First time going I went at noon on a Tuesday and was surprised to see how many people were there. Not looking forward to going during a busy time. They have good equipment and good amount of it which helps make up for how many people are there. Im not a huge fan of the lighting. It is kind of depressing and didnt get me in the workout mood. Regardless a pretty good place to workout.
This place is very kept up, the staff are really friendly, and there are a lot of different options to choose from. My daughter loves the child center, there are so many activities for them to do! I love the atmosphere and they keep it really nice and clean.
My new favorite location! I love the older equipment. Older but in great shape. Mixed with modern style also.
My colleague and I visited this particular EOS Baseline in Mesa, AZ branch today in the hopes of getting signed up. I specifically spoke to them on the phone several times asking about their current promotion and the timeframe in which it would be available. I spoke to several different employees there whom all said the same thing, today is the last day. I asked about using the 7-day free trial before purchasing the membership and again, they repeated it is the last day so that would not work. Well... THEY LIED. At this very moment the promotion is continuing and they lied to my face to seal a contract. I visited the branch and explained the situation to Trinity (assistant general manager) whom then blamed the other manager for their employees LYING. I told her that several of her employees are lying to customers and she acknowledged their dishonesty and said there is nothing we can do. Her absolute disregard for employee guidance and ethics left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Not only this, but she then shifted the blame to other employees within the gym, but as assistant general manager it was your responsibility to solve this issue head on.Again, several other employees mentioned to my colleague and I that speaking to the manager would be the best idea as she can work out the situation; and she would be able make some kind of arrangement. Again, A LIE. I mentioned exactly what the other employees mentioned, and Trinity absolutely refused to honor what her other employees mentioned. I was a member of this club and had the intention of signing up myself along with several other healthcare professionals. However, after the LIES AND DISHONEST practices we shall think very diligently about trusting this establishment with our business. The blatant lies that the employees continue to engage in, along with management encouragement to continue these lies is a disgrace to the company, and a further disgust to the members that trust this business.It is NOT my intent to get anyone fired or anything along those lines, however management practices should be better executed and enforced for a smooth membership experience. Not to mention the lack of ethics leaves me in disgust for lying to my face by several members of this establishment, and then being further guarded by the management.
Went in to take a tour of this gym and WAS I BLOWN AWAY! Nice clean set up and almost too many options to choose from in terms of equipment availability! Was toured by the Manager Max! Signed up on the spot, will definitely be referring all my buddies!
This is a decent club. There are saunas but they are not coed and are pretty small.Also, I dont know why but there are no water fountains in the locker rooms where the saunas are. So if you didnt bring water with you. Youre kind of screwed

I just joined after about a year of tagging along with friends who were members. I like this gym and the perks for the price, I just wish there were more sports options, basketball, racket ball, volleyball, anything. Put up a hoop in the unused yoga room.Also, it would be cool to have charger cords and ear buds in the vending machine.The staff is always awesome and helpful.
Great gym, it has all the equipment you would need in order to have a great workout. The equipment always seems to be well maintained too which is great.

The gym is good. the one thing i dislike its that they will use words like free cancelation on person for personal training then you read the contract. Yes free cancelation yet you still have to pay for the rest of the months you have left in the contract. They have to hustle no problem . that its just decitful, thats why I read everything i sing be responsible folks
Been coming here since it was a Golds. Very pleased that theyve kept the aesthetic of the original environment. Most of the people whove been coming here feel like family. With that being said - its only with the recent change in management that Ive felt they really wanted to take time to listen to concerns & requests. Things Ive been asking to get fixed for probably going on a year now have finally been getting done. ***My only constant request right now would be if we could please add pins (leashed of course as I know SOME members like to steal things) to the seats of the hammer press machines. My biggest concern is that with those of us who push a bit more weight - the seat can/does slide & someone could end up getting injured.*** Thank you for taking the time to hear our concerns. The community yall present has kept me coming back for years & had it not been for the recent manager who took the time to listen to my concerns I ALMOST - took advantage of checking out the new GYM everybody seems to be finding their way to.
Tried to cancel my membership at the end of July after only having it for a couple weeks, I had to pay this ridiculous service fee and was told I would get a refund and never got it. 3 weeks later and I was charged I call back and its the same exact person that i talked to the first time, when i tell her its her she tries telling me shes new just got there and doesnt know who i talked to, I check my emails to make sure who it was and its her! I tell her how is it she just got there but she was the one who helped me then her story COMPLETELY changes saying how shes been on vacation horrible customer service and highly unprofessional.

