Christian Brothers went above and beyond my expectations. I had left a message after hours and received a call back that night. They were caring, listened, and advised me on how to get my vehicle there after hours, as I had out of state travel plans early the next morning. As promised, they confirmed the next morning my vehicle had arrived and then called and emailed me with the diagnosis by the deadline they had given me. Upon diagnosis it was discussed that the issue may still be under a factory warranty. Christian Brothers volunteered to call and speak with a local dealer and then confirmed with me that it was. They gave me the information for the dealership along with the name of the person they spoke with. They couldnt have made it easier for me. They even called me several days later to make sure I had it all taken care of.Great customer service goes a long way. I will definitely be back for services outside of warranty. Christian brothers have earned a forever customer! Several months ago I took my truck to them after I was quoted and outrageous number from the dealership. Christian Brothers literally told me I had nothing wrong with it. When my truck was ready to be serviced I took it to Christian brothers and they did everything for about 1/3 the price! They even did it on a Friday while I was out of town and I was able to leave my vehicle with them. Such great service, so efficient and communicative, thank you Christian brothers exclamation

The prices were fair and comparable, and the communication was exceptional! I received regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. About 1,500 miles into a 6,000 mile road trip. I notices a front end vibration when i braked. My 1st thought was, thats odd... i should be ALL good because I just had the Dealer do a complete once over on my car in preparation for my BIG trip the day before we hit the road. When i rolled into Mesa AZ i drove past Christian Brothers Automotive at 5627 S. Power Rd • Mesa, AZ The voice in my head said, pull in and have them take a look just to be safe. Im so HAPPY i listened to the Voice in my head! (this time). David the service manager couldnt have been more patient and professional with a traveler on the road. He got my Volvo up on the lift and patiently walked me thru their findings including showed me photos. My front brakes and rotors were shot. I was NOT a happy camper with this news, yet GRATEFUL to have found this major safety issue. Bottom line we stayed an extra day and got the brakes done. I felt so comfortable with how David and the Owner ( Greg ) took an interest in my problems I also had them change the oil and other fluids. They promptly got me back on the road and it was VERY comforting to know my car was safe to continue on our journey. If you live in the area or are just passing thru town I HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers Automotive!! Great Value, AMAZING customer service! and the place was surprising VERY clean too, especially for an auto shop!

Overall, I was satisfied with the extensive work that was completed on my Honda CRV. I was disappointed on the shops time management and how they schedule jobs. I had over $2,300 of service work including rack and pinion replacement, power steering service, wheel alignment, replace front door actuator, cooling system service and an error code to look into. As far as areas to improve: I had made an appointment at least a week in advance to work with the shop schedule. I had dropped off my vehicle early Wednesday morning. I was disappointed to discover the mechanic did not start working on my vehicle until Thursday. I was also informed the shop decided to close early on Friday because of the Memorial Day weekend by 1:00 p.m.. When I dropped off the car on Wednesday I was told they decided to close early on Friday. We rushed back into town prior to lunch only to discover the mechanic was still working on my car. I learned they still had not completed the fluid exchange on the radiator. They also had not check the error message until I arrived to pickup the vehicle. This was a total let down and made me feel the shop waited until the last minute to complete the job. If a customer is spending such a large amount of money I would think there would be some kind of priority with jobs. Also a customer shouldnt have to be concerned regarding staffing issues regarding leading up to a holiday weekend. When I scheduled with the shop there was no indication they were closing early on Friday. I hope Christian Brothers Mesa Gateway improves their job time management in the future.

Great place fair prices great customer service

Went to get oil changed and they did a full inspection and tire rotation too. They shuttled me home so I wouldnt have to wait and sent an inspection report to my phone so I could see pictures of what they found and recommended. They explained their findings well but werent pushy about getting it done. Everyone I talked to was nice and took their time with me. Highly recommend!

This is an unbiased review as I am new to the area and do not know anyone from this company. This business has far exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, everyone was working hard and seemed to take pride in the business. The cleanliness of the workplace, scheduling flexibility, and quality of work was outstanding. Most importantly, the employees were honest, and do not try to push you into purchasing unnecessary services. Other repair shops should take note of how Christian Brothers runs their operation.

I usually try to do all my own mechanic stuff if possible (Youtube certified, lol); but my 2018 Chevy Suburban has the new R1234YF refrigerant and couldnt quite get it the project done with the tools/equipment I had. I was upset I would have to take it someplace. I got a few quotes in the area that were 600 or more even though I had already replaced the condenser myself and just needed it recharged. Some places would only give me a range of prices with the high being almost $700! Thankfully I was referred to Christian Brothers and they listened to what I had done myself and quoted me the recharge cost which was close to half of others. Best part is they stuck to the quote and had it done in just a few hours. Ice cold air now and I dont feel like I got hosed. I will refer everyone I know to them going forward. Honest and treat others with respect...hard to find in todays world. Thanks again!

Previous bad mechanics worked on my diesel truck- The men at Christian Brothers knew what they were doing and were honest & fair. I am back in great condition again thanks to their hard work & integrity. I sleep a lot better at night knowing I am in good hands !! Not easy in this industry

So refreshing to have an automotive repair shop that takes a detailed look at your vehicle. Lets you know the good and the bad. And simple does what you ask them to do. And do it well. Plus they picked me up and dropped me off. Last time our dealer did this I waited almost 45 minutes for a ride. They will be getting both my cars going forward.

I had not previously patronized Christian Brothers before. This new location was ideal, so I brought my car in to get the brakes checked and to also check out another issue I thought it had. They called me later the same day and in spite of their exhaustive search they couldn’t identify anything with the issue I thought I’d had. Plus they had checked my brakes and said they were good. In spite of spending all day working on this car doing their inspection, there was no charge. David - who helped me - was as professional and honest as they get. This is an absolutely wonderful team who puts the customer first, emphasizing service and an overall great experience, delivered with care. They have converted me and my vehicles to lifelong clients. CB was very professional from the start, I explained to them what was going on with my car. I felt they listened to me. They did a great job explaining to me in detail what was wrong with my car. They gave me several options on how to fix my car. I never pressured by them at all to go with one option more than the other. I will use them from now on.

This is not your typical mechanic’s garage. Everything is professional from the start. They are prompt and provide a thorough list of items with up front pricing and allow you to select what work you do or do not want performed right from your phone. There is no pressure and you have time to review everything if you want. Everything about the process is super easy, upfront, timely and professional. I’ll definitely be taking all my vehicles to them from now on.

From the moment I walked in I knew it wasnt going to be my typical car mechanic experience. John was very kind and professional, it was professional in the office, and they even send you a detailed report to your phone once your car is done with the work they did and anything that they saw needed to be fixed. Outstanding work, and familyfriendly!I recommend this automotive site.I brought my Van which is a unique build and a problem I was not sure if it could be fixed. Not only did they fix it, we believe at least as good as new, they guaranteed the fix.The folks we talked with didnt have a problem talking with my wife, which gives us a location that she can bring her vehicle to without me.

Christian Brothers was awesome. I had a flat tire (huge nail it in, leaking air fast, at the QT gas station nearby and was looking for a good place to park my car to be towed when I just happen to see Christian Brothers. I parked it in their lot and saw they had a drop box, which is so convenient. I told them which tire had a nail it and asked them to try and save the tire, just had 4 brand new ones put on. I also wrote up an issue with my glove compartment, it was hard to open. In the morning, John called me and we touched base about the options and within a few hours he called me back and said all was fixed and at no cost! I couldnt believe it, I told John that now that I know where they are at, Ill be using their services more often! 5 🌟s!!
