This place is horrible completely disorganized the woman was working there was rude. I was there at 10:17 my appointment being at 10:30. She was the only one working. She told multiple people the wait would be till 1:00-1:30 and it was literally just my two boys in there. Also she had help but he was to busy sitting in the back having a five star lunch break. I’m not kidding. At one point the woman asked what time he came in as she was clearly outnumber and he said 12:00. He put headphones on and that was it? The worst part is on my second sons hair she asked what I wanted on the sides and I said a 2. She did the sides and then before I knew it shaved my sons head. She did whatever she wanted to the top.

Busy place, but the manager dose an excellent job, worth the wait.

Uneven hair cut. Ripped hair out while cutting. Razor burn on neck line. Horrible. Been 4 years since I have been there. Thought it would of changed. Nope. Will never return!!!!

Every stylist Ive been to here has been so friendly and has cut my hair so well, its been a smooth transition away from my favorite out of state stylist. They take the time to really understand what Im looking for with a haircut, what I want it to do in the future, and quickly and efficiently give me just what I want - from a drastic change to a quick trim, every trip is super!

This place is acceptable only if you are looking to get a quick cut and dont care about your hairstyle.I just got my haircut after growing it out 4 months. It is the worst cut ever. The stylist shortened lengths at the top and trimmed a little in the back. I look like I am wearing a cap made of hair because she did not blend the top with any of the longer lengths on the sides. Its very uneven. Supercuts should be called shortcuts. She did not offer to dry or style my hair. Even if it cost me more I would have paid for it. I left with a cold wet head and went home to wash it and blow dry it. Its not till you dry and style do you know how the cut really looks.. I went there because it was convenient. Never again.

I took my son and grandson to this location and sadly would not recommend this location. My sons haircut turned out somewhat decent but definitely not the best haircut hes had. My grandsons haircut was absolutely terrible. Uneven in the back with some really long pieces sticking out, and you cant even tell the top was touched at all. Will not be returning!

Went in to have my hair curled for a college graduation. It was a Wednesday afternoon so it was quiet and I was taken back right away. Marcy did my hair and it was AWFUL. The front looked alright so I didnt ask to see a mirror to look at the back (and it wasnt offered). I looked when I got home and she didnt bother to brush out/curl the hair close to my head in the back, but rather curled the ends and left the wavy mess that I was PAYING to have fixed. Hate to say it but she was also unprofessional and obviously did not take pride in her work or her job. She complained about being a hairdresser and the lack of money that it made, and proceeded to say she was looking for a new job elsewhere. I paid $26 (she accidentally added a bang trim to the bill, NO HAIR WAS CUT!) and I had to redo my hair for the event anyway. Terrible job and waste of money. I do NOT recommend this Supercuts.

When I walked in I was ignored for a few min. Finally someone said itd be a few min. I sat down for about 5-10 min. Another customer came in, sat down. 5-10 more min. Another customer comes in and sits down. The lady that told me itd be a few min finishes and goes over to the last guy that came in and brings him back... My total wait time was close to 30 min and I was the first one in. She took the last guy to come in so I left. Ill never go back here again. Ive been in the past and they arent that good at listening or cutting anyways. And apparently they dont do first come first serve.

I admit I was a little scared to go here considering all the poor reviews. I went last week and got a stylist named Heather. I was greeted warmly and promptly. She listened to what I was looking for as a style and executed it courteously and fast. I had nothing but a positive experience.

Kera was amazing! She worked efficiently and quickly. She gave me so many useful tips and made me feel very comfortable as I got bangs for the first time!

Great customer service. Called ahead. Put my 3 kids on the list and was seen when we showed up. All 3 kids hair look great and we were in and out in less then 45 mins.

Kiara cut my hair and she did such a good job. The place is a comfortable atmosphere with great music playing and the ladies are so professional. She will be doing my hair from now on.

Nice staff and speedy service, but ruined my hair. I asked for a trim bc I wanted to get rid of the split ends and grow it out, but I got 2 inches taken off with choppy layers. I didnt get to see what it looked like during the cut, either, or I probably would have stopped it (I wear glasses and cant see without them, and had them off to make the cut easier.) I was never even asked my input on my own hair after we started.I might come here again, but not for any detailed work.

