It was the last day before school and this place was the only one that had openings so we tried it out. I can’t remember which lady we saw, her booth was the second to last on the right hand side and she was older and had blonde hair. I have never seen someone cut boy hair like her, and I hate to say it, but she did a terrible job. I explained and showed her a pic of what we always do which is a number 2 and fade up to to the top and take a little off the top for a fohawk.I can literally see streak lines in his hair from the clippers,the ear isn’t cleaned up evenly, and it’s not blended at all. Also, every place we have went to uses neck strips to protect the neck from getting itchy, they did not. In my opinion they are not kid friendly at all. I’m sure they were busy and nonstop this week but it’s also your job, to do a good job. If you don’t know how to make the haircut look smooth and blend it in, I’d rather you tell me that upfront and I would have rather passed on this haircut. Also when you google supercuts haircut prices I found an article that said either June or July and that a kids cut is $12 ... but nope they charged me like $18.99! All the great places we usually go to charge $15-$17. Be honest about your pricing beforehand and if you don’t like cutting kids hair, or aren’t good at it, please say so upfront. Also side note I took these pics right after the bath it looks worse when his hair is dried

Lori cut my husband’s hair. It usually takes two or three weeks before his hair looks good again because he has cowlicks and usually has rooster crow affect from the short hair cut. He got his haircut today and his hair looks great and this has never happened before.

As the lady was using the buzzer to cut my hair, a few chunk of GREY hair came out. I do NOT have grey hair nor do I have Poliosis. The lady who cut my hair said it was my blonde hair . My hair is brown and it was slightly lighten by a hair product. Basically, she used clippers with out cleaning them which in turn gave me Follicleist . So thank you for not cleaning your tools while we’re still in a sort of pandemic and your to lazy to clean your cutters, Worst of all, she lied and couldn’t be an adult and own up toIt . I strongly suggest going somewhere else

Just relocated here and needed to find someone to cut my hair before I used the utility shears to trim my overgrown bangs. This has never ended well for me. Saturday night I was looking for a hairdresser open on Sunday, checked the reviews and decided Lori was my choice. I was thrilled when I called on Sunday morning and Lori got me in! She is a great stylist! If you are looking for a hairdresser, highly recommend her. 😊 Looking forward to booking a color with her soon.

***Do not recommend***I stood in the lobby for 3 minutes waiting to be checked in while one of the two stylists was on a call. I was then told that the next available time was 11:40am. I asked why, because there were two stylists and only one customer in the store. This was at 10:50am... They mentioned that there was a mobile app appointment for 11am, but acknowledged that no one was there yet.When I requested to utilize the 10 free minutes to get a haircut I was told no, because there was other stuff like cleaning that needed to be done. The available stylist had already cleaned up her area and very simply - did not want to cut hair, she wanted to sit down for 10 minutes in anticipation of an appointment. I monitored from the parking lot, and as of 11:10am the “11am mobile appointment” had still not shown up and there the stylist sat, doing nothing.This was a missed opportunity on their part. I do not believe it represents the values of the branch, rather this poor experience rests solely on those individual stylists.

The stylist are friendly and do a good job. The app, while it could be better, does help get your name on the list before you arrive. Unfortunately one of the stylist has to do 2 jobs; cut your hair, greet people, and answer the phone. I know they’re just doing what is ask of them, but it kinda stinks when it’s your stylist. Im a regular there because of the stylist, and it’s convenient, and not too expensive.

This was my second time getting my hair cut here, phenomenal service. Ive been a walk in both times and I got seated in chair extremely quick by 2 different hairdressers each time. Great haircuts, good conversations, minimal loose hairs on the noggin after the cut.

Always get the cut I asked for. Loyalty program. Very friendly. When they say it could be 10-15 minutes. It is usually less. They have call ahead and online appointments. But you can also just walk in!!

Ive been coming to this place every month for 4 years to get my haircut. The girls here are friendly and fun, and get the job done. Its amazing how much information they retain about you - they remember everything weve chatted about over the years and having that personal connection is fun when you get your haircut! They recently added a warm/moist towel to the finishing touches, which feels great and leaves you with much less hair clippings on your neck, I love it!

Im sitting listening to three ladys talking about the drawer deposit only one of them are cutting hair when I called in I was informed there was no waitWhen I was asked if I wanted a flat top hair cut and responded yes they are trying to figure out who they want to deligate the hair cut to the conversation on drawer has continued for about five minutes.Know one has still approached me for hair cut . I find this experience verry unprofessional.I havent been to Super Cuts for over a year due to poor customer service and de died to give it another try why should I continue to waite or recommend this establishment to anyone els this is Sadd.

I have been going to supercuts ever since new management took over. A coupon for a free haircut prompted me to try them out. Now I wont go anywhere else. Although I feel they are short staffed I am willing to wait for my solon professional to cut my hair. My professional doesnt use electric cutters except on my neck and ears. The rest she cuts with scissors only. And let me tell you, the hot towel treatment after the cut is amazing. I reccomend A+ service.

Dont deserve any stars. After lady washed my hair, she asked if I had lupus. I said no fibro. She said cuz my hair was so thin & falling out she couldnt do anything but cut my hair straight across. I cant believe she really charged me $18.00 for the BS.... I went to another place an they had no problems. Had highlights & color done. I think she just wanted to close the shop & not deal with me. I will never go to another super cuts or recommend them. I was hurt.

You get what you pay for. Ive given myself better haircuts, and Ive had better haircuts at beauty schools by trainees. Minimal effort, nasty stylists. Never again.

My boyfriend didn’t have time to make it out to his usual barber, so we decided to try this Supercuts. They cut his hair uneven - he asked her to keep fixing his hairline but she just couldn’t get it straight. The fade begins higher on the right side, too. I let the manager know about his bad experience (I usually call first, then if the issue isn’t resolved, I leave an online review IF the experience was bad enough) and she said maybe Supercuts isn’t the right place for him. I think she is right lolSupercuts is the place for you if you want a bad hair cut and poor customer service. Luckily it was so cheap, but I guess that’s why lol.

Took my son here to get his hair cut. Specifically told her not to cut the front and showed a pic of what we wanted and the first thing she does is chops straight across the front 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ After it dried the front was uneven and it looked like a bowl cut.

I was pretty unhappy with this location so I stopped going, however my father went earlier this week and got about the worst job you can imagine. The manager of the store does most of the haircuts here and thats who weve both had issues with.
