This place was great! Our AC died this morning and we were able to get a same day emergency appointment. Jaz was super professional, very confident, and extremely curious. He came prepared with the replacement part and had it fixed within 30-45 minutes! Not having AC in July in Mesa, AZ would be a nightmare... these guys definitely saved us!

Repair was done quickly and professionally as well as the service call. It was a time frame between 3 and 6pm and they were able to get to me by noon. Quality work.

I first used Aristotle last year when they installed a new system for my downstairs. They were wonderful. Very professional and did great quality work. I needed my second unit serviced this time. Very timely. Very polite. All the work that was done was explained. In addition to installing the new HVAC and thermostat all vents were measured for airflow after the new system was installed and adjusted accordingly. A new filter grill T-Bar was installed as well. The job was finished in a few hours with little or no disruption of everyday life in the house. I would recommend Aristotle air if you need HVAC service.

ARISTOTLE did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! The crew showed up on time. Took about 5hrs to get the install completed (single unit). Crane was needed. The crew was professional, maintained social distancing and were professional in communication and did a good job with the actual install and explanation. Pre-appt communication didnt happen as expected. I waited for the leader to contact me day prior to confirm the job and time. Nobody did. I sent a text, didnt receive response until day of the job. Dirt and dust and left over materials inside the vent post install was left and not Cleaned up! Thanks for taking care of the install with the Unit, and new Ecobee Thermostat!!!

Very controlled execution of this installation. Prepared, and diligent in doing the install of the split unit. Both on the condenser outside, and the evaporator unit inside, the work was without flaws. I am knowledgeable with this work because of my past employment and am comfortable with the correctness of my opinion.

I was not looking forward to both the sales pitch and the disruption once I selected an HVAC company to replace 2 cooling units and attic furnaces. I am so tired of all the sales pitches and then dealing with the installers, cleaning up after them, making sure they did everything they said they would, etc. But, my two units are nearly 20 years old, so it was time.I ended up going with Aristotle. It started when I met the owner, Richard. He came by our home and did the quote. He answered all our questions and made sure all of our concerns were answered. He assured us this would be a one day job, the installers would stay until the job was done. A few days later, the quote was emailed to me.I reviewed two other quotes as well. Once was about the same as Aristotle, and the other one was nearly 15% higher.Three business days after I received the quote I called Aristotle and talked with Terrie. I explained to her that we wanted to move forward with Aristotle and replace our two HVAC systems. She asked for my preference days and then said she would get back to me within a day (this was on a Monday). Tuesday she called me back and we were ready to go for Thursday (just 3 days later). I was pleasantly surprised not only that they called me back like they said they would, but that they were ready to do the work just three days later!Both my wife & I work out of home offices, we were concerned about noise and even thought we may have to lose a work day each. Richard assured us that his team will be quick, and will not be disruptive or crazy loud.Terrie said the team would be there around 8 AM and would work until done. I have to admit, I was surprised when the doorbell rang at 7:55 AM, 5 minutes early! C’mon, it never happens when the contractor shows up on time, but early, wow! I was more impressed that they dispatched a small army – 5 technicians.Aristotle did not mess around, they had a team of 5 onsite, and they worked non-stop. They started by laying plastic over the floors/stairs before walking back and forth. There was some pounding up in the attic but nothing excessive and it didn’t disrupt our day while working. By 1:00 PM they already had the units replaced and were testing the system. Before 2:00 PM they were all packed up and hauled our old units away.6.5 hours later and they were all done. They didn’t even take a lunch break, they just kept at it. It was truly amazing at how smooth everything went.I want to thank the installers Mayo, Daniel, Martin, Luis, and Jaz. These guys were extremely professional throughout the day, and their focus was around quality and customer satisfaction. These guys are “A” Team caliber!Richard, you have a great team working for you. From the time I made my initial call to Terrie, until your technicians left, everything was delivered as you stated during the initial sales quote. Integrity today is hard to come by, business typically over promise and under deliver, but not Aristotle. You folks did everything you said you would do, and you did it professionally, on time, and on budget. My wife and I want to thank all of you at Aristotle, you folks were a pleasure to do business with. I feel like I should share my experience with Aristotle Air. Last night around 7:05 pm I came home and my house felt hotter than normal. My husband and I ALWAYS keep our thermostat at 70 degrees (yes I know that now it’s too cold and I shouldn’t do that) but it was 76 and my thermostat said check cooling system. Naturally, as anyone would do, I start freaking out. So I reached out at 7pm last night, it is 10:20am and my air conditioner is FIXED! They got back to me so quickly, they were EXTREMELY helpful, and they are working with my home warranty. My house got to 84 last night, I can’t even explain how grateful I am for Aristotle Air. Not to mention they were super affordable. Sorry this post is so long, I just can’t get over how quickly they were over and it was fixed 🙌🏼

I had both my AC units replaced by Aristotle Air this past year. One by necessity over the summer and 1 by choice late last year. Both experiences were wonderful. Over the summer, they were able to come out and replace my 15 year old unit with a new Bryant unit quickly and for a very fair price. I told them that before summer 2020, I wanted to replace the second unit. They said to wait for the fall and they would contact me when the prices went down. True to their word they did that and I was able to save some money on the second unit. They also assisted me in getting rebates on each new units from SRP. They are honest and dependable and I recommend them 100%

My first appointment for diagnostic/service was accommodating to my work schedule, followed by my quote (best price) and installation the following week. living in Arizona it goes from two digits to three in a matter of hours. The installation only took no more than 6 hours of the day, everything was left very cleaned and the old AC was picked up the same day. I totally recommend Aristotle.