By the time I left I was depressed. The stylist and I am using the term lightly. Was rude and unprofessional. I only went for a trim as I am growing my hair out. She argued what I should do. The employees discussed how they were tired and were going to call off. Not a big confidence builder. Spend the extra money somewhere else.

I went with my mom to get a haircut. We didnt want anything crazy, just a simple 2 inches off. The lady RUINED it. She was very annoying and even argued on how much more I should cut my hair. She was scream laughing and talking about a party she was going to. She even got her comb stuck in my ear piercing. We walked out very disappointed with the shortest hair ever! Both asked for 2 inches we ended getting 4-5. It was insane. Never again

We had been going to this place for at least a couple years. It was the only place that my son wanted to get his hair cut. Then, a couple weeks ago we went in and were told our regular stylist didnt work there anymore. So, we decided to try another stylist. What a mistake!!!! My son told her to use a number 3 attachment and fade up from bottom to top. She must have used a number 1 attachment because the back of my sons head was cut so close it was almost bald, like a military cut. When we complained, she actually said You told me his hair grows fast so its no problem. Then, she asked my son if he wanted styling. The other stylist had always done some type of styling at no extra charge, and so my son said yes. Then, when were checking out, they charged us another $11 for styling! The stylist spent over 20 minutes arguing with my wife and was very disrespectful.To top that off, I went back to complain to the manager about it a couple days later and the same stylist was there and was arguing with me in front of the manager. The manager offered me a free cut, but why would I want to go back to a place that is so disrespectful to customers. I called the corporate customer service 3 different times. The reps were always nice, and said my complaint would be passed on to the district manager, but the district manager never called me. They said they called me twice but they left no message and there is no record of any call from their number to my phone. They offered me a free-cut and said that is all they can do. I guess Supercuts doesnt put their customers first. I will never go back to another Supercuts location, and if you have any self-respect I would recommend choosing another place to get your haircut.

Got a great hair cut and beard trim. Staff was great, wonderful conversationalist, and worked on my unique hair cut until I was happy. This is the place to go.

Taina was amazing; I was in there in June!She cut my hair from out grown A-line bob to short asymmetrical pixie cut that I absolutely love! She actually really took her time and made sure that I was happy with the cut! I will be returning soon to have my out grown pixie cut fixed!I will state that the other hairstylist there was rude and would tell customers that they needed to cut their hair differently and they were wrong. I would never let her touch my hair!

I received better service under the old management. You shouldnt have online scheduling if you cant at least come within a half hour of the scheduled time. I wasted over 45 minutes before leaving. Never waited more than 10 minutes before with the old sign in online.

I came in on a Saturday around 6 pm. I called them to make an appointment and when I got there my hair stylist was smoking outside. While she was cutting my hair I could smell smoke on her the whole time. She also got my name wrong twice before she looked up my correct name. Phoebe, Ashley? Not even close to me name. Lastly, there is a big chunk missing from my hair. 15 bucks for a (literally) 3 minute hair cut.

Sarah was awesome. I came in at 755 and they were cleaning, yet they took me right in. Plus, I look good!!! Kara was pretty awesome too...

Im concerned about the sanitary conditions of this Supercuts. I went in for a hair cut and the Stylist, Maria, was quite the character. As I sat down at her station I noticed that her shears were covered in light brown hair... I have black hair. She proceeded to use shears with someone elses hair on them. Im not talking a hair or two, COVERED. This lady was ROUGH with her clippers, she knicked me a few times on the back of my head. She said I needed to stop moving or she would keep cutting me and how she didnt want to do that then proceeded to show me the clippers and how theyre shaped like Im stupid or something. I wasnt moving, I stayed still even when she was going and checking in clients while cutting my hair. She would tell me to look up and I would and she said NO. NOT THAT FAR UP. LIKE THIS. and would readjust my head pretty harshly. Then she showed me an open burn wound on her hand that wasnt bandaged up... pretty gross. I wouldnt pay the $17 to get cut, yanked around, other peoples hairs all over you, and to have my stylists oozing wound in my hair.

