the aftermath of me working for less than a week. The nails were weak, and 2 of them broke when I was at work. Normally with acrylics, my nails would last for 3 weeks without breakage even if they hit something. Im pretty disappointed that my nails broke this quick, and Im probably going to have to cut the rest of them shorter just so I dont have to worry about them hurting if they break again.

Today was my first visit to Palace Nail Lounge and I’m so glad I found this salon. Lynn and Tracy did an excellent job on my nails and everyone was so friendly. Fun atmosphere and lots of color options. I’ll definitely be back.

Normally they do a great job and I always get my nails and my daughter at the same time. The pedicure I received took about 5 minutes my feet literally did not even soak, my nails were not clipped or filled nor cleaned under my nail I paid $40 for this service. Same thing with my nails they didn’t ever bother to file them or shape them they just put gel polish and charges me $25! The gel polish is now peeling off and I am just so sad that I wasted my money. I drove from Glendale just because I used to love coming here but the quality I’m the past year had declined. $14 fee just for gel nail polish is absurd but I paid it hoping for quality but my nails are a day old and already ruined.

The service at the beginning was okay then after nine days the acrylics started falling off which shouldn’t happen I went back and asked for a refund because their job was not well done but instead they were giving me a lot of excuses, didn’t help me at all and were just shifting away from the actual problem. I highly do not recommend this place due to the negativity of the owners and the workers. Really bad service !!!!!

Very nice atmosphere and they got all 4 of us in together as a walk in and we only waited 10 min. Not bad at all.. lots of workers and they stay focused on u and dont rush ur time just to get to next person. And they serve beer!! I know.. right??!Awesome place. Definitely recommend.

Never seems to be too busy but I make a reservation just in case. Great service everytime I go in. The Palace Dream pedicure is my favorite with cucumber and melon. My dip manicures never come out bumpy like they do at some other places. They also have wine, sodas, and other refreshments to enjoy during your mani-pedis!

5/19/21I went to get acrylic nails which I dont do very often (1x/yr). The gentleman that was asked to work on my nails was very unprofessional. He continued sharing his head at me when I couldnt understand him through his mask and anytime I moved my hands not knowing where to set them he would stop and stare at me. I understand that it was busy and there was a constant flow of customers but being in the customer service industry myself I would have like to be treated better. I definitely didnt tip as well as I could have.

Me and my husband had a 4:30 appointment on 5/10, we got the $65 milk and honey spa pedi and the nail technician my husband got was more detail oriented than the one I got. He did not trim my cuticles, I had to ask him to file my nails and he smelled like smoke. My polish is not even on nails and missing in some spots. We come to this location often but after this we will find somewhere else to go.

Been here a couple times and it’s been a good experience but the last two times I’ve been here I’ve been cut with some sort of tool. It’s not terrible which is why I went back, but it does get annoying when it’s the second time in a row and it is painful for a while.If you don’t mind this, the place is pretty good, just know it might happen to you too. Not sure I’d go back again for a third painful experience.

Kim is the Best !! Hands down service and techniques are all what you need to get spoiled and pampered here. I showed Kim a pinterest picture of what I wanted and no joke but she exceeded my expectations ! I will be coming back for sure. This place a perfect place to come spoil for hands and feet. Had my nails done by Lynn on Saturday 3/13/21, by Wednesday 3/17/21 while opening a plastic bag my thumb nail broke, called them that day and went in on 3/18 to get it fix, took way longer to get one nail fix than when I got my whole set, but then on 3/23/21 just doing the bed my nail on my other thumb broke, . I don’t recommend simply because it’s Poot quality, paid $56 for nails that’s can’t even last a week

My best friend recommended this place. They offer complimentary drinks,however, I was not offered one. My 5 year old son accompanied me he eventually earned himself a drink yet that was not offered until the end. I was a walk-in. I was promptly greeted and seated in waiting then in front of a technician in 15 minutes. I was very pleased the technician spoke but not too much. Ensured I was pleased told me the price before she started and didn’t tried to force extra services on me. I requested for an eyebrow wax and the woman who completed this service asked only once if I needed anything else and only when I asked she honestly answered upper lip (baby it was needed I started to see it before I came smh aging means more hair). The whole trip was 40 minutes as a Walk-in on a Semi-busy Sunday mid-afternoon. I give 4 stars for the drink not being offered initially and for not giving clarity that there is a 7-day warranty(my best friend told me prior to visit). The technician did say if nails were too long for my typing to come back and she will fix them but no mention of the warranty. I will definitely go again and try something fancy like my bestie next time.