Hopefully they can turn my one star into 5. Would give 0 if I could.Had scheduled for someone to come today between 8 and noon. No one showed, no one called to say they weren’t coming. My daughter has no use of her bedroom until EVERYTHING gets repaired and AC was the first step. I can’t take off work, so will be interesting to see if my schedule will be accommodated after my work hours, or if this is going to have to wait until 2 weeks from now, as we are headed out of town Friday for the weekend. Would go with a different company, but this is the company that the property management likes to hire. I requested they send a different company that is reliable and respects peoples time, as I could have spent time with family this morning instead of waiting around 4 hrs for someone that never showed up.***updated. Showed up Monday...fixed the problem, I wasn’t home, a friend was sitting at my house so it could get done. This is how the tech left the vent.

Outstanding experience with this company....sat down with Victor...explained about how many more yrs we would be here...how we only set the thermostat at 78 for ac and would go higher if we were out of the house for a couple of hours.......with his guidance a Bryant/Carrier model of 14 SEER single stage was the perfect fit for us. He explained how our 21 yr old Rheem which was still on freon was probably operating at about an 8 or 9 efficiency after those yrs....and the price out the door mounted on my roof for 4,300 bucks was kind of unbelieveable....the install was incredible....about 2 hrs...and very professional...this was a fantastic service with wonderful guidance from Victor....I would highly advise you to call them and sit down with Victor....he is phenomenal...and believe me I sat down with about 7 others before making this decision...and no upcharging like others wanted to do...you know...extras...that you really do not need....give them a call...every person I dealt with was phenomenal.

Richard at Aristotle air came out and gave me a couple options for replacement. Even though it was over 30 days he still honored the price and his crew was excellent. Brian just left after a maintenance call. Great experience. Did not try to up sell me on any thing and was very knowledgeable about my A/C unit (I had done my homework and I was impressed with his knowledge of the history of the company that made my Amana unit.) The price was as quoted up-front. I have been so jacked around by some of the big guys in the past - this was actually a great experience.

When our ac unit of 16 years went out we called around to get quotes from 6 different companies in the valley. We decided on Aristotle after meetingwith the very knowledgable sevice manager and the fair pricing we were given. We had prompt sevice by friendly and capable installers. (They also came out prior to our decision on Labor Day weekend to check the old unit....no extra fees were added on because of the holiday/weekend.) We highly recommend this company.

Aristotle Air has serviced my home a few times now. We went to 6 different companies for quotes and all six were different and claimed we need this and that up to needing full replacement of two systems and the duct work that supposedly had leaks all through it. Aristotle checked the same items and found no issues other than my units are reaching the time for replacement but were in working order. They also fixed a problem with one room being too hot with a simple damper install. The other guys....long stories and expensive options for the same problem. We have found them to be honest and competitively priced with no upselling or pushing phony products as ALL of the other guys have done. We found them by word of mouth. The other guys have great reviews and some are well known in town....wont be calling them back. Nice to find an honest contractor that provides great service.

These people do the minimum to get in and out and dont fix the problem. They say theyll get back to you and you never hear from them again. I wouldnt hire them again.

I used this company for years for my semi-annual service. However, this year I was extremely disappointed. I paid $80 for each system to be checked. They did not notice the leak in the upstairs AC. When the home inspection was done a few days later, they found the temperature to be incorrect. It took several calls and messages to get to someone to even talk to me. I was told several times that they would call me right back. When I finally spoke to someone 5 days later, I was told that there were a lot of AC issues. I guess mine wasnt? I asked for a specific appointment but I was told that when someone was in the area, they would check. The following Friday came and someone was finally available late in the day. At that point, the buyer wanted all receipts of repair and I had to have someone else to check it (it was leaking freon). I was never offered a refund of the $80 for the second system that they clearly did not service correctly. I should have been offered a refund. I can guarantee I will not use this company again.

On time and pros

I paid half as much for a 3 1/2 ton 14 seer air conditioner with Aristotle as I would have with 3 other companies I got quotes from. The people who installed it showed upon time, completed the work before the time I expected, and were very professional.

Not impressed with their drivers or the representative I spoke to when I called in. Driver blatantly cut me off along with other drivers and nearly hit another car while changing lanes. When I called in to register a complaint I was blown off like I as a bother, there was no empathy or apology. It was as if I were ruining the representatives day calling in... Poor customer service and an incompetent driver. Leaves me wondering about their business practices...

They are a front to a company called air care. Search yelp for air care. Its basically a rip off place. Instead of fixing problems, they come and have you sign up an expensive contract that lets them check your AC units for years (note check and not fix).Id not recommend them.
