Going to a fighting gym can be incredibly nerve wracking your first time! Luckily the staff and students create an amazing environment that has something for everyone.From excellent kids boxing by coach Chosen to high level grappling from coach Mario. I have grown so much as an athlete from my time training here.The team atmosphere is very real. We support our members when they compete and regularly get together inside and outside the gym.I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to train, compete, or up their fitness level.

So I’ve been to many many gym and when I say this place is the gym of gyms I mean this is the DRAGONBALL Z hyperbolic time chamber of gyms. It doesn’t just rank first it exceeds the rankings. With cryo therapy, massage therapy, the motivation the coaches, and the family vibe it’s more then just a gym I promise you won’t wanna leave after you join. There is so much more to this place you have to come see it for yourself it changed my life.

Lots of Fun! The atmosphere is positive and everyone is excited to train. Most gyms treat you like just another body and do not spend much time with you, while still throwing you into the ring. Not at Protege, they make sure that you learn whatever your discipline and make it fun. You will not be thrown into the ring until you are ready. I leave always wanting to return and learn more. Ive only been there once, but both my son AND my husband enjoy going to the gym. This was only the 5th class that my son attended and he already has a connection with Coach. I really enjoy getting to see the excitement in my sons face - especially after THIS past year. I am excited to watch him develop his skills. 🙂

I went in for cryotherapy and it was a fantastic experience that really improved my day. The staff is professional and taking all the precautions during the current pandemic. I was a little nervous to get into the chamber but the staff provided reassurance and went above-beyond in making me feel comfortable. I recommend going in for cryotherapy if you are feeling sore or just need to recover.

This place just opened up and the BJJ teacher is an old friend of mine. I dont play favorites, but this guys is the real deal!I havent dabbled as much in the boxing area but I did get a taste and it was awesome!A clean place with good people! And good people are getting harder and harder to find.

My kids love the class I have 4yrs and 6yrs old .. and I have a good training also good motivation.My children really like the class, I think they can enter from 4 to 8 years old, there is another class from 8 to 12 years old.Very good for them to practice their discipline, they learn to follow instructions and work with more childrenAnd while I also train in a class and there are cardio machines they keep you motivated and dont let you get bored. In class and youre going to sweat, rest assured ...The youngest keeps working on not being distracted and following instructions but he loves going to the box
