Aire Serv was able to fit in a tech visit the same day I called. The original installers were out 2 weeks, the guys I have a maintenance contact with were out 3 days.Once my replacement part arrived, they installed it right away... they also noticed a small (that could have turned big) problem with my other unit, so they went ahead and fixed it.They are all very nice, professional people (office, tech, and install team).

Today is Wednesday, had an appt scheduled for A/C repair on Friday, A/C kept tripping the circuit breaker, therefore not blowing cold air, called and spoke to Jeanette to see if they could come Thursday instead and she said she had a tech available to come out today, could be there in about an hour, he was, diagnosed and fixed problem in about 30 minutes! I know this is a busy time for them, so this was totally unexpected and SO appreciated!! It was getting hot! 🔥 The kids and dogs are happy campers now! And so am I! I will 100% call this company again and recommend to everyone!!

Was recommended to Aire Serv from a friend. I called Aire Serv on a Friday night about 7pm after a week of extremely high outside temps as my AC unit wasnt cooling appropriately. Dispatcher scheduled me for next day, Saturday service. The technician Andre showed up right on time and couldnt be a nicer, more professional guy. He quickly diagnosed the issue, did not try to upsell or scare me into anything else and he even gave me some tips to make it through the rest of the summer heat. Would recommend 100%.

The worst company I have ever used! They failed to repair my AC unit for two months! Anyone I’ve talked in this company to were rude, unprofessional and they told me they have customers who have no cool air in hot Arizona for months!!! They should be shut down. Do not use this company to save your self time and headache !

I cant say enough about Aireserv!! I used them for the first time today when I woke up to my home being 88° and quickly up to 91! I have 4 little elderly dogs that were panting. I called Aireserve from a biz card I received after a neighbor used them. So happy I did and Ill never look elsewhere!! Not only did they move their schedule around to be at my home asap, but knowing Ive been out of work for the past yr due to covid they gave me an excellent deal on replacing my motor and some burnt wires, as well as a tune-up. I was so happy with Nikos work that I started crying!! Ive used many companies over the years but this is by far the best!!

Motor on furnace was leaking oil & there were particles on the fan vanes. When doing a repair quote the office checked to see if anything was still covered on my 5 yr old unit. So because I have the monthly service plan & the motor was still under warranty, They helped me save about $300! Air Serv has been my go-to company for all my heating and cooling issues when I have them. They have installed air conditioning -heat pumps in my last two houses and the staff is friendly and professional with no high pressure sales. They recently came to my sons house on the same day to fix his air conditioning. I really appreciate their efforts. You cannot go wrong with all the folks at Air Serv and the office staff is excellent

Aire Serv was very prompt in addressing my air conditioning problem that I was enduring at my home in a very timely manner. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it and had my air iup and running within a half hour. There was an issue with the cost but that was resolved quite quickly when it was realized there was a lack of communication in the total cost of the repair until it was already done. Although it was an easy fix I didnt have to pay for anything except the service call out to my house which saved me over $217.00 otherwise. So other than that I cant complain and was overlover elated towto have my air up and running again. They were considerate, professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly.

We have Aire Serv come and do a bi-annual maintenance on our Heat and A/C. We have aways received good service and had no complaints. Today, our Tech, Jory Stevens, brought his A-game and went above and beyond. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and is THE tech that you would want to represent your company. I appreciated the patience and polite manner that he answered all my questions. He made low-pressure suggestions for future items to keep an eye on. Love these guys. They replaced my unit last year and it’s been working great ever since. The installation was awesome and I loved watching the videos online how they add the extra crossbar to the struts. These guys are professional and they work hard to do a good job. I just had a regular maintenance service done on the system they installed and it was great. They took the time to clean everything and check out everything I asked them to. Thanks!

Jerry assessed, recommended best path forward, and provided an excellent installation experience. The Aire Serve team all around, was extremely quick and responsive. Every call and interaction was honest and customer service focussed.

We purchased a new unit, 3 1/2 years later unit still under warranty, coil needs replacement, we have always kept unit serviced, the coil was replaced at no cost, the leak was verified by Aire Serv, at no time did they try to save freon from leaking, in fact they added more to unit, than charged us $600 for freon, stay away from this AC warranty and service, guess you must read fine print, not including freon, that they let leak out. Stay away, hope this review helps someone.

My home warranty company hired Aire Serv because of a leak in the coil of my heat exchanger/ac unit on my roof. They came out, assessed the situation, and filed their report. The tech Dave explained the situation to us and answered all our questions. The warranty company chose to replace the system. As soon as the new unit arrived, Aire Serv had it installed in a couple of hours. They handled everything - ordered the crane, removal and disposal of the old unit, and installation of the new one. All I had to do was watch and take pics and video. (Hey, there was a crane. How can you pass up pics of a crane?). The techs were thorough and very professional. Highly recommend.