Hour wait on a Saturday. Theres 2 stylist working here and one of them is doing allot to a ladys hair, so basically 1 person. People just coming and going thru the door. I reviewed the posts and see that new owners took over in June. Good luck to them- try staffing the place and they might make money. We stopped at Great Clips first and it was the same story there as well. Guess thats why people are moving on from these big chains that could care less. I dont even care how my sons haircut turns out, il never be back.

They don’t know how to cut Asian hair. This was my second time being here, the first one was terrible too. But since im getting a different stylist this time i was hopeful that it will be better. I asked for an a-line bob cut and even showed a picture and i walked out looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek lmaooo never again!!! I rather drive 14miles to Mesa and pay a little more than being stuck with an ugly haircut. Ok place to get a trim, but don’t expect a good haircut.. i guess you get what you pay for!

Best hair cut expireince ever I got an amazing cut that I can show off to the world with pride there is no other place I would go for a decent hair cut I walked in asked for a hair cut and was in a chair getting my hair cut within minutes friendly staff and overall a good time!!!

Whatever you do, don’t come here for any type of haircut. I ask for a trim and the woman offers to give me layers and I regret it immensely!! I came here thinking I finally have time to get a quick trim without my two kids and can go in and out. And when she offered layers I thought why the heck not!? unfortunately, I didn’t have time to get my hair blow dryed there bc I had to rush back home and boy do I regret that.When I got back home to blow dry my hair, I realized it was super choppy and the layers were horrible! I called and messaged Mgmt to see what they could do so I could get it fixed and I got ZERO response. It’s been a week... I contacted another hair salon (not another Supercuts) and had to pay even more money to have it fixed bc Mgmt here wouldn’t even contact me. (And honestly I didn’t call angry or pissed. I simply emailed and called asking hey, what can we do to get it fixed?) Still no response.The hair stylist at the other salon made a remark of how horrible it was and said that the woman who cut my hair probably had no clue how to do it correctly. I wish I knew how to upload a photo on here to show what it looked like. I will never, ever go back. I’d definitely recommend just paying a few more dollars to get your hair cut the right way, by actual professionals at an actual hair salon.

As another reviewer elegantly put it, Haircuts at places like this are hit or miss. Well, at this location on Power Rd, its clearly a MISS. The stylist was having a bad day and felt it was necessary to share it with me. Its one thing to be having a bad day at work... but to be having a bad day and waving sharp scissors around someones neck is entirely different. I was extrememly uncomfortable in this situation and was tempted to jump out of the chair several times. Im never going back to this shop. Ever.

I will never go to this place again. The disrespect that my husband and 7 year old received this past Sunday is indescribable. You can at least show some respect. If you dont know how to cut ethnic hair you should say so. Dont ignore patrons when they enter your location. They ignored my family and another non ethnic group came in and they were all up in their face asking them how many were getting cut, how long it was going to take.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!! Ive tried going here on three separate occasions with the same story every time. I walk in and they tell me Im next and it will be about 5 to 10 minutes. I wait for a half hour with no service and just walk out. I cant imagine how long the wait will be if there were 2 or 3 people waiting.

Manager decided to discuss with her stylist, whats on their shelves then cut my hair. Waited 20 minutes to watch this.

Bookings for a specific time arent actually for a given time, resulting in waiting 20-30 minutes after you arrive.

Faustine is who I get my haircut from and she is wonderful. Gets it right everytime.

First off let me just say if I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is trash, the staff is extremely disrespectful and I will never get my hair cut at another Supercuts again.

Theres five supercuts within a 15 minute drive; choose a different one than this one randomly and move on with your day.

If you say you are open at 9 and I arrive at 9:10 I would expect you to be open. Leaving now. Came back addy 9:25 STILL NOT OPEN. Like this place but will go somewhere else

Not a good experience. Long wait times and incompetent staff. Certain women have butchered my head on several visits so I have to wait for one or two specific stylists or I walk out of there looking jacked up.
