Went there yesterday Aug. 27th, 2021 for an oil change, asked for the normal free wash that you get with the oil change. Come back to extra fees because I supposedly said yes to it but it was a whole misunderstanding because I wanted the normal $30 oil change but they kept insisting that I couldn’t get it cause my car uses synthetic and if I change the oil there could cause damage in the future. When I came back I paid, it was already done you could t do anything about the extra charge. But when I saw how poorly they cleaned the car for the prices I paid….. just wow!!! Never going there again !!!!! You shouldn’t either !!!!!

Have gone here for years. Cant ever count on consistent service. If its not busy, they do an okay job, but if they are busy, you should go to Quick Quack across the street, it would be cheaper and just as good. The management and/or front desk people are super, super rude. They dont care about their customers. I just go there because its convenient. They dont really care about return customers. And I definitely would not use their oil change or anything to do with my engine. They are a total rip off. The one and only time I took it there, the old oil was never drained and refilled.

This place has gotten so bad. Antiquated car wash with horrible staff. And somebody always trying to sell you something as you drop your car off. You wait forever because they dont have enough staff. They let your vehicle air dry, leaving damaging waterspots on the surface. They take zero pride in the quality of their work. So, unless you take zero pride in your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

Watch out! I just went there to get my wifes car washed. I agreed to the VIP wash which is advertised as including a foam wax and separate paint sealant.I went inside and paid, and then waited by the windows to watch the car go through the tunnel. As our car went through the tunnel I noticed that the station where the foam wax is supposed to be applied didnt light up and nothing was coming out of that tower. I mentioned it to the lady at the cash register and she said sorry, well send it through again. I waited and watched as it went through the tunnel a second time and again nothing was applied to the car other than the basic wash. I brought that to her attention and she said she would call the manager.Several minutes later the manager showed up and I explained to him what happened. He told me, oh yeah, thats not working. I dont know when itll be fixed. The difference in cost between the basic wash and the VIP wash was eight bucks. Without any of the additions, all I got was a basic wash. The manager wanted to offer me a coupon for a free wash at a different date but I declined (since Ill never be back) and asked him to refund the difference.If youve been to genie anytime recently and paid for anything more than the basic wash you were ripped off! You got the $16 wash and you either paid $21, 25 or $30! I told the manager that if you know that a part of the wash is out of service you should tell the cashier and the young guys who write you up when you first pull in so that they dont charge people. It was obvious to me that he had no intent of doing that since he knew that that part of the wash was out of service already. Very dishonest tactics!

Friendly Staff and each person works hard to make your car look new. I have taken my car here for years and have not been disappointed.

Good fast car wash. Prices are reasonable. Of course theres the annoying window replacement salesman lurking around.. Thats why its not five stars.

Get your vehicle washed somewhere else. Horrible customer service, horrible wait times. Other will let your vehicle sit while 15 other who came after you go thru for express washes. So you pay, sit and watch a ton of other cars who pay less go thru before you. And then they tell you youre wrong and dont know what youre talking about then theyll fight about giving your money back for a service they didnt provide. Get your car washed somewhere else.

Good place to get car washed. They do oil changes to and you get a basic wash for free which includes vacuuming.

Car was filthy from drive but the guy hooked me up with a free wax. The car was cleaned nicely, just didnt like how they cleaned my floor mats wish slippery product. Not a good idea guys

Pretty slow operation.... also charged and extra $5 to spray of dirt from fender...(turned the $14.99 economy wash into $19.99) very poor job of cleaning interior....not even sure if they vacuumed???? I would not recommend this car wash

Very disappointed after a weekend lake trip my car was a mess and needed a huge clean up. First they were suppose to call when my car was done and no call. After more than an hour past when they said it would be ready I showed up it was done after an $85 bill they did not even touch the backseat! I pointed it out and they took it back to take care of it, except they didnt clean it only kind of vacuumed and took care of nothing else. They did the oil change fine but I will not be returning

Truck came out with a cracked windshield. There was no chip in the area where the windshield cracked. I will never go back!