After submitting my service request to Fidelity Home Warranty, Aire Serv was in contact with me to set up a time to come out and look at our AC, as it had quit cooling. I explained to them that we needed service as soon as possible as we have a 3 month old, 7 year old, and 3 dogs. The inside temperature of the house was nearing 100°. They told me the weren’t able to come out until the next morning as it was later in the day, which was fine, so we got a hotel for the night. Nathan came out the next morning and found our condenser fan motor had gone out. He said they would submit the request to our home warranty for a new part and go from there.That’s when we started getting the run around from the home warranty company. They approved a new motor, however, it would take 10-14 days and if we wanted the expedited shipping, we had to pay $350. Just simply outrageous and unacceptable, especially in the Arizona heat, with 2 young children and 3 dogs. Fidelity Home Warranty did not care one bit and never returned calls. I spoke with Michelle and Jeanette multiple times at Aire Serv and expressed my concern as we didn’t really have the means to continue to stay in a hotel or have anywhere else to go. They ended up sending Nathan out again, later that day, to look at the motor. He was thankfully able to get the motor up and running, and the house cooling.I feel like they really took our situation into consideration and went the extra mile to make it right, when the home warranty company just did not care. Great service, professional, and would highly recommend. Thanks.

I am extremely happy with the service I got from Aire Serv of East Valley. I have had a service contract with a different company (Affirmative Air) for many years but when my AC died in the middle of August, I could not contact them. I called many times and sent emails to no avail. I was in tears and at the end of my rope, and Aire Serv of East Valley literally saved my life! Aire Serv has very pleasant and reassuring answering service personnel and the owner of the business called me back personally! Their knowledgeable techs dealt with the warranty and had a new unit installed before the weekend. The owner called me several times to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

Bill and his team figured out how to relocate my indoor unit and return duct, and designed and installed new supply ductwork to greatly improve the unit accessibility in the attic and improve the airflow throughout my house. And the new outdoor unit is much quieter. Very professional and courtesy installation team!

I have been using Aire Serv for a few years after my daughters AC system broke in the middle of summer, while she was on vacation with her husband and kids. Since I was the one who saw how they fixed it, I called them when mine stopped working one year later. Michelle who takes care of appointments is a pleasure to talk to, always ready to accommodate date and time, and Gabriel, the technician that I always request, since I took a contract to have check ups every year before spring, has proved very efficient.I feel confident with them because I witnessed how they worked twice, in emergency situations at two different locations, where the cause of the breakdown was not easy to identify.

We’ve had problems with our unit ever since we bought it. They keep sending the same guy and he does nothing. His $500 cleaning amounts to the garden hose spray off. Not real happy with this place. I used to be.

This was a great experience. Our AC went out after hours and the had a technician at our house the next morning. When they were unable to repair our system they worked with us on a plan to quickly install a new system. The following day we had a new unit. Affordable, friendly & honest! I had a really great experience with a knowledgeable tech who didnt try to oversell me. The check up was an easy $49.99. The tech was friendly and not pushing me to buy anything...much different than my many past experiences. The tech didnt talk down to me, which I have had happen being female, and was careful to explain what I will eventually need to replace over the next FEW years, and comparison pricing of parts. It was actually the most informative visit I have ever received regarding my air unit! A few days after the service, I got a follow up call from the Owner! I would highly recommend this company for any of your air needs, it was a very refreshing experience!

Aire Serv came to my rescue just two days ago and I cannot say enough good things about them! My home warranty company was letting me down. I called for repair twice in one month, I spent hundreds on hotels because I have a child that has seizures triggered by heat twice it did not work. In one evening I called Aire Serv and while they admitted they could not help me that night, they walked me through the problem and were here at 0700 the following am to confirm the problems we discussed and make sure there was no way around buying a new unit and had a new proper sized unit properly hooked up ( no bypasses like the companies before) by 2pm. My house went from 90 degrees to 78 in just two hours! Thank you Aire Serv!

Feb 2019- Nathan was out to do bi annual service. He was very professional did an awesome job. Nathan installed a UV system on my unit and did a coil cleaning. AirServ came out the next day for an air conditioning problem. I first had another ac provider through my home warranty. They did not fix the problem and replaced by programmable thermostat with a non programmable one. BILL from AirServ replaced my thermostat with the correct programmable type like I had prior. He also found the cause of the problem and had my air conditioning fixed within two hours. The other company could not fix it in three days. They had diagnosed it as needing the wrong part.
