20 years ago when I started to take radiators here, Mike was a polite and helpful guy. Around ten years ago, he started to get a little snippy, and now he is rude and condescending to pretty much everyone. Must be a real joy to work for. The business needs to be sold to someone who actually enjoys coming to work each day, and until it is, Im not coming back. Being treated like an idiot is no fun, and there are other radiator shops out there with nice owners. Its a shame, because Dana did great work at an OK price.

I just picked up my work van from Mikes and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I had a major leak in my radiator and I got quotes from three different repair garages in Fountain Hills (where I live) for a new radiator, and he saved me close to $400 off of the quotes for the same work. This says two things, Fountain Hills is out to rip you off, and Sam at Mike Danas is the guy to see. I called on Thursday and was in and out on Friday. I am totally pleased, and would recommend them to anybody.

This place used to be owned and operated by Mike Dana but since he has sold it these guys are not very easy to work with. The new owner is rude and thinks he is the only radiator shop in the valley I went to another radiator shop just south of them and the service was excellent and the work was great

Both Mike and Manny were very good with me, polite, and efficient. I had one day service to repair a radiator, for modest cost. I was very pleased with the service, and will return again as needed.

This place is like a blacksmith shop where the horses leave with a smile on their face. First time here was in the 1970s. Same great service. Thanks!

I had a very good experience there. The knowledge of the staff was very helpful in making decisions on the repairs that needed to be done. The repairs where done in one day.

Took in my radiator to get tank fixed. Its been two weeks and on since they havent fixed it! Service is rude. Work environment is hazardous and really messy. Do not take your precious new car there. Find another local place!