I’ve been a member of this EOS since 2018. It has a good array of machines, free weights, cardio and core. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Trinity who goes above and beyond keeping the gym area clean for the members.
Recently signed up for a membership and found out immediately after that Im getting deployed. I asked the manager to cancel my membership as I was under the 30 day mark. They explained how their 30 day cancellation policy means that I will get charged the $75 annual fee anyways. They said they could cancel if I sent them an email with a copy of my orders. Thats a big nope!! I agreed to send them screenshots of some parts to verify. After no response to my email and seeing that I was still charged the annual fee, I went in to be told they needed a different form of the orders on letterhead from my command. This place is anything but supportive of military. Best part is, that even after all this, I had to ask specifically to have them put the 30 day cancellation in separate from telling them I wanted my annual membership refunded!

Just wanted to say Cameron F. Is the best motivational and creative trainer I have ever had. Hes always on time and never wastes my time. As soon as I get in we are hitting that gym hard. This guy has a military background and knows how to push you to your limits! Only reason I kept my membership and lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Thanks Cam! Keep leveling up!

This gym has everything you could want. A swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, movie theater with a variety of workout equipment and more. The Gilbert location has hydromassage beds. If you purchase a membership you can use all facilities. I love this place!!
I like this EOS ! There is alot more work out space its not over packed like the main EOS i usually go to. But a nice chill spot to gey MONEY !!!😉😁
I have been charged DOUBLE every single month since January and I have been told multiple times that this issue will be dealt with. I attempted to dispute this with the financial management company as well as this location. I was charged double to yearly fee as well as two separate charges from EOS locations. I was told I would not be charged for May, but here we are again! Another double charge for May! I was told I MIGHT get my money back. Why would I not get my money back for an error made on the employee side of things? I highly recommend not signing up for EOS as this place has caused me to lose hundreds of dollars.
I joined EoS in Arizona when we moved here in 2018. Can not say enough positive about this company. They have grown considerably in the area I live since I joined (even during the Pandemic), and the gyms overall are new, with lots of equipment and a large variety of fitness classes. What you get for the monthly membership fee is such a deal!
I love the gym but the entrance/parts of the gym smell like pure sewer. I cannot be the only one noticing that.Also, especially after a pandemic you’d expect the bathrooms and showers to be spic and span but I avoid at all costs. Bathrooms are very dirty.
Pretty good gym the workers arent really nice they kinda make you wanna buy another subscription to someone but after that theres nobody bothering you its a decent place to go to work on yourself
The frikin cleaning guy is always at the time when is busiest at morning and he is always getting on the way of my work out. Why is he not cleaning at night? It’s a 24 hrs place.
This place has absolutely no communication skills they don’t share no valuable information with you the reason why I’m saying this is because I was about a few hours late paying my bill so I can continue to be a member at e.o.s and they charged me a 25$ late fee for only a few hours. So I canceled my membership, don’t trust e.o.s. fitness with your money.
EOS has been charging my account every 2 weeks for services I did not request or receive. I have left several messages for the manager to call me back and its been 1 month. The front desk employees always tell me managers are on break or off. They say no manager will be available for 1 whole week. Ive gone in person and same result. Be careful when joining them. Make sure you read before you sign up. It is very disappointing and unprofessional. Shame on you EOS... do not get caught up with Training Sessions... you will not see a change. They will change trainer constantly and you have to start all over with a new program. I did not see any results.

