The owner was patient with my Covid neglected toes and feet. He worked on my calluses and did an awesome pedicure - I’m ready to wear sandals again. Would recommend this place

I love this salon and the professionals who work there. They are kind and do an excellent job with waxing, manicures and pedicures. I looked for a place that I liked for awhile before discovering this gem. I am more thankful after the pandemic as they were clean before pandemic but now they are clean and amazingly conscious of making their customers feel at ease. If you want to get your nails done in Merritt Island, I highly recommend Rose Nail! ❤️

I have gone to this place several times before went on a Saturday there was nobody there so they weren’t rushed but the lady burnt my face I had her wax my eyebrows lip and chin and she burnt my chin I went in there on a Monday to let them know and to To get a refund the lady was speaking in her language about me not very nicely they did give me my refund though

Always pleasant, always smiling! They do a terrific pedicure here and is always top notch. The Deluxe Pedi is the bomb, the leg & foot massage is killer! The new chairs offer an incredible seated massage while you are pampered. Give them a try, you wont regret it. Super affordable too!

They did a poor job on a set of acrylics, did not make any of the shapes match each other (asked for coffin shape)When I was moved to the dryer for my paint to dry, she noticed the card in the back of my phone and asked if Id like to pay walked away and paid for it while I still hadnt had a good look at them due to them not being dry. by the time I evaluated my nails and looked up to say something was wrong I realize that she was already fully involved in a different client, I had to get my daughter from school so I didnt have time for them to fix them. I left and instantly realized they hadnt even got all of the acrylic off of my actual finger and I had to peel extra acrylic off of three different fingers. Do not suggest going here.

I got an acrylic fill here last week and they looked fine but after 6 days, one of my nails started to lift and then fell off. When I got it fixed by the same person (male owner/manager), the nail wasnt even the same shape as my other nails and it looks awful. Do yourself a favor and go to Lovely Nails if you want nice, professional acrylic nails!

Great little place. The staff took great care of me and my mom. We got pedicures and they took their time and were very meticulous. Also, the tubs are lined, which is a big deal to me. Nice and sanitary, and also great prices.

Never go there again rip off. Price 20$to do fill. I go to pay they charged 40$ ask Why. Rated they had lots of work to fix on mine. Totally rediculous as I get nails done every couple weeks. They just needed shaping. They argued about it. Guess since I was out of town they felt they could rip me off highly recommend you get firm prices before letting them touch your nail. They lie to your face and what they advertise. Im betting this post will never be posted since its true. Atmosphere is they dont talk nor listen to what customer wants

I am local resident and have gone to many nail salons in the area. This place is top notch and I wont go anywhere else. They may seem a little more pricey but the products they use and they time they spend with their customers is completely worth it. The deluxe pedicure is the best I have ever gotten and they take their time and do a good job. I have smooth skin on my feet and my skin is sensitive. They have never used any of those strong abrasive foot sloughing tools on my feet. They pay attention to the client and give them the best treatment. Ive gone to many places and the people working their are like robots - doing the same thing on every person. My nails were getting dried out and unhealthy at other salons but since coming to Rose my nails are getting healthy again. Also they are very clean here and autoclave their tools and soak them in cleaning solutions. I trust this place and the owners are very nice people who care about their customers.

Quite possibly the worst job I’ve ever paid $45 for☹️ Went on the recommendation of a friend who raves about them. I got a full “dip” with tips. When I left I thought they looked great. But after I got home and looked more closely I quickly realized they are extremely uneven with brush marks everywhere. Lumpy, misshapen, and just plain bad. I can’t wait to get them off! They people were very friendly and the place seemed clean but take my advice and don’t get the dip gel.

An hour later and the polish is like goo. I can see my old red nail polish still on the sides. Looks horrible. I will have to remove the polish. Waste of my money. I will not go back.

By far the worst set of nails I had done. His attention to detail was horrible. Ive had these nails for less than a week and went somewhere else to have them redone, the new nail tech said in his 12 years that mine made the number one spot for worst nails ever! Dont waste your time or money at this place. You can do a better job YOURSELF☆☆

Three years of going here. I love that they autoclave their instruments they clean their bowls in between people and the family is courteous and helpful. Very picky about my hands and feet and they do a great jTwo years later, I still go here and I love the work they do!

WARNING 🚫HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!DO NOT GO!🚫🚩Be Smart DO NOT WASTE your TIME and MONEY!Your nails will fall completely apart within days. 4 nails broken,3 cracked within 3days of service. Toe nail polish is dull and chipped within a week of my pedicure. Nice people but terrible quality of products and unprofessional results.

Super nice staff horrible results. Do not recommend for dip. Salon was almost empty when I walked in which should have been a sign, then asked for dip and they didnt have sample colors I had to pick from the powder container which arent true to finished color. the nail technician I could tell was trying but he did not have a lot of experience with dip, he cut me several times one of my finger was bleeding a lot he just brushed the blood with a kabuki brush and pretended it didnt happen. ( this was highly un-hygienic ) the dip was looking ok until he decided to use gel as a top coat instead of the sns last steps. the result was an uneven and bubbly mess. Their dip was also 40$ instead of the normal 30-35$ I pay anywhere else. definitely dont go here for dip think twice for anything else because it didnt seem clean, I am actually afraid I will get an infection from this place and I dont usually think about that after a nail apt. Only gave them 2 stars because they were really nice.
