I signed up after my second visit on 1/22/21 and havent looked back. This is not a gym its a lifestyle that can apply to all fitness levels. The coaches are all knowledgeable and personable. All you need to bring is your will to challenge yourself to better every morning and remain consistent. Best decision of 2021 by far..

WONDERFUL GYM, WONDERFUL PEOPLE!My wife and I signed up for a class, it was my first time at an F45, and we loved it! We were so lucky to work with Brie, Megan and Lolo. They’re all are very personable, very friendly and lead a great class! We are now happy members:)

Just joined...coaches are great! Kiley is awesome, too. Workouts are challenging, which is what I need. 45 minutes go by soooo fast! Give it a try.

Im currently active duty in the Marines, visiting family back home. Mother in law took me here with her and the staff is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and energetic. They provided an awesome workout experience and welcomed me in like family. Will definitely have to come more often when I visit back home.

I love the positive vibes from all the coaches. Atmosphere is all about encouragement and pushing yourself and teammates.