Great place to get your car washed

You never know for sure how well they will clean your car from one time to the next. This time the doors were not cleaned the dash is smeared and the wells on the doors are still full of dirt. This is a hand was for 32.00 because its a truck. Just disappointing and unfortunately very few places offer hand washing so not much choice where I can go, just bring it home and finish the job myself.

Id like to start this review with mentioning that I have frequented this car wash a lot over the past year. I am an executive assistant for a legal firm and we treat our counsel every now and then to a VIP car wash, and sometimes detail. In the last few months our company has spent at least $600 at this place. They know my face and know who I am.Last Friday, December 2nd, I dropped my car off for a basic wash. Now, I know this is a basic wash and that it wasnt fancy. I wasnt expecting the wash to be fancy what so ever. I just wanted to get my doors wiped down and the inside vacuumed- standard procedure for a basic car wash.However, when I got my car back it looked as though no one had washed it at all. I had to rush back to work but returned after I was off to speak with someone about getting things touched up.When I approached the manager, a shorter young man, probably in his thirties, with a shaved head, a person that has known and seen me several times, I was met with with a disappointing reaction.When I expressed that my car wasnt wiped down, the windows were dirty, that my mats had not been vacuumed he replied with maam, its like you paid for a plain burger and are expecting a cheeseburger. Mind you, he said this to me before he even took a second to peek into my vehicle and see what I was talking about.Id say $12.99 was the most Ive ever paid for a plain hamburger. Actually, this hamburger cost me $14.99 with a tip.Genie- This is a poor way to treat a loyal customer. It is clear that your staff has absolutely no customer service skills. This could have been a very easy fix- as you can see,my vehicle was not filthy by any means. It just needed a wipe down.I will not be returning with my vehicle or any of the vehicles that belong to our staff. Shame on you

If I had known I had to get out of the car I wouldn’t have pulled in. I have three kids to load and unload and it was more than inconvenient. There is a big window inside the waiting room to watch and things to keep the kids entertained at least. The first time I went through the car came out dirty. See photos. So I returned later to ask for a re-wash. I was polite because of course it’s not the fault of the people inside but when the nice lady behind the counter called the manager to the front. I said there’s mud on my car still and he basically said the 5$ wash does nothing but run water over your car so oh well. He said /this time/ he would re-wash it but that’s just how it is. Basically you’re better off throwing five dollars on the sidewalk and hoping for rain. After the second wash the car looks the essentially same.

Guy asked me if I went “mud bogging” and said they would have to charge me a $10 fee. I understand the $10 fee if someone actually went mud bogging but look at my truck. Seriously? I guess I’ll just get my truck washed and oil changes somewhere else.

I guess the Genie is on vacation. I paid $49.99 for a super clean and leather condition. All I received was a bad wash a horrible vacuum job and some armor all. This place is horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere.

1st, they claim to soap the cars but was you watch your car go through, you don’t see any soap. I mentioned this and was told the soap is applied at the very beginning ... I encourage anyone to watch and see if you observe any soap. 2nd, they are slow. This place feels like the car wash itself is a lost leader for windshield chip repair.

The service was aweful. I bought the Royal package but when I got the car back, the inside wasnt vaccumed (or touched at all), a lot of spots outside car was not cleaned, and they said we dont clean the trunk unless you ask! The guy was arguing with me that we dont remove hair inside the car and cleaning the carpets comes with Royal package. So basically he didnt even know I bought Royal package! After showing them all that, no apologies and he said we wont clean it anymore. The pictures are after they cleaned it because I complained.

I took my vehicle to get it cleaned and decided to take advantage of the oil change with a free cleaning. Little did I know, that would be a huge mistake. Not only did they charge me twice the amount that they showed me before proceeding with the oil change, but they managed to forget to re-install my windshield wiper and suddenly grease appeared all over my driveway and the inside of my tire well. I live less than a mile away. I spoke to Dustin (the manager) on the phone before bringing my truck back to let him know that I had grease everywhere and it looked like my cv joint had been damaged. He was very kind on the phone and told me to bring it in and it would be best to do it when he was around. I was assuming that they would take responsibility for what occurred on their watch but instead he told me, yeah, busted cv joint and not our problem. Dude, these things happen. In a year since I have owned the vehicle I have put 3000 miles on my truck. I take very good care of it and obviously do not drive it often. It has just over 35,000 miles and is 5 years old and yet somehow, when I brought it in for an oil change, the CV joint magically bursts open without them noticing grease all over nor causing the problem? Perhaps, it was terrible timing of having an oil change and my cv joint suddenly bursting open but typically a cv joint lasts a lot longer than 35,000 miles. I used to love this place and I still have over 16 tickets to use for car washes from them but I will never use this company again. You lost a client for life.

