The mechanics there are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their pricing is reasonable. They are all very honest. We have been taking our cars & trucks to them for over 30 years.

My truck A/C was blowing warm so I went to Firestone and was told I needed a $1400 part (plus labor) so the compressor would engage. Went to Bryans Auto for a second opinion. Greg was fantastic to deal with. They discovered the computer was full of past uncleared error codes, so they cleared all of those out, and then the module could signal the compressor to engage. Instant cold A/C and problem solved for $115. Straight up honest outfit that I highly recommend.

No help at all. Called, could not get simple estimate on top of rude individual on the phone, getting sassy with his tone. Talking to me like I cant speak English or something, not sure how he gets business through those doors. Shop directly across from this one was able to estimate on the spot, no sasiness, strictly business interaction, good price (way better).

I would always recommend Bryans if I can. Theyre a no hassle shop for sure and Ive never had them suggest anything that I didnt need. Theyre very prompt and friendly to talk to, both Younger and Older Greg run the shop directly, so you are always talking to one of the owners involved which added to the satisfaction I had from their service. They were able to fix several issues for me and did not go crazy on charging me for time. I will definitely go back here in the future if needed.

This is the only place myself and my family go for automotive repairs. Greg and his son run an honest, trustworthy shop. I went in for an oil change and expecting my front struts needing replaced, as well as some front end work. I was told my struts werent a safety issue and didnt need to spend money on them yet. They only recommended I get new tires at some point soon, which wasnt a surprise to me because they were the original tires. This shop will only do what is needed or what is requested. Do yourself a favor and stop going to the big chains like Firestone and Sun Devil Auto. Take your vehicle to a place that will treat you right and not sell you services or parts you dont need.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bryans for nearly twenty years.They are honest and do great work.They have never tried to sell me parts or services that I didnt need.It is very hard to find a good, honest mechanic and to find one that is locally family owned is nearly impossible.

Just a quote for today, taking it in tomorrow. So far $50 cheaper on replacing my belt than quotes from others. I have a list of repairs. Ill re-post my additional savings. Its also great he can get me in with such short notice. And another car place down the road told me Bryans Auto Service is the only one he would trust with his car!

I took my car to let them fix the drivers door lock about one year ago. During this one year, the problem came back and forth - sometimes it could lock but sometimes it still could not. I decided to take my car back to them until the lock was completely dead again. When I went to pick up my car, they asked me for the labor fee. I definitely dont think Im responsible for that. Will any business ask a customer to pay for something they didnt fix at the beginning? Does it make sense that you go to fix your door lock every year and you keep paying? Finally they didnt charge me. The guy wished me to find someone else to take care of my car. Thank you! Thats exactly what Id like to tell you.

Holy cow these guys are amazing! it feels so good when a friend I send there comes back and tells me how it went lol...theres no hey tell them you know me, or ask for so and so and ask how the eggplant is in February lol...just oh hey, if you want theres a place that my grandpa turned me onto when I got my first car twenty years ago...I took it up there and they told me i really got screwed by my grandpa hahaha, then helped me keep it getting me to school for the entire time I needed it to, for next to nothin...like he HAD to have lost money but was just that good of a guy...now that I buy cars with really good warranties, I make sure the warranty lets me take it there...as long as it goes there, my son rides in it
