Chris and his crew really took care of me. I took my bike in to get the bags fixed and coated because I had marks on them from hoses rubbing on them. They quoted me a price for just the bags and I dropped the bike off to them. When they said it was ready to go, they also cleaned, polished and wiped down the entire bike!! Chris is great to work with and runs a very professional, clean and orderly shop. I had two of my trucks done that both had some minor scratching and imperfections in the clear coat. They corrected those and made the trucks look better than new. This coating is phenomenal, not only does it clean MUCH easier, it also seems to repel dirt and dust. The glass hyperbolic quality is awesome is wet conditions too, i hardly need to use my wipers when it rains, it just rolls off. Highly recommend.

Chris took a vision and created a highly protected masterpiece. I worked with him to have the chrome wrapped, the truck corrected and ceramic coated, along with the camper corrected and sealed a couple of months ago. We had a ceramic coating done on our new car and so far it still looks amazing. It gives the car that new car look, even after a week of driving. It’s a quick wash, blow dry with a leaf blower and we’re good. They were professional, the service was done quickly, they communicated with us and sent pictures through the process. I must say this is an amazing place. Probably one of the best for Ceramic coating. the whole process was seamless. Upon arrival I was told the entire procedure and timeline. Upon pickup I was told the entire cleaning and maintenance program for the vehicle. Not only that, I got the cleaning package to take care of the vehicle coating. Also 8 year warranty. Oh and my vehicle was 3 days old. New paint is nice but after BMCC got finished it was showroom shine. Very Highly Recommend!!!

I am so thrilled with the ceramic coating I had done at Bob Moses! I had researched several companies in the valley and the prices ranged anywhere from 800 to 4k for either basic paint or full car. I came across Bob Moses and was really impressed with their reviews as they had a lot of customers coming out of state just to use their services.I reached out to the company and was contacted by Chris who went over the options I had which were very simple and I really felt they werent trying to get me to buy the top of the line, bells and whistles, top tier level like several other companies had tried to talk me into. My choices were to either do just the paint or I could do the whole car. I went with the whole car and it was worth every single penny! They were extremely affordable and they did an amazing job! Chris even sent me a few pics of my car before they had started the paint correction and I couldnt believe how much my weekly automatic car washes had damaged the paint. Im a big reviews person when I consider using companies and the great reviews that this company have did not lie.On a side note, I had a mustang rental for two days while Bob Moses took care of my car and have already decided that I need one of those too. They have gained a customer for life and I would not hesitate to visit Chris at Bob Moses Ceramic Coating to get your vehicles/bikes taken care of.As many of you already know, I purchased a $78,000 truck in November 2020. I had been looking for this specific model/options for nearly 6 months and ended up pulling the trigger on 11/8. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle, I had shopped around for a good ceramic shop to get the truck protected. I had a few people refer me to Bob Moses, not by personal experience, but by stories they had seen in their car communities. I further researched the company and was unable to find a single dissatisfied customer.I had reached out to Chris and scheduled to have my truck taken care of. They were booked out for 3 weeks, but with everything I had read/heard, I figured it would be worth the wait. I dropped my truck off on December 7th, and within a few hours, I receive a call from Chris informing me there were issues with my truck. Chris had noticed the clear coat/paint had defects and holes in every single panel. These defects were hard to make out in daylight with the metallic finish and without a detailers light. Knowing I just bought this new, he suggested that I contact the dealership before they did any work.The whole experience with RAM (FCA) was unpleasant and difficult, to say the least. They seem to want to do the least work possible to satisfy a new owner. The end result is my brand new truck had to be fully stripped down and repainted. As you can imagine, spending that much money on a truck, I was not happy knowing it would need to be repainted and would more than likely not come out as good as a non defected factory paint job.After 2 and a half months of waiting, I receive a call from the body shop informing me the truck had been painted and was ready to view for inspection. I reached out to Chris to see if there’s anything I should look for specifically. He did me one better, he offered to meet me at the body shop and look over the truck personally. After checking out the truck, he managed to put me on the schedule the following week, even though they were booked out for 3-4 weeks.I was finally able to pick up my truck yesterday from Bob Moses, and still cannot believe how much work and effort they put into my situation knowing they had no obligation to anything extra. More importantly, had they been a dishonest or a careless company, they would have just coated my truck with the bad paint, never told me about what they discovered, and I probably wouldn’t have noticed for quite some time.I cannot thank Chris and Bob Moses enough for turning a really bad situation into a positive experience. They are one of the most affordable ceramic places I received quotes from, and also the best-reviewed. If you need anything done to one of your vehicles, let’s bring them some business!

