09/30/21- Update: again Lou Anne did my nails how I like... Happy customer again as always ❤May favorite nail expert works here, her name is Lou Anne, she is simply amazing. She has many years of experience, she does quality work and is fast also. She is so sweet and cares about giving her clients the best quality. I highly reccomend her and this nail shop

The owners are so nice. The man who did my pedicure, Lee, did a great job. I felt relaxed and happy when I left.

Great service, my toes look and feel amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Def recommend giving them a try.. you wont be disappointed.

After several times of going, my nails were constantly chipping. My nails would chip after two days. I went to get four chipped nails repaired after 3 days of them being done. I know I was being talked about and blamed for them chipping. I have never in all my years of going to nail salons had my gel polish chip after two to three days. I will not be going back especially after I was being blamed for it. Hard to find quality work it seems. Lesson learned that’s for certain.

Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon. It was sloppily done, leaving polish all over my fingertips. They ruined my cuticle and caused an infection to start. My nails began chipping only 3 days after they were done.Customer service was also horrible. The woman doing my nails was on the phone with Amazon trying to do a return, and kept stopping in the middle of doing my manicure. If I could give this place no stars, I would have.

Very professional, I wasn’t even planning on going. Came to the mall to pick up my shoes. I stopped in and was amazed by the warm welcome. They were quick to get me in and it was well worth it. I have been too plenty of places to get a manicure and pedicure. Today I found a permanent one and it’s worth the 30 min drive to Merritt island. At the front of the mall next to ruby Tuesday’s.

Had a nail full done here and I’m very satisfied. I will be a regular customer.

I love the way they took care of me they were great the girl that did it she had me so relaxed I was about to take a nap and yes I would come back

This nail salon has been taken over by new owners and I have to tell you it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had after searching a year and Coco area for a really good nail salon I just happen to come across this one and when I tell you it’s the best it’s the best I just got the best pedicure and manicure so if you’re in Merritt Island Square, Mall go to this nail salon you will love it

I have been to almost every nail salon in the area and LoAnn ( not sure of spelling) is the best!!! She is so nice and does such a beautiful job.

Sooooooo, we went there today. The fuel in the front lied and said they only have 35 and 45 pedicure. I saw the menu last time andI looked it up on the website. She got an attitude with me and started running her mouth. Then she charged 90 dollars just to put polish on my friends nails. They are a rip off

LoAnn does amazing with dip! Looks so natural and always have a great experience when she does my nails. Highly recommend!

The nail woman that did my pedicure, argued with which pedicure package I wanted, then when choosing the basic, she did a mediocre job at best. My feet are still dry and they really let me know I can do my own.

I went 2 times total first time was perfect a older man had done my feet so well... Today was the second time. Will not be going back older lady did my feet she was nice but still alot of dead skin ! Not cool .I was the only one in there at one point once two groups of gals came in she rushed my feet smh big toe is all crooked smh....

Went in today to get pedicures for 3 and nails for 5. First let me say they are quick to tell you have a set and they will give you a discount. However a $25 pedicure turned into a $45 dollar pedicure EACH! And nails also $45 each! And to top it I got my nails painted and was charged $45! Same as have nails put on! That’s insane!!! And to top it off they automatically add a tip when they swipe your card. I had been going there for years but I can promise this I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! The hundreds of dollars spent there today will go elsewhere. Not happy at all!!! Wish I could give no stars!

I had a great time at this salon. Tech was amazing! She was very details oriented and took her time which I really appreciate. She made sure every nails is perfect and ask me if I was satisfied with my nails before doing the next. Very good service and very nice lady. Will be back

My wife and I go here all the time. They are so friendly and the deluxe is the way to go on the pedi. The massages are sublime. Men! If you havent gotten a pedi, do it. You are welcome.

This place was absolutely terrible!!! They “take pride in their honesty” but yet they took tips from both my mom and cousin on their cards without consent and then wanted a money tip. They all told each of us a different price from what they charged. Oh and let’s not forget how they also cut my cousins finger when they were careless with their tools. This will be the last time my family, friends, and I will be coming here.