I had an opportunity to speak to the owner and he was very kind and helpful. His employees are friendly and professional and did a great job on my car! I will be a repeat customer.

I usually come here every week to get a car wash or even a oil change time to time. Today I came in to see the same lady at the desk who always has the best customer service and great energy. When I came in today to get the “works” wash. I had walked into her stalking the front fridge and than she started to wipe down tables. As she finished and you could tell she was about to stalk the other fridge. A man named Louis. I guess it’s the owner? Had came in and started yelling at her and was really close to being in her face. With how loud he was yelling and with the anger in his voice I had to take myself out of the store. It was very uncomfortable to see such a good worker getting harassed. If this store cares more about selling sodas then the cleanliness of the store and the care for the customers feeling, than I will be taking my business elsewhere .

Stopped in for an express wash. They did not wipe down all my windows and there re where several places on my vehicle that I wiped off dirt from when I got home. Will not be back.

Their car air freshener must be called cigarette. It was awful since Im a non smoker. Several of the workers walked around without masks. We walked to our car when the lady told us it was ready. The front of the car wasnt clean at all. A guy looked at us and said hell be right with us and came back with a rag full of soap and cleaned it so he obviously knew. Not a good 1st time experience.

Spent $18.99 (which was $2 off) my car was still dirty in many spots, inside doors werent wiped down, they didnt even vacuum very well. My husband went the same week with the same results. Definitely not worth the money here. Spend your money somewhere else.

This 94 dollar oil change and car wash was a complete rip off they put to much oil in my car which now it dripping out the bottom they never did change my oil filter who knows If I even got synthetic I called to complain and they hung up on me . I wish I would of read reviews b4 going here I would of never given them a dollar . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I even contacted 3 on your side and reported these scammers and better business bureau.

So disappointed in the service I received from this place! Came in to get a full service car wash vs. going to one of those $5 self-service places. Literally THE WORST car wash Ive ever had. I should have just turned around and went across the street to Quick Quack after the gentlemen who greeted me was super rude when after I declined their windshield replacement service but no, I stayed and went through with the $30+ car wash package. I would have done a better job myself... They didnt even vacuum my back seats, armor all the dash or add an air freshner scent.

I am writing this review while waiting for my car to be washed. I stopped in because my car needed a wash and there were no cars in line .... none. It is taking forever for the car to be washed. What should be a 10 minute event, start to finish, will take 30 minutes. 15 minutes have passed and my car hasn’t yet graduated from the mechanical car wash .... tick, tick, tick .... I am standing at the window where you watch the car being washed go through ... tick, tick, tick

I dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change and full detail. Before leaving I asked the guy working how long it would take to finish, he said an hour. After running several errands with my husband, I called back 2 and a half hours later to hear that my car was still not finished. After explaining that that is not was I was told, the Manager (Paul) offered to apologies but rather decided to argue with me and give attitude. He basically told me to deal with it instead of offering to fix the miscommunication, while also laughing at me multiple times throughout the call. As someone who has worked in the customer service field for over 9 years, I have never heard a manager be so condescending and rude to his customers. My husband and I decided to go in to settle the situation and were again met with arguing and attitude. He also denied how disrespectful he was to me when he was confronted by my husband. After realizing how mad we were he said he would give us a full refund, and handed us our keys back and told us to leave. 6 hours later he called back claiming that we had to pay for the oil change or he would report us for theft to Mesa PD. Whoever the owner of this company is needs to get new management. Our treatment from the MANAGER of this store was completely unacceptable and hands down the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

