Wow!! Customer service was above and beyond!! Rachel took such good care of my daughter!!! The other girl took care of my son!!! Me and my daughter were waiting on my son and I asked about giving my 3yr old a wash. Just for fun and they did even more for her!!! She was so in love and relaxed!!!! Im going there next just for a wash and massage!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!

Seriously a 5-star experience.I typically go to Great Clips because I always have but they were closed today. I jumped on Google and Sports Clips was open and really close to my house.I checked in online because the wait was about 45 minutes. I received text alerts about every 5-10 minutes updating me on how close in line I was getting.While on my way to Sports Clips, I got a call from one of the stylists letting me know I was up and they were ready.I got there and checked in on the tablet and sat down. Almost immediately a stylist, Raychel, came and got me and sat me down.I had been trying to grow my hair out for the past several months and it had me at my wits end. I couldn’t style it. It was hot outside and just sticking up and terrible to manage.I explained to Raychel my failure at growing it out and wanted the trendy look these days of long and messy on top with a short fade on the sides.She knew exactly what to do and made it look easy. She was very personable and kept a great conversation throughout the entire haircut.By the end of it, I was speechless. It was the best looking haircut I’d ever had. It looked great and she styled it with a product they sold there, a dry paste that smelled great like cologne.I had such a great experience I ended up buying the dry paste they sold because I loved how my hair looked. Raychel even gave me tips on how to style it like she did.I got compliments for the rest of the day.I will from now on be a client of Sports Clips and of Raychel’s.You guys are fortunate to have her as one of your stylists!

Great concept in barbering. EZ computer check-ins and recorded styles/cuts on from previous haircuts. This allows operator some additional insight. Everything from your basic haircut to shampoo and neck massage. All at low price point. They also have great products available for purchase.

Great place. They recommended a great shampoo that has helped out a lot and I have a funny cowlick on the back of my head that has always been impossible. I dont have any issues with it now. Amanda always seems to know exactly how to cut my hair. She does a great fade also. I used to go to dedicated mens barbers etc but Im coming here consistently now.

They have some really good stylists but they have some pretty bad ones too. Its hit and miss till you find your kind of Stylist there. Everyone is very nice though.

I also was very pleased with how nice she was and seemed very happy to be there, the whole experience made my day! I have had my haircut by people in the past at other places that just seem to hate their job. She made the whole experience fantastic! I will be requesting her again my next appointment.

I have a great conversation every time I’m there with whoever is cutting my hair. Knowing I don’t need a certain hairstylist is very comforting when I go in and select first available. Amanda @ Sport Clips is a perfectionist! She is the only one I trust to cut my hair and always does an amazing job.

Came here after checking out a few other salons/barbers in the area. This will likely be my go-to for hair cuts. Used my phone to get on their virual wait list. When I arrived I was in a chair within minutes. Sheri was great and Ill likely request her going forward. Though from looking around, I think youd be in good hands with any of their stylist. Very clean and the big screens at each station are a nice touch.

Ive been going back and forth to this place since it opened. I would go to a Mens barber shop but found the quality varies.. Id be excited about a hair cut one week.. then two weeks later Id get a subpar haircut. At this location I have received a quality hair cut from First Available every time. My last two times my first available was Angel (chair 6) Suprisingly she remembered me being that im a man of few words. She also remembered the hairstyle I was growing to achieve. I had her again today and it was another excellent cut. Im not very picky with my hair but the last three cuts Ive been very impressed. I do recommend this store.

This has always been a great place to get my hair cut. All stylist here are great at what they do.

The stylists have all been good, but Sydney is my favorite by far. They are all efficient and friendly. High value for the price, definitely recommend the MVP.

The barber gave me a terrific haircut. She was very professional and friendly. Everyone wore masks including customers getting haircuts. Other barbershops I have used have allowed customers to their remove masks. the shop was super clean. I plan on making this my barbershop for future haircuts.

Sport clips is a great hair cut company. Everytime I go they take their time and fix any problem areas. They ask you multiple times for clarification and they offer you a complimentary soft drink or water on the house which is a huge plus for me. (They offer you water and soda and that makes it more inviting and comfortable and helps if your thirsty.)The stylists are very friendly and very clean and totally give a professional experience for anyone who gets their hair cut.Compared to great clips and super cuts which I’ve had them mess up my hair and make it uneven. Super cuts does every part precisely.The theme is nice too at least the one I go to. It’s set up like a football locker room.Instead of paying $7.99 at great clips or wherever just spend the extra and get a precise and professional haircut at sport clips.Thank you, Sport ClipsArizona, Signal Butte Road, Next to AMC Theaters. Good price, great haircuts. Their attention to detail means that even a month later my hair cut (Ceasars style) still holds up unlike a Great Clips cut.Plus the VIP option gets you a how towel and a neck and shoulder massage. Whats not to like?

If you need a basic hair cut and want to be pampered this is the spot. Or of the 10 hair cuts I was only impressed with one. You know the feeling when they show you the work and you say WOW. They do cut hair but to say impressive, thats not the case.

Really great place to get your hair cut... fast service, friendly staff. But prices for hair products are INCREDIBLY high... buy them anywhere else.The one time I got a bad haircut, and placed a poor review online, I was contacted by the store manager and given a free haircut.The one thing I dislike on a regular basis is the pushing of the upgraded service, which costs more. It wouldnt be an issue if I were asked only once, but th st ask over and over again... multiple times.A general point of advice... PLEASE try to get your hair stylists to actually LISTEN when the client is letting you know how they want their hair cut, and any special instructions. Its incredibly irritating when the cut you receive is what the stylist thinks would look good on you, instead of what you want or asked for. If it happens again, I wont be coming back.

Love how friendly everyone always is and they even seem genuine about it too. Hair cuts,beard trims,eye brows... they pretty well cover everything ya need. The shampoo is always a great ending to the hair cut too. They also do very well will toddlers!

I got an appointment on the first day back. It was a trying day for the staff but they handled it with courtesy and professionalism.

Fast, efficient and very clean store. I was greeted immediately and was assisted getting checked in. Waited less than 5 minutes. Dustin cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Very impressed with my first visit!

I have been going here for 4 years and never once I have had such a terrible experience. I went in there to get a clean up on the sides and a little bit cut off the top. I told her, “I would like it long on the top still and just clean up the sides.” She decided to ask no questions in between the cut and did what she wanted. She end up leaving my hair very short on the top and the sides are fine, but now I feel embarrassed to go outside with my haircut . There is no words for how disappointed in this place and I will be having a tough time come back to this establishment. A very disappointing visit.