The staff here are super nice and friendly. My tech were awesome! She making sure all my dead skin are remove and gave me a nice foot massage. She did a great job on my pedicure and it was ver details. I had a nice experience and would love to be back

Horrible gel manicure.Went in and three ladies immediately made me feel pressured to get mani, pedi or wax the minute i stood upfront looking at their prices. After i politely said give me a min. Then i decided in a gel manicure and the woman they assigned to me understood nothing i said except for the lady next to her who translated. My gel manicure looked bad from the getgo but atleast from far it looked ok. Anyways it lasted 2 days before it started peeling on me. Paid $32 before tip. Expensive for no reason. Save your money and go elsewhere. I havent even washed dishes or cooked or been in a pool or anywhere near prolonged water exposure other than to shower and wash my hands. Wish i could get my money back.

The Ladies here are so welcoming and really take care of the customer. I really enjoyed goin here. Very nice place and good location. I came in for a pedicure And they gave me a good treatment. They have so many colors and gels to choose from. Price are reasonable and the service was excellent! Ill be back.

Lo’Anne did a fabulous job on my nails. The price was reasonable. I read some other reviews before going to Nail Studio about the high price but they ask for permission and let you know the price of everything before they do anything (example gel polish is more and certain shapes are more) so you can make your nails as cheap or expensive as you want. The place was super clean and everyone was friendly. I will definitely go back. Thank you Lo’Anne

I truly wish I could give this place negative stars. It is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. He redid my nails twice due to how bad they were and after the fact he still charged me $50! Even at the end I asked him to fix them and he said “No! They’re done!” Along with the overprice, the salon itself is absolutely disgusting. Bugs crawling around and just all around unsanitary. I just had to get my nails redone bythe amazing Nails by Tony which is right across from the mall and they did fabulous. I do not trust this place and I would be extremely scared of the infections and germs roaming that salon. Disgusting.

Ive been seeing Loanne and her husband for over 2 years for my nails and Im never disappointed!! they exceed my expectations each time! Im glad they have taken over nail studio and kept Loanne Spa Nails in cocoa. The nail salon is very clean, with good prices!!

When I initially started using this location I really enjoyed the service I received. Lately, I have been having some inconsistent service. During my last two visits, I have spent a lot of money to have substandard work. The first time I was told I needed to pay for a whole new nail service at my cost, even though it was their unacceptable service I had received. The SECOND time, not too long ago last month I left, with substandard work because after five days, the polish started to look tarnished and had no shine as it should have, in addition to chipping. DONE. beware.......

Came here 8/21 at 8:00 for a pedicure for myself and my wife. No completes on the job, they did a good job and pleasant during the pedicure ...But there is a coupon on their website for 15% and the man In charge would not honor it. Another employee said yes it was legit but they still would not honor it.

Loanne and Sonny were amazing! Made me feel right at home with a personal touch. Loanne gave me a beautiful set of nails that are to get through my cleanings. Sonny gave me the best pedicure ever!!! Never thought someone could make my feet pretty...theyre BEAUTIFUL!!! THANK YOU!

The only reason Im giving this 3 stars is because the staff was so friendly, however, the quality of work was not. I got both a pedicure and fill in the day I went in. The lady who did both told me she had never done a French tip with nail polish and I couldve painted my nails better. I had to go back twice for her to fix a chip in the acrylic because it was done so thin the first time and then when she did my pedicure, the message was great but she cut the bottom of my foot with the foot file and Im on my feet for 8 hours a day so that made for a miserable experience. This would make for a great place to go if only the staff was more experienced.

Dont get talked into paying extra. They pretend to offer you a deal because they like you, but I heard them tell that to multiple clients. Also, gel nails dont last. My wife was constantly pressured into them by one of the male workers and 4 days later, two nails popped off. Not good quality.不要谈论额外付款。他们假装为你提供优惠，因为他们喜欢你，但我听到他们

I go there all the time and they are great. Everyone is extremely friendly. Ive been to other places around town, and honestly, this is the cleanest salon Ive seen. They do a great job on acrylics, gel nails and pedicures. I especially like Phil (Wasabi) who sits in the last station closest to the bathroom. Hes really funny, very fast and does a really great job. You will have no problem understanding him either. To the lady that waited until the day of her wedding to get a pedicure with a large group of people and without an appointment, are you serious? Wow, just wow.

I wish I had gone anywhere else.My toes are prettier, but thats about it.Adequate, thats what this place is.MINS in Merritt island is where you should go.