I went here after the unfortunate accident of someone throwing up in my rear seat. There was only a small amount on the seat and door panel. Most was outside the car. I spoke to a gentleman who like other reviewers described as a used car salesman. I didnt see him that way I saw him as doing a job, yes he was trying to upsell me but thats every car wash place. He was respectful and didnt push after I declined services. We settled on the cleaning of the rear seat, the driver side rear door panel, and a exterior car wash. It was going to take an hour, the place seemed quite busy so it was completely understandable. As I walked away from him a glass repairman confronted me. Now this guy really felt like a used car guy, but still I was courteous and declined his service taking a card in place. I left my vehicle there due to the need to return to work and care for children. I was called 45 minutes later explaining that the vehicle was completed. I explained I would have to pick it up later, the gentleman said no problem they close at 5:30. I said Id get there before closing. I had my three kids (5, 3, 9months) due to, well...life. I walked over to the car wash and paid for the services. The front desk attendant walked me to the detailer. This gentleman brought me to my car and had me look over my car. The door panel was clearly wiped down, but not cleaned as it stated in the services (and on the actual window where the first sales rep listed all services needed). The car looked car. The car wash was very well done. The rear seat looks good. The cleaners armor alled-ed the interior and vacuumed it. Overall it was fantastic. but the door panel wasnt clean. When I mentioned this to the Detailer, he took a further look at the area where I pointed. Clearly there were remains of the mess in my car, he flicked off a small fleck with his finger nail and agreed. I said it looks liked they wiped it but didnt clean it. His response was. They told me they cleaned it. He offered to take care of it real quick. I had an infant crying in my arms and to other kids that were not in the greatest moods. I declined. I didnt want someone to real quick clean something when Im standing in the middle of a parking lot with one crying baby, and trying to wrangle two others. I then cleaned it appropriately. I contacted the manager Dustin regarding the situation the next day. At first when he heard the situation offered a just bring it back well fix it attitude. After explaining I had cleaned it. I wasnt coming back, and I was just contacting him to make him aware of the situation. His sentiment changed to let us earn your business back. I declined again because I had already taken care of the issue. From other reviews I knew there wasnt going to be a refund, thats not what I was after. He explained that he was off that day, and if I came back in just to ask for him. I retorted a customer should not need to ask for the manager each time they enter in a store for correct services. He agreed, and promised to investigate the situation so it wont happen in the future. Overall, if you want a good exterior wash they do a good job, if you have the time to have them redo their interior job go for it, be honest and call them on their issues.

My vehicle was dirty going thats why you go to a car wash well it was not a professional experience. It took 45 minutes to clean up after my visit. I went there because of good experience in the past maybe I will go back.