My review now went to a 1 star simply because there is not a 0 star option. Ihad called the club last summer during covid when the club was open for a short time and canceled my membership. After 6 months I noticed that I was still being billed on that credit card my fault I then called back the club they told me it was their error and they would handle it. I then called the number for billing they informed me that they saw the noted in the system and it was all set and canceled. Now in May I am getting calls again saying that my membership is $44.00 past due and they want $64.00 today to cancel the membership for the 3 rd time. Now I have to take more time to write these reviews and contact the BBB all because of covid and people not doing their job. Absolutely disgusted with EOS
Been here for about 3 months and haven’t felt the need to leave a review until now. Tony has leveled up my EOS gym experience. His warm, friendly and inviting nature sets him apart. The best part is that he informed me of my membership perks that I had no idea were available to me. Which makes my visits and lift game better!!

I sat down with Garrett and had a lively conversation about the state of the world and then he was able to sign me up on the blue plan with Coreys help. They were willing to make a deal with me as I am a value shopper. I like the gym and I have been working out there every day. It feels good.They have an app for Eos, I would be great if that app that would scan the machine that you want to work out on input the weight and sets and that would keep that in your record. That would make it easy to track progress and also they could assign people to teams to motivate people to work out more.
Bad and slow communication. No one ever gets back to me. Billing system is a nightmare. My friends have had trouble with eos pulling money that wasnt supposed to be pulled too. I wouldnt recommend coming here unless you want to chase after stolen money. 👎👎👎 lost my business. Dont come here.
I signed up in agreement to $19.99 a month. I was charged $1 two times in the same day. About a week later I was double charged $0.30. Those were minor charges but then another double charge for $74.98 was charged. Thats $150. I approached the manager at a different location since the manager at this location had an I could care less attitude when it came to me talking to them the first time. This is the location I signed up for. I have been double charged every transaction theyve taken from me. The manager at the other location said that the double charge would be refunded. They never refunded it. Corporate argued the double charges even despite my card statement in writing showing the double charges. 🤦🏻♀️Im canceling my membership before Im side swiped unexpectedly by another $150 removed after being told that I would be charged $19.99.

I would absolutely love for someone to explain to me how I joined EOS 2 weeks ago online. Went to the gym on greenfield for the 1st TIME yesterday and decided I prefer the gym on Gilbert and Baseline only to be told I would have to pay $50 to be able to attend the Gilbert rd. location. I signed up for one gym, I am choosing the gym on Gilbert why would I be told I have to pay another $50 to go to EOS? How hard is it to transfer my single gym to the Gilbert location? If a manger cant figure this out I will just cancel my membership all together. I understand everyone is trying to get their commission however this is pathetic customer service at best. And the sad part is I like EOS.Day 2: Just had the pleasure of talking to Christian EOS rep and instead of helping me out he hung up on me. EOS I do not understand this kind of customer service.
It has been so difficult to cancel membership. My experience and along with 7 other family members has had the worst experience with EOS. They have not been up front with billing and we have been billed different amounts than agreed upon. My mother who is in her 70s signed up for a personal trainer and was not informed that it was a 6 month contract. EOS has drafted hundred of dollars from her account. I have personally emailed and called on her account.
Joined the club and was talked into private training then my husband died i had finance problems they put my training on hold but now Im getting charged twice 49.00 a month found out it was a charge to suspend my training really I want to be reimbursed I was never told they would do that they are taking money out of my account without my authorization.

It was okay, but all three machines I use for cardio were down! I dont like the typical treadmill... I like Nordic Track like one, where you can run fairly normal....
I love this Gym but it seems like some dudes walks around as BIG HEAD careless with NO MASK!!!I mentioned that issue so many times to the front desk . I spoke to Sam who obviously seemed like he doesnt care at all and he didnt put the effort to even address it!He probably cares about his paycheck only !!!!Or may be he knows that the management wont get his behind !!!Very annoying and frustrating !Someone has to address this situation to the Big Head DUDES!
This gym has really great staff, they always smile and are pleasant when I walk in. Tony always smiles and radiates happiness. Very welcoming!!