I walked on into this salon (no appointment) and requested a deluxe manicure, for $25. The gentleman who did my nails was very good, and gentle (I have thin skin, and sometimes cut even from a nail buffing). I really thought that I received the deluxe manicure, given everything that was done. Turns out, I received a regular manicure, and was only charged $12 for it. As I seldom ever have my nails done, the staff couldve charged me $25, and I wouldve never known the difference. At any rate, I am definitely going to return. Honest employees and very reasonable charges.

Horrible service. Their menu is misleading. We asked two different people how much our service would cost and were told the same thing as the menu said. Then we got charged nearly double that. The nails came out lumpy and uneven. The gel polished look different than the samples we are given to choose from. Staff was rude. Multiple cuts on our fingers. Would never recommend to anyone.

Not my favorite place on the Island to get my nails done but they are open on Sunday so they get my business sometimes. Nice folks who work there. Very friendly!

I wrote a review about this place a first time because the owner keep Pressuring me to write a review before I left the salon after I got home my nails look disgusting wasn’t a place to go do not go back. Then she was gonna ask me if I smoke which I don’t and which was none of her business

My daughter got her nails done in the gel polish which were okay. Bit streaky, uneven and service was poor. Tech was rude and made my daughter feel very uncomfortable.

I’ve been going here for years getting pedicures. I’m always pleased with the results. Recently I went for acrylics for the first time in years, the man who did my full set complained the entire time about me and about other customers. He broke the skin on both my thumb nails right under the nail bed, seemed like he was attempting to separate the acrylic from my skin, however he was digging his exposed thumb nail into my skin, breaking it open. Then continued to complain about how I wasn’t “relaxed”. Not to mention the acrylic covered my cuticle and was spread out too thick. I had an actual professional nail artist fix my nails and I am weighing if I’ll ever go back for even a pedicure. You get what you pay for.

Flat out awful. They dont know how to do french manicure nor will they ask their coworkers for help. Then tried charging me an extra $10 because I had to repeatedly tell them the line was too thick and wrong it so it took longer. And now I paid for horrible looking toenails. Never coming here again.

Worst nail experience ever. We were quoted a price and after doing our nails that price doubled. This was irritating as they tried to make excuses but I kept open mind.I get out of shop out to my car and into better lighting only to discover my nails are streaky, lumpy, crooked and have jagged edges. Im not sure how its even possible to have done such a horrible job. To top things off. Im going to Drs to get antibiotics as my fingers have cuts allover cuticles etc... DO NOT GO HERE!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...awful awful awful.

I got gel nails done on Friday by the older male in there and as he was doing them he would stop to watch tv and wasnt paying attention to what he was doing and my nails ened up kinda lumpy and the color was not on the very sides of my nails.. I have bad anxiety and try to avoid any conflict so I just sucked it up because we were going on vacation over the weekend and didnt want to start it out upset. Well a day later they were already lifting so I waited until we got back and I called to see if someone could fix it and they said yes come in at 2. I got there and they had the same guy fix them and I sat there for 45 mins while he slowly scraped them off and he kept watching tv AGAIN!.. I mentioned that he could probably use a file to file the color off quicker so he did and I started to think how he could possibly be working as a nail tech he didnt seem to know what he was doing after he was done with that he asked me to pick a color off some artificial nail pallets they had I picked one and he started to do it then all of a sudden he tells me he is done it looked nothing like the pallet at all it just looked like I had some sparkles over my natural nail I had been in there for an hour and a half just for this I started to tear up I know it sounds silly to cry over it but when you pay that much money and take all that time out of your days to do something for yourself for once its sad I just walked out of there got in the car and I will never be back EVER!! EXTREMELY disappointed!! 😦😭

I really feel like theyre a 2.5... Went here with a wedding party of 5 and asked how long it would take to do quick french mani/pedis for all of us, and I told him we were really behind schedule and the guy said he could have us all done in 30 minutes. We left 2 hours later, nearly late for my own wedding. I went back more recently for a french mani and the guy was super quick and awkward, and did a rushed-looking job. Then the mani chipped significantly within the first 24 hours and looked terrible, and thats never happened with any other manicure Ive ever had. I didnt even DO anything in the first 24 hours but sit around the house. So, I probably wont go back there.