I had gone here yesterday, and was excited to try them out. I was initially heading over to QuikQuak Carwash and decided to give a new place a shot. I knew I had made a bad decision when I first pulled up. The gentleman that was selling the wash acted like a used car salesman. Major red flag went off, however I was hoping “it’s just a car wash, what could his attitude really affect”. Boy, was I wrong, his attitude was the same as the rest of the people I spoke with there. They don’t care about you, your experience, your end result. What they care about is money. I get it, as I also care about money in the business I do, but I make sure the customer is first taken care. I EARN the money first. So after the used car salesman gets done trying to explain why I need a $50 wax, when I went up there for a simple wash, he became upset when I told him no. Not sure if commissioned based, or just really into his sales. Doesn’t make a difference to me, and whatever works for him(I just will not be a return customer). This same gentleman came in and was asking for a woman’s phone number so he could call her later, even after she said there was no later as she was heading back to Massachusetts. Just getting an oil change after dropping her daughter off for college. Not really wise to try and use your job as a dating service in front of other customers.So enough about the creepy salesman. Now let’s get into the actual issue I had with them.I sat in front of the tunnel windows to watch for my car to go through. You can’t miss it as every time a new car goes through, it buzzes and the machines start up again, each time. Mine never went through. About 30 minutes of waiting and watching a whole bunch of other people’s cars go through I ask the cashier about how long mine will take, and he says “oh, sorry no one got you, it’s been done”. I go out and look at my car, and it looks like someone sprayed a hose on it and then parked it again. The dust was turned into a mud, and it was obviously not washed. I go back in and tell them I want a refund as they had me waiting 30-60 minutes without letting me know it’s done(likely because they didn’t do anything to make it done) and because it was still dirty. The manager told me they will just rewash. By then I had already resigned myself to wanting to use QuikQuak Carwash across the road, because this place has wasted so much of my time. The manager informed me no refund, he will just make his guys wash it as many times as it takes to make me happy and that good help is hard to find. I agreed that it is hard to find good help, however it is the businesses responsibility to make sure a customer feels welcomed. Putting blame on the help, especially as a manager, tells me a lot about the manager in the first place. Good management is also hard to find. It’s not just a paycheck, it’s an entire role. So my car came through the tunnel this time, and I go wait for them to waive me that the car is done(they do not come and get you or announce a finished Vehicle. The manager told me no car wash announces to the showroom a car wrapping up or getting a customer. He argued with me when I explained every car wash I have ever been to does, especially when they know their customers are inside waiting. It was 115 yesterday, I was sitting in the AC with a dozen other customers.) So I wait and watch carefully and my car is in the middle lane of the drying area. I am watching like a hawk, and I see 4 fingers pop up over the car in the closest lane indicating mine is done. I thought to myself “no wonder I had no idea, I was watching closely this time and barely saw 4 fingers sticking up over another vehicle”. This was ridiculous and was the nail on the coffin for me. I would never recommend this place, and I will never return. I will make sure I inform everyone I know not to, and will also make sure my fleet of 20 vehicles at work also do not use this place. Their rates are high for what they offer, which is only an issue when the service you get with those rates are from a group that obviously doesn’t care.

Ive going to this place for quite some time and they usually do a good job. I was disappointed today when something was stolen from my car and the manager basically told me that I was making it up.... I will continue to use this carwash because its convenient but now I know to make sure and hide everything or take everything out of my car first.

Such great service! My twin brother and I brought our Honda Odysseys to be washed on our birthdays. (Yes Mini-Vans haha) The service crew didn’t just quickly wash our vans, they perfected them (hand washed inside and outside, vacuumed, polished, and even threw in a refreshing car scent of our choice. They also gave us a heads up of a crack just starting on front windshield. We are very impressed and so incredibly grateful we found Genie Car Wash!

I came in today for a carwash and paid for the most expensive (regular) wash. I got home then saw that they didnt even clean the top of my center consol and cup holders.

True gentlemen run this car wash. They suggested to me a reasonable package that included buffing out deep scratches, full car scratch removal, hand washing, hand waxing, and a thorough cleaning of the inside of my car. Im a repeat customer for sure!!!

Im not sure about all the negative reviews.But this is my second time coming to this place and I am quite satisfied with the work they do.

Very easy process in and out in 15-20 minutesGot the basic, so wipe downs in the back and sides left quite a few water spots. Probably will check out next level to see if get a more spotless result next time.Paid $16.99 and left a $ 3.00 tip

Paid for the VIP wash today. Employee at register didn’t speak to me and had headphones in his ears listening to music while I’m paying for my wash. On top of that horrible job at wiping down the inside of my car. I’m glad I didn’t not leave a tip. My tip would be for management to ensure there employees provide good customer service and that there employees do a thorough job on cleaning the inside of cars.

Great service, excellent truck wash!

I had a fantastic detailing job! I had house paint splattered on my Lexus. I tried to remove the house paint and created a lot of bad scratches. I thought I would need to have the car re-painted! I had the car detailed at Genie and the outcome was PERFECT! The car looks showroom new inside and out. They saved the car and saved me a lot of money. I will have my other Lexus detailed there also. Thank you very much!

Not a good car wash at all. Its a mile from my house in Mesa, but we are going back to Tempe to get our car washed. My wife got the car washed today top of the line wash. And there was crap all over inside the car and it wasnt good at all. There was sticky stuff on the console and my screen had dust all over it so nobody touched it with a rag.