This is my favorite location for legs. Lots of variety as well as a pendulum squat machine.
I was with EOS since they changed from GOLDS...I recently found out my account was closed without my knowledge. They said it expired 2 days prior to EOS closing during COVID. .. I was never notified via email or phone call to renew or that it was even closed....It was supposed to be extended for another 3 months... (I was verbally told by EOS management that it would be extended) .. . I spent 1 week trying to get it re-opened... Told EOS manager COVID is not the only crisis I have been dealing with... family losses too. They showed no efforts to continue my membership ... They said I would have to sign up under a new contract which of course is MORE MONEY. (manager said said have a great day)...In todays loses and economy stresses ... all I have left to say is wow!!! and also add I sure would have preferred this was a compliment for them.... but sometimes we speak up negatively.... Poor communication in the business is equaling us looking elsewhere... I just signed up at a different gym.
I love working out at this EOS location. The staff is friendly and they keep everything clean. I appreciate everyone at the front desk always welcoming with a big smile. Best location hands down!
The reason I’m giving them such a bad rating is because we had the membership for a few months, due to COVID we tried to cancel and they said we could place our account on hold, we did that for 3 months but due to finically not being able to pay we called and told them we wanted to cancel then they said we could extend our hold, we did again. Then They kept charging me. They said that even though the account was on hold they had to charge me.... what ??? Right makes no sense...BE MIND-FULL WHEN SIGNING UP FOR PT.Because my husband was trying to get in shape and they don’t tell you that if you sign up for personal training they will keep charging you. MY HUSBAND WAS TOLD HE COULD CANCEL ANYTIME. But then when he went on to cancel he called various times to cancel the personal trainer kept telling him that yes it was canceled this was back in September. We are in DECEMBER and they had still been charging us. My husband went down there and then he was told he had signed a contract that he had to pay for personal training even tho he was told he could cancel anytime. So yes you can cancel your PERSONAL TRAINING BUT YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED. Until your contract is over and they screw you over because now it’s canceled and you can’t use your sessions. Let me say that I’ve never been so angry. There is so much Miscommunication and there was no explanation when signing up for these things, if I had known all the things before I would have not Gotten any of the services from this gym.
Great environment and positive vibes. Plenty of equipment for all exercises. The employees are very helpful and equipt for the job. Friendly polite members as well. Very clean and tidy.

Was cool at first until they started charging me for personal training after i cancelled my sessions. I guess you have to talk to the head of Personal training and not your trainer. I tried calling them to work it out and was told I would be called back within in an hour, no call. Not happy with my experiences. Got charged again after cancelling this is fun guys you havent fixed anything. So i emailed the so called head of personal training 2 months after they were originally suppose to call me and still havent heard back.
Great costumer service. They have great machines for every workout! It’s a safe place to workout !
Been lifting here for about 2 years because its a great gym! They have more of an old school vibe and the clientele seems to be more focused on their workouts than Ive seen at many other locations. There are some very muscular folks and competitors that workout at the location. Its definitely motivating.

I was appalled by the day time staff. The recruiter could care less about me after I signed the paper. The manager he tossed me over to seemed irritated and walked away from me asking questions. They never called me when my account was fixed like they agreed. I have been using the Greenfield location where the staff is wonderful! The only reason I came here today was because the Greenfield location doesnt have the massage chairs.
What I personally like about EOS is the vibe you feel, like people there are there with a purpose, the ability to carry big jugs of water around with you, grunting is ok, they have free weights, every cable machine needed, dozens of other free weight machines, the staff is friendly & the gym is always clean.Im giving it 3 stars because when I signed up for my membership I also signed up for personal trainer sessions, since then Ive found a nutritionist & trainer that are much better, experienced & knowledgeable, now EOS staff is being resistant me & giving me the run around about cancelling those services, believe me I will get them cancelled

The staff does a poor job of enforcing the masks. Most people are wearing their masks around their chin and the staff is to intimidated to say anything to anyone. They have certain people who wear a plastic cover the goes just over their lips which does nothing to prevent spit particles from going airborn. I recently got Covid. I can’t say for sure it was here but I didnt feel safe at this Eos. When I voiced my opinion to the manager they were very nonchalant about my concerns.
I love working out here - they take COVID precautions seriously, so I feel safe! Staff is very friendly. I love all the equipment. You cant beat $10 a month. Thank you, EOS!