First went to this place back in June where Natalie gave me great rainbow nails!! They then stayed on for 3 months before a nail came off 😅 I finally went back again and Ming did a great job making my nails look classy with fancy stars!! They always do a great job and will do what you want, and be excited for the challenge. Highly recommend. 👍💅

This is my second visit to this salon, the hospitality has not changed. Despite always being busy, the staff is super sweet and welcoming. They take their time with your services. I’m very pleased with all the different services I’ve received!!! Today I’m spoiling myself with the jelly pedicure.

I dont get my nails done often, but when I do I come here. Usually all my times are pleasant, but recently it was far from that. I asked for almond dip powder nails and they did not look good. The nail tech was working on them trying to make them look okay, but it really looked oval and uniformed. I asked nicely to take them off because I honestly didnt like em and I didnt have 1+ hour time to get them fixed. Instead of listening and trying to understand why I didnt like them, she got upset, tried to file more, and said it was because I have fat fingers. Whatever the case, it was unprofessional and I felt embarrassed when she and her coworkers laughed at me. There were other little things that happened that made the experience unpleasant. I just soaked the nails off and had to pay $45 for her time. I dont recommend this place anymore.

My sister and I came for the classic pedicure. The prices are extremely reasonable, the facility is beautifully decorated, clean, and free of that chemical smell. The staff was super accommodating and the pedicures were amazing for the most basic service! We had Kevin and Anna and loved the service! Plus, cant go wrong with a free beer/wine during your service. Absolutely will go back!

This has been my salon for a year. I moved across town and will drive 30 minutes to this salon. I’ve taken my friends, and my picky mother in law, and they have all had the best experiences too. I am very shy when it comes to requests, but the nail techs are very kind and always do a fantastic job. Okay sometimes when I leave reviews for places theyre low-key a joke but this place actually was amazing. Its beautifully decorated and I felt like an actual princess. We were offered wine and water and given amazing service. Lora provided me with amazing service, and I will definitely ask fer he next time, because there WILL be a next time. To be honest I shouldn’t have gave this place another chance. I wish I went somewhere else. The lady that did my nails kept saying they didn’t have powder so she used nail polish I saw powder displayed on the wall so I didn’t understand how they didn’t have powder. She kept hitting my hand with the nail file Everytime I moved. I can’t help for my hands to shake due to medical reasons which I can understand how it can be annoying for them but tapping me with the nail file was unprofessional. I’m not satisfied with the results I got because it’s not what I asked for and just settled for what would be easiest for the nail tech. One of the most awkward/ embarrassing experience I’ve had at a nail salon will never be spending my money there

I informed both nail technicians that me and my husband had reservations at noon, and they were so accommodating. Fast and efficient. Minus one - star ...due to the constant UP-SELL. My advice is to explain your additional services ONE TIME, if a customer declines continue fulfilling the services requested. Trust me, most millennials have researched your services, and read your reviews before booking the appointment. Overall, me and my husband were pleased with their respect of our valuable time.

Got my wedding nails done at palace nail lounge! I love this place! It feels so luxurious and they do a great job everytime! They also have drinks, which is fantastic! Also, their customer service is better too! If you have a problem, they will listen and attempt to fix it.

I went today to get my nails fixed because a different nail salon didnt do a great job. Anna was the amazing Woman who took care of me and redid my nails and she listened to what i wanted and even suggested what she thought would look nice and she did an amazing job and i love how my nails came out. Thank you Ms. Anna. She is now my new nail salon stylist i recommend this place its awesome.

We went one day and they said it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited 40 minutes and then asked how much longer and they said 20 more minutes. We didnt schedule an appointment and it was a Saturday so we figured they were busy. We then went on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment and they got us in the chair right away but we waited 20 minutes before they even turned the water on. All the workers didnt even seem to care. We ended up just leaving but I was upset because they scheduled us but still we were the last priority. If you dont have the room Dont schedule us. Never coming here again thats for sure.

First timer at this place. I didn’t call and they took me right away. They are amazing and super friendly here!! Asked me what i wanted to drink and the lady who did my nails actually took the time to look at the pictures of nails i wanted and even did two different examples on fake nails for me to see. This place is super clean, has a great atmosphere and great customer service! They even give you a 7 day “warranty” on your nails they will fix if anything messes up. I will continue to come here because it is definitely worth the money! Thank you so much! 10/10!