I brought my van in this morning (6/19/19) for an oil change, new air filter, wash, and hand wax. I even paid an extra $29.99 to have tar removed from behind each wheel. The wash and wax were fine but when I left the premises my van was running horribly. I ran a couple of errands and went straight to my mechanic. Within 30 seconds of opening the hood he discovered a vacuum hose had been snapped off of a sensor. The sensor was located directly behind the housing for the air filter that was replaced. I drove back and spoke to the manager Frank. He refused on several occaisons to even give me his last name. He wanted no part of the responsibility of the broken sensor, stating that things just break on older vehicles. The damaged part is going to cost a whopping $35. That $35 is going to cost this establishment about 12 full service car washes a year, 3-4 oil changes, and a bunch of express washes, I own 4 vehicles that I regularly take in. This man, Frank, has zero customer service skills and should be drying cars, not managing the people who do.

These guys are awesome. Needed a big-time detail and they took care of me and I have a new car again. They do a great job on washing cars as well. Would recommend them anytime . They had a great deal going on as well. Super nice

They do a good job on the wash. I dont recommend having your engine serviced there though. The quoted price only means oil and filter. They never even checked the air filter and didnt add Lube to the 14 fittings on my truck. Careful here of the low-ball price. Your wallet may love it but your car wont.

Paid $28.99 for the royal, car came out dirty and they didnt even vacuum, and put so much armorall over the car you cant even put your hand down on any surface. Right when I got in the car, I smelled a horrible stench of cigarettes! I called and told them what happened and they said oh well and hung up! Im never coming back to this place again! Now I need to go get it rewashed and have to buy an air freshener! Go to the place on Horne and Brown. They are so much nicer and do a way better job for half the price!

Been going here for years, always loved the hand drying and and interior cleaning. However, the salesmen are very pushy even after I say no to a service. And be careful, they will try to sell you synthetic oil without asking, which is a price difference of about 40 dollars. Overall, good washes and good service, just use caution

Genie Car Wash has served my family for many years, always delivering the best service! I had no idea until taking my own car they have an express car wash. They clean the outside of the vehicle and give you the option of a tire wax as well. If you want a high-quality all-car wash, inside and out, check them out! Fast and ideal service. Two thumbs way up!

Rude Rude Rude Manager . When I pulled up I asked for a basic wash only he asked if i want other option I said no. As I was walking away he said I can do your tires for you. I thought what a nice guy and said thank you. When i get to the register it was $4.00 more for the tires. I told them I just wanted basic. The manager comes up and tells me maybe you shouldnt have been on the phone when he asked you. I tell him I told them twice basic only. And I heard what he said. Manger refused to discount and left. The nice girl at the counter said she was very sorry and did the discount for me because she though that he was wrong. Give that girl at the counter a raise and discount his pay.

I paid for an interior detail and waxing the car. The car was never waxed. Stay away from this place. Horrible!

They missed a lot of spots and had to go a self wash to finish the job myself.

Fast and good service

Go to a $5 car wash, vacuum it yourself, I still have dirt and Xmas tree needles in between the rear hatch door, plenty of room to vac it out its not in tight spot, still found 2 candy wrappers in the cup holders, wont be going back for wasting $30, I can for all that I can wipe down my own dash and spray on tire cleaner and pull out my mats. Poor quality, but awesome customer service very nice people.

I have gone to this place for years and been fairly pleased. However, today I spent $95 on a wash and hand wax. They did a really poor job and clearly didnt even wash the windows -- very disappointing. I asked the attendant to tidy up a couple spots and he very begrudgingly did. My understanding is this place changed management recently and service has severely declined ever since. I will try the new place across the street next time.

Been to this location twice, the most recent because the $3 wash across the street is under remodel. Did Express wash and tire dressing. Truck came out with dirt still on the back fender area - dirt, not MUD. Tire dressing was on about 3/4 of the tires and the vacuuming was awesome - express wash you vacuum your own vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend.

Genie Car Wash did a great job, received an oil change and a basic car wash in under 45 minutes with no appointment. Staff was very helpful and nice. For a basic wash they did a light vacuum and interior wipe down and the exterior looked great also. They did not empty out or wipe down the cup holders, but other than that very pleased.