I’ve Been coming here since golds days and I love how it feels the same from back in the day. People are working hard and the culture of the gym has never changed . It has that raw gym vibe. I had to switch back and I’m so happy I did. My mindset is back to how it was with working out and it’s not a prissy type gym it’s got that golds vibe and its one of the best Eos in Arizona. Thank you Eos for keeping it real!

This is an amazing facility, with an amazing group supporting it. Eos should consider themselves very lucky to have such a team behind them. First off, this is all based on my personal experience, having been in and out of many gyms since the high school days. Any equipment youre looking for, you should be able to find here. If you cant, one of the trainers are always willing to help you find a substitute workout that will give you similar, if not better, results.Speaking on the training staff, Justin is a real talent. Not only will this guy put you through a tough workout, but hell keep you safe from injury, and will also show you proper technique... plus the dude is just athletic, plain and simple. Very intelligent and will not let you down.Zach is a top notch manager, with a great sales/front desk staff. A few that stand out to me personally would be Emily, Justin, and of course, Miss Sunshine. Any and all questions Ive ever had have been handled with care, kindness, and a fair resolution.Anyone considering working here should consider it even more, theres a real family bond between these guys and you can feel the passion they put into their work each and every day. I would love to be a part, but sadly it wasnt meant to be.Ill continue to recommend this company, and this gym specifically, to anyone I meet. Thank you all staff for making me feel so welcome.
The masks are a hassle, but I get the guidelines mandate it. Aside from that, the locations can be a bit crowded at times (depending on where you go.) Front desk is usually in a decent enough mood to chat while you check in.
They will lie to get you to sign up for anything. Never got a copy of my contract until I wanted to cancel. Told me it was 5 sessions then we would go from there but instead they made it a 4 month thing sleezy horrible staff and useless. There personal training program was bad. 0 stars.

Its hard to beat this price for what they offer. I have always had a good experience at the childcare center, and my kids love it. One of my favorite parts has been how easy they are to work with. In the past Ive had to cancel my membership twice for different time periods, and I didnt get any runaround or difficulty. Which is why I will never hesitate to sign up again in the future.

Ok I was very skeptical about this gym, as I am with any besides the YMCA. But these guys are awesome! Everything you need in a gym to get in shape at exactly the pace you need. Personal trainers:✔, swimming pool:✔, sauna:✔, showers:✔, Movie Theatre: ✔....wait movie theatre???? Yeah theres even a theatre to chill and walk a treadmill or ride a stationary. All that with locations throughout AZ. Give them a holler if your looking to get in shape at a great yearly or monthly rate.
Love love love this gym. Vee is the most welcoming person there and always motivates us when we walk in. Garrett is amazing and explained everything clearly and made sure all of our questions were answered before we signed up. Got 5 friends to join and still referring more! This place is awesome!

Signed up for some training sessions. I had 4 originally for the $19.75 promotion. I couldnt make it to them even told the trainers I couldnt because work and school. Ended up charging me $128. Spoke to the GM Brian Shaw about opting out of the classes. He told me I was stuck on a 4 month plan minimum. This was never shown too me right at the beginning. He told me he would freeze my account until the issue is resolved. This morning I checked my account and I was again charged $128 for the classes he supposedly froze. I tried getting a refund for the first charge of $128 and now I will have to try to ask for a refund on this $128. I read the reviews about sketchy business practice and read it was really hard to get your money back. The other reviews are right. Be careful to all those who sign up with EOS. There is an on going theme with cancellation or refunds. The staff always imply the manager is on break or something say they will call you back and they dont. Please be careful with this gym.
This location is older than the others and that is obvious in some areas. It has been remodeled. I like going to this location because it isnt as busy as the nearby newer locations.
These people are horrible at customer service and very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Gym is decent. Classes are not really that great. I used to work out at Lifetime Fitness and Orange Theory Fitness before I joined this gym. The class instructors are way better at LTF & OTF than at this gym. It seems like these teachers don’t really push the students that much. I don’t burn as many calories as I did working out at the other gyms. The teachers also need to have more confidence. I may end up going back to the other gyms. They also need to add a 5:15am cycle class.
Some staff members could be a little bit more friendly but besides that it’s a decent gym. Good equipment, clean. It can get overwhelmingly packed, especially evenings, just gotta come at the right time.