I really enjoy coming here with my friend. I just got engaged and decided to get a full Mani pedi before pictures! They looked great. Luckily, however, I got them done Saturday, the day before our pictures because this afternoon (now just three days later) the gel on one nail chipped off and another is peeling already. I thought they were supposed to last a few weeks! My toes still look great and its a nice place, but Im really disappointed because I dont get my nails done very often and was excited to have them nicely done for a while, especially considering the price :/

Was ok my nail tech who did my hand was patient but towards the end rushed on my design the woman who did my feet was also nice did a good job just got the classic but the cashier at the front was kind rude she had a accident pretty young just snatched my tip before giving me a chance to tell her to split it between the manicurist and the pedicurist so I had to speak with the other cashier and let her know she was on the shorter side very kind ( sorry for the height description wish I caught the names of the Women)

Ive been waiting for this Nail Shop to open for a while now and they did not disappoint! My nails look amazing and they had the most friendly customer service Ive ever received. My nail tech checked in with me multiple times that I was happy and to make sure she shaped them exactly how I wanted. Not to mention I brought my son with me and they made him feel comfy with snacks and drinks. I applaud them for having so many nail colors. You will be blown away by how much selection they have! This nail shop is a MUST go to!!!!! I will be coming here from now on.

While the staff are incredibly nice, this is the worst manicure I’ve ever received. I got a full gel manicure. Upon leaving the parlor, I noticed I had one nail that never got clear coated. No big deal, I can fix that but still kind of weird. Then I noticed the paint didn’t actually go to the base of the nail bed so it looked like I already had at least a week of growth. By the third day I already had chips, peeling and streaked clear coats, and the paint separating from the nail. I’ve had dozens of gel manicures but never had one chip before the 4th week, let alone in the first three days. I don’t know if it’s the brand of gel they use, the application, or some mixture of both but I will not be returning as I did not even receive one week of nice nails (or a day of you count the missing clear coat) for my $40 after tip. Two stars instead of one solely because the people are nice.

They did a very poor job i asked the lady named jackie to fix my nails because one was longer the the other and she didnt listen she also glued the the arcrylic nail on wrong I asked her to fixe it as well and she just left it like that this is my 4th time coming and everytime they mess up on my nails she left my nails lumpy and not the way i wanted them what so ever they charged me extra for something i didnt ask for they just did a very bad job and they did not care

I feel like there are better nail salons with better prices.$40 for a fill and new color seems a bit much.

This is a great nail salon. The pedicure is always refreshing and the waxes are very precise. The workers are very welcoming and its always buzzing with business, everything is fresh, clean, and new. I would definitely recommend going here for a relaxing spa day. I also got acrylics done and the lady I had was patient and gentle. My nails look and feel beautiful. They also offered me a 7 warranty for my nails just in case something happens to them. Thank you so much guys!!🥰

The nail salon is nice and clean with great hostess. I’ve came here twice and had a bad experience with getting pedicures twice.. I’m pretty sure I had the same guy both times..The first time my nail polish chipped the first day after the pedicure. The second time my toenails were so horribly cut they were all cut crooked beyond repair. The guy doing my pedicure also cut the sides of my big toes. I honestly think it was just who I got both times didn’t do a great job. My mom went with me the second time and got an awesome lady who did a amazing job.

Today was a very bad experience today with me and my friend it was his first time there..the lady who did my nails was in a hurry and other lady who did my friend nails also cut his fingers and didn’t even say sorry.. I never had issues before when I came there. I don’t understand why today was an issue especially when we were checking out we were trying to split the amount and then four other ladies interfere and was confusing us. . I really like this place. But Unfortunately . I will look for other places 😔 maybe co-works should be careful take there time.. .. i am sorry this had to happen. Maybe later I will come back . For Now I am disappointed..

Jenny did an amazing with my nails, I asked her to do whatever design she felt like and she absolutely delivered. I just got a gel manicure 4 hours ago when I got home I went to scratch my leg and the gel peeled off. It didn’t chip the entire thing came of perfectly. I’m not from here and I go home tomorrow. I was so happy because they were perfect. The place was nice the people were nice and that’s why I’m so disappointed.

Straight up the best nails Ive ever gotten! I got dip with tips. They look as perfect today as they did 3 weeks ago. Ive had a lot nail service in the past and it was never as good as this. The technician places the tips so perfectly and straight. The shape is perfect the transition from the cuticle is seamless. I cant wait to go back.

Went in today and wanted simple French tip with the pinky’s sharpened. The lady that I was with was distracted and then messed up while shaping them thank god she corrected herself but by the end of it I had four nails not the same size they were uneven! Paid $61 for uneven and unsized nails! Then charged me $10 for the length when they weren’t even long! This place is a joke! If you gonna charge people almost $100 for full set gel nails please do you job right! Oh let me not forget I think it was the manager or whatever lady, she was just coming up and talking to my lady distracting her more and then said it’s gonna me more for the length when reality wasn’t even long! Then stood there making jokes and laughing... just rude.
