Multiple issues. During the pedicure the employee only runned the pumice on one side of my heels (Im glad they are in good shape).The manicure was poor as well. I had to finish trimming my own cuticles. The french tip manicure was done poorly as well. All they did is put clear base, white tip and clear top clear coat. No neutral base color was used.Will not return

I am extremely picky with my nails so trying to find another salon was nerve racking to say the least. I finally decided a week ago I would try finding a place online with great reviews well those reviews lead me here! This place didnt disappoint!!!! I had Chelsea do my nails and she was very professional, knowledgeable understood what it was I was looking for and was very clean not only her station but the entire salon was. I have now found my new nail salon and I can say I wont be gong anywhere else anytime soon. I also decided to have my eyebrows waxed and damn did I look AMAZING when I left ( at least I felt like I looked amazing). If your on the fence about a new place, look no further Gel Polish Nail & Spa is the place to go!!!!!

Hannah was LOVELY! She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and talented. She was able to get my ingrown nails without hurting me, which is why I haven’t visited a salon in a very long time. The owner (male?) was incredibly helpful and detailed about what me and my sister in law would be getting from our visit. The spa is incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming. Susan worked on my sister in law and was amazing! I am not from Arizona - but since I will be moving soon, this salon is definitely a perk.Thank you so much for a wonderful experience on the last day of my trip! 🖤🖤🖤

I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. She did an amazing job and I LOVE them! Nobody can ever get my nails exactly how I like them and she did. They go above and beyond!!! I highly highly recommend this nail salon!!!! I will be coming back every 2 weeks to get fills!!!!

My nails look amazing! I drive from North Scottsdale because they are best. Professional and clean and friendly. So many colors and designs to choose from. They hand draw all designs and artwork. They are so talented! They are worth the drive. Linh is amazing and Cece and Henry!

My daughter had set an appointment for her and I to get a pedicure we arrived early and didnt mind waiting and around 5 after our appointed time they called us to the chairs and put my feet in and my water was cold and my daughter said her water was warm but her bubbler was not a working and the lady just said they would fix it later walked away and we sat there, my feet in cold water and my daughters water she said was getting cold and waited, 30 minutes later no one came to start on our pedicures, so we decided to leave. The staff is friendly but they obviously overbooked and we ended not being being taken care of. If you like cold water soaks and broken equipment and waiting then this is the place for you.

They did my sisters nails with a cuter flower and mine was rushed. I would have liked my nails to look a nice as they could be, not rushed like its just another client

On vacation and was able to make an appt the same day for a gel mani/pedi! B did an excellent job and took his time as I can be very picky! Tropical Spa pedi was just what I needed! Will definitely be back!

My nail tech was extremely nice and very informative of the various services they provide.I had my nails done using the dipping process rather than acrylics. Other times, Ive had techs be rough with hands when filing or prepping, but this was not the case here. This process was super easy and my nails came out beautifully. Will definitely go here again.

Five of us went in together for 3 pedicures and 5 manicures. Gel Polish Nail & Salon did an amazing job. We were all impressed with the time they spent on each of us. They were curtious, professional and friendly. I highly recommend the this salon.

I drive from Florence to have my nails done by CC!!Shes the best!I have to share:I selected a color, CC put it on one nail.She looked at me and said, I dont like it for you. She then asked, can I fix it? I replied, sure!She removed the dip and did it over with a Flare. My nails looked Amazing!!The service is Great, and they listen. I dont like the drill so, they dont use it.I highly recommend this store!!

I called Sunday to make an appt for Dipping Powder Monday (so quick) Arrived for my appt 20 minutes early and was seated for service (very prompt) and every question I asked about my service HENRY and his sister answered professionally. So my conclusion by the looks of my nails GEL POLISH NAIL AND SPA have good quality and good value ($). Thank you HENRY for my gorgeous looking nails. What a gem! I am so happy I found this special nail salon. I was able to walk right in and get a pedicure. The new owners are Vietnamese and are absolutely lovely. They have newly remodelled this nail salon as of 11/11/20. They are using brand new everything for each client and they are extremely clean and conscious of not spreading Covid. It is truly a family business! Their little daughter brought me an extra cookie snack! They offered me something to drink and snacks! The massage chair while receiving a pedicure This is a nail salon unlike any other. Very affordable and lovely energy place.

Gel Nail Polish and Spa is wonderful. The spa is observing the COVID-19 Protocol. It is spotless, everyone wears a mask and customers are stationed 6 feet apart. Henry and CeCe are the new owners and recently finished the spa remodel so everything is bright. Henry gives a fabulous pedicure and I highly recommend the milk and honey one. Your feet and legs will thank you. CeCe and Linh are master of dip and nail art. No design is too difficult

The shop has new owners since November 1st - TeeTee & Henry from Vietnam 🇻🇳 THEY. ARE. AMAZING 🤩 I have actually followed them out to Phoenix from where we first met in Illinois in 2015. I appreciate the quality of their work so much. Henry & TeeTee are very good English speakers and lovely people who really love people. They have spoiled me with such high quality work that I actually can’t go to other nail spas in good confidence because they are truly are the best in town.I watched Henry take the socks and shoes off of a 97 year old client and also put them back on her feet with great love and care.

I have used this salon for years. It is run by Tiffany and her husband - Sunny. They are very nice to everyone and have a lot of customers from the Leisure World community and do a wonderful service. I usually get a spa pedicure and manicure. Their services start at about $18 for a pedicure and you add services as desired. I give gift certificates from here to friends and they all think they are wonderful. They have an artist that does beautiful hand-drawn flowers and designs. I cant understand why the other review was not positive but I do not have fills done - just natural nails.

Spouse asked me to post this review for her. If you like to relax and have a nice pedi with vibrating/massage chair, do not go here. Chairs are ratty,dont work, technician did sloppy pedi, polish peeled off within 2 days. So disappointing she will never return.