TLDR:Bob Moses of Mesa seems to put all their focus on marketing and not enough on workmanship. Their work is okay, but they significantly over-sell it and dont take ownership when they miss the bar they set for themselves.The whole story:After moving to such a sunny state, ceramic coating seemed like a good investment to protect my paint. That said, this service is expensive so I took the time to shop around. After a few quotes, I chose Bob Moses of Mesa due to their glowing reviews, specialization in ceramic coating, and the sales pitch of the location owner, Chris Davern (he called soon after I requested a quote online). During our discussion, he raved about the quality of the product and the quality of their work, as he “[came from a career in detailing before discovering this game changing product]”. After some consideration, I set up an appointment for the next week. I carefully reviewed all the paper work, and I “lightly washed” my 2017 Tacoma per the pre-appointment instructions. Come to find out, I should’ve deep cleaned it, as they surely did not pay attention to what they ceramic coated over. As you likely already know, good ceramic is worthless without good prep work. Given that this is a detail shop and Chris spoke proudly about his years in detailing, I assumed that the prep would be wonderful and the only thing up to question would be the quality of the ceramic coating. I wish. While the spiderwebbing and swirl marks were greatly diminished, they were not totally gone as he claimed they would be prior to the commitment. That was somewhat of a disappointment, but what really sounded the alarms was the remaining bug splatters when I picked up the truck. They literally ceramic coated over bug spatters. When I pointed this out to Chris, he shrugged it off as though it’s to be expected even though in his sales pitch, he raved about how it would look better than when it was new. At this point, all I can hope is the ceramic coating at least protects my paint, even if it did lock in bugs in the process.In conclusion:Bob Moses of Mesa does not do terrible work, but they cannot back up their claims. Then when they fail to deliver, they take no ownership; just your money. You’d be better off spending it somewhere that takes their work as seriously as they take their sales pitch.

Called the next morning to ask s a few questions with in an hour had my boat dropped off so they could work me in if had cancellations or time. I spoke with Matt about caring for the exterior of my rig. I was interested in the ceramic coating. Even though I have a more economical 5th Wheel, I wanted to invest in its durability and look. He suggested that because of the materials used by my manufacturer that I may not get the same results expected by RVERS who purchase higher-end rigs. Chris and his team are the best in town. When it comes to ceramic coating, PPF, or anything of that nature, these guys are true experts in the business. I drive a 2020 Tesla Model 3. If you research, the paint is known not to be the best. Having their services done gives us the comfort of driving how we please without worrying about potential dings and scratches from debris. Chris and his crew did an AMAZING job on my Ram 3500. The clear coat was full of swirl marks from the prior owner. They corrected the clear coat with a 3-step process, then did the ceramic coating. My paint looked unbelievable... the gloss is ridiculous. I guarantee it didn’t even look this good brand new. Chris did a good job of explaining the process and how to care for the ceramic coating. Their shop is clean, and he got it done exactly within the timeline he said he would. I will definitely be using them again.

Chris at Bob Moses, was great to work with and my truck came out looking like new! After shopping around for a while Bob Moses seemed to have the best value. I had a ton of pin stripes and after the ceramic coating was done, you couldn’t see them anymore. I am excited to see how the coating holds up.
