I had a leaking neck on an aluminum radiator on my 57 Thunderbird.Their service was great and the communication was better. They were very busy but were able to work me in and did a great job replacing the neck.As good as this was the price of job was even better, less than expected.

Serck did an outstanding job modifying my 68 mustang radiator. The connections were in the wrong spot and Serck took care of me. I was told 2-3 days turnaround time, they called me one day later that it was done! Super fast and reliable, highly recommend for any radiator needs!

Great, service and stuff

Very poor communication and cannot complete tasking. I hired Serek to modify a radiator by changing angles on the inlet water neck.This was explained in detail to both the office personnel and the technician completing the modifications. After the first week, I was called to come pick up as they were done. The modification was completed incorrectly. I pointed this out to the same office personnel who I talked to previously and he said Oh, yeah, that is wrong. This actually angered me more as they could have internally discovered and corrected it. Nearly two weeks had passed and no correspondence. After three days of calling, the phone was finally answered. No change. I again gave new direction. Another week and I attempted to call and even went to the shop prior to closing time at 5 on friday. Neither had a person as they had been closed an hour prior to closing time. Another week and nothing, but this time when I went in there were people there. I was told that no action had been taken and the phone number that was available on google was for a different office that isnt occupied in a afternoons. It had been about a month and the radiator still looked the same as the week they modified incorrectly. I took the radiator back with no payment for services. Once I got the radiator back home I inspected to find a stamped label plate hot glued onto the radiator fins (cooling surface). There is hot glue inside about a square inch of heat transfer surface. This and the time lost are the most frustrating parts of this experience. I will not be referring or utilizing this company again. I recommend steering clear for any service.

Did a good job on cleaning my gas tank could do better on cleaning out the insides after wards.

Did improper job on unplugging dp filter! Called them said it was not repairable and rude on the phone. Sounded like they put little effort and wanted to sell you a new part. Took it to a major Kenworth dealership and they did a excellent job unplugging it and it is working perfect! For way cheaper than what Serck wanted to charge! Lost a companys business for that reason!

I was referred to Serck radiator. By my friend Jeffrey at Catapiler Showlo. As usual he came through. By telling me to go to Serck radiator. I needed my radiator fixed. The guys a Serck Promised and they came through just like they said . I do believe that automotive radiators are not their biggest portion of their business . But they were happy to help. I will be useing Serck when i have the need. I will be recommending Serck to others. You need your radiator repaired. Or you wouldnt be reading this! So stop reading and go to Serck.