Really like the window that allows you to watch them change your oil etc...Ive never been disappointed with the service or the attention to customer satisfaction.In and out quickly.I often wonder how they can have so many employees flying around busily doing what needs to be done and yet charge so little as they do for the services.Ok so they dumped an extra quart of oil in my engine. I guess I am a little disappointed. Darn

This is usually where my grandma, my brother, and I all get our oil changes. We’ve been coming here for years. But not after today! I called not even 15 minutes ago to ask if it’s usually busy in the morning, as I need an oil change but have to be at work at 9:30. The guy on the phone literally answers my question with “I don’t know ma’am, I don’t have a crystal ball so I can’t tell the future.” And no, he was not joking or trying to be funny. Are you kidding me? You just lost 3 loyal customers, buddy! I made a snarky comment back and hung up before I could get his name.

This place feels like a scam. Always asking you to upgrade services (which is basic sales, I get that) yet still receive terrible service after the upgrade. Many many basic things were missed, my window trim was damaged also my lift gate was damaged by the workers. They dont know how to operate basic controls on cars. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. The bare minimum is done, if that. Cashier and workers were rude. I was one of two other people there so they dont have any excuse for not taking time to do their job. Maybe try the car wash across the street or somewhere else. Unless you like getting scammed, over charged, workers being rude, and your vehicle damaged. And NEVER use their vehicle service (like oil change). Also they will rummage through your items, but wont clean.

Ended up clean inside and out! They do a great job on the interior windows, too!

Terrible experience the worse customer service I ever saw.Today I went there for second time and they returned my car after cleaning without a fender when I asked about it both of the managers denied that they damaged my car one of the managers got a very nasty and disrespectful response we called the Law Enforcement to witness this situation the staff members of this place never even try to listen and deal with the problem THEY DONT CARE and they have no skill or professionalism or proper English language to communicate we have our car damaged and we hope doesn’t happen to someone else.

Great package price and wonderful full-service car wash! The workers could have done better with window cleaning & making sure bird poo was cleaned off :/

Never ever EVER again. My first red flag was when I called. When they answered I asked Do you have a hand wash option? His response was and what about it? When I pulled up I asked them to wipe down the interior and they immediately started pestering me to get a detail, even though I had my two toddlers with me. When I said no, they basically shooed me away. I went into the store, paid, and asked if they would come get me when my car was done. The cashier said yes. Over 30 minutes later, I went out to check on my car. They said oh, you didnt see me wave my rag? No, because you cant see the area they were in with my car out the window and I was not going to wait outside when it was 120 degrees with my kids. Then they all LAUGHED at me when I told them the cashier said theyd come get me! I have never been to a car wash that expects you to see them wave a rag. Finally, they find the guy who had the keys to my car. No one knew where my keys were! When I got to my car, it was obvious the inside was not wiped down, and the outside was barely washed, still lots of dirt on it. So much for an upgraded hand wash. I will never go back there and advise everyone else the same.

Just got a wash. My car is a manual and when I got in my car it started rolling away because who ever parked it didnt put the damn brake on.... 👎good job guys, good job.

Salesmen are never pushy trying to get you to upgrade, wash is always solid, fair for the price, and takes a reasonable amount of time. Not uncommon to find restrooms out of towels, soap, or both. Cashiers are generally pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, they have Galaga in the waiting room.

The best place for an oil change and a car wash in less than an hour

They are quick with their service. Can get an oil change here as well. Would give 5 stars but sometimes they miss basic cleaning inside car.

I love this place! The people are so friendly and the car always comes out the bomb diggity! My son loves to hang out inside and check out the fish tank! I highly recommend this place!

Its standard procedure to wipe the interior in every car wash I have ever had. Not here. I had to pay 10 dollars extra for them to wipe down an interior door. One door. The people who greet you when dropping off the car leave a lot to be desired, too.

Nice customer service, but the vacuuming and cleaning of the car hasnt been good lately. I have been taking my SUV religiously every Saturday until recently due to lack of thorough vacuuming and cleaning.
