I am always happy with the service at Nails by Tony but had not been back post pandemic. I was VERY happy with their partitions and protocols. Lovely experience. I will be back and will be recommending this for a long awaited ladies day. Also, the massage chairs alone are worth the price of of the pedicure, the beautiful feet you will leave with are just the 🍒 on top.

I dont like it when I explain to a nail tech what I wanna spend my money on & they get an attitude 😒. Although I got a different tech, whom did better, I still have a sour-ness about my 1st encounter

The employee quite literally did the opposite of what I asked for. I had asked for square brown nails, but left with crooked pink almond shaped nails. Any designs on nails are poorly done as well. Youd have better luck painting your own nails with dollar tree polish.

With a reservation, you get in quickly. The staff is very professional, and pleasant. The pedicure I got was very nice.

I gone to Tonys for quite a few years.he was in Cocoa when I started going to him. Ive moved to Palm Bay havent found anyone as good as him.So yeah I drive to Merritt island to get my nails done and pedicure.

Get the price up front. My past two visits they have scalped me charging $5-$10 more than the published price. Pedicures are now $32 per visit which was not published. They are popular and do a decent job most of the time but I think they are getting overly confident that patrons will stay. I wont. A full set of nails using the dip method is $10 more than the published price. Just get your price quoted before the service.

I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional he was when he did my nails rushed me the whole time did not let me give my suggestion on what I wanted they are uneven and the paint is on my hands and nails messed up he told me he didn’t want to do my nails again because I hit them on the dryer by accident totally not a good experience will not return

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure is the only reason they got 2 stars. The guy didn’t ask me how long I wanted it and I got charged for a more expensive pedicure then I would of picked, but it has managed to stay on my toes for 3 weeks now. The massage it self was nice. My manicure was not what I wanted. They filled my nails down to complete numbs after I said I liked my length. The gel polish only last 24 hours and then began to chip. Will not be returning.

Never go here when they are packed. They get very anxious and rush doing your nails. A day after I went, three nails chipped. And Tony did them but he got anxious when buisness picked up & didnt let my hand sit long enough under the gel lamp. They have got to do better.

I got a gel manicure and the technician did an amazing job! He prepared my nails for the gel by making sure they were clean and tidy and added multiple coats to really bring out the color. He topped that off with a relaxing aromatic moisturizer for my arms and hands. I enjoyed the service and my nails are gorgeous:)

Every brush stroke can be seen. Inexperienced technician rushed . I saw the red flag when they had me sign paperwork that I would not sue them if anything went wrong. Scary!!! Stay away if you want a good experience

Where was Tony when I needed a good manicure and pedicure? Come on it was horrible. I wouldnt even take a manicure on the house, so there you have it. No thank you.

OK so I have been here 3 times to this point. The first time was a disaster. I complained and got a discount. Tried again (because I live like 2 minutes from this place and one of few open on Sunday at about 3:30 pm). Michael has done my nails twice. He is OK but I think he thinks he is putting on a show instead of just doing nails. He told me to calm down when I was simply telling him I wanted nails shorter. He is very quick to tell me to calm down what??. He is the one that is not calm in reality. I believe he is a smoker and needed one. I have lived in Cocoa Beach 8 out of 10 years in FL and generally use Diva who are great..but due to my work schedule cannot always get there. Even the Walmart nail salon (closed at 3 on Sunday) is superior to this place where Michael calls himself Michael Jackson and I am supposed to to be amused and deal with it --- even as he rubbed my lower arm very inappropriately which I told him to STOP and asked if I wanted to dance. This day also as a note was the day right after the shootings in El Paso and Dayton. I just want a pleasant experience with nails. BTW Tony was totally aware of Michaels behavior.

I have been going to this nail salon for years and would highly recommend it. The service is the best in the area. The staff is friendly and so inviting as soon as you walk in. You never have a lengthy wait. The results you get from this salon is top quality.

I went here after my daughter had her nails done here. Her nails looked perfect. I on the other had am very unhappy. I had a guy named Jimmy. I explained what I wanted and what I was picky about. I wanted smooth consistent nails. At first glance thats what I thought I got. When I got home and was really looking at them I noticed each one was shaped different they were uneven, some parts thicker than others, some nails the acrylic went to my cuticle on others it didnt. They werent even smooth. Not sure who did my daughters nails, but it surely wasnt Jimmy. Salon was pretty, but the skill of this guy sucked. I wont be going back.

Absolutely worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. My heels are still rough and she flooded my cuticles with the polish and didn’t bother cleaning it up. When I asked her to use a brush to go around them to get the extra polished off she acted like she didn’t speak English. Will never be back! If you want a good pedicure do somewhere else!

The new shop is beautiful! I have been a customer of Michaels for 13 years and he has always done a great job! Amy and Jimmy who work there are also wonderful. Amy has done my eyebrows and I have been extremely please with all the services I have used there! I would recommend them to anyone who gets their nails done!

Great prices for services. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I didnt get the pedicure I wanted because they didnt ask before hand. Also whoever did my pedicure really hurt my foot when clipping my cuticles. They did not rush the pedicure which was nice because thats why I hate paying for someone to do my nails when I feel rushed out.

So nice and clean salon. Relaxing atmosphere and I had such a good customer service experience here. Do not hesitate to come in.

Not pleased with the service received from young man that works in the shop. Will never ever use him again. I wish I would of know about his service because I would not have used him. He needs to do better with his services. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Pleasant first visit for a mani-refill.

This shop has great prices and lovely owners. As you probably know, nail salons have high turnover and some employees do a bettt job than others...so if you arent liking the job just speak up and ask for Tony and he will make you happy!

Fit two pedicures in at the last minute and didn’t rush. Super friendly!

I went for a simple French acrylic and they are an absolute mess. The guy didn’t listen when I told him I want them shorter. I have acrylic all over my hands and they look cracked... will not be back.

Horrible customer service !!!! The guy clearly had no idea what he was doing to my nails he insisted that I needed to add more white to my nails and he messed up two nails which I asked him to fix.He tried drilling them down and he even cut down my nail yo try to match the white tip.I told him that it was way to much white on the nail and if he could fix! Well he got upset stood up and actually told me to come back tomorrow so tony can fix! I called tony and he told me to call him when I could back and he would fix the problem! Well not only was I upset that I had to walk around with horrible nails they didnt even finish buffing my nails or anything . I called Tony today and asked if I could come in today and he is all booked up today and could I do another day!! This is horrible customer service !! I have to walk around with my nails looking horrible! Stay away from this place management is horrible and workers are extremely rude!! STAY AWAYYYYY!!!

Tony which is the owner, is a terrible person. And should not work at a nail place, that place is the worst place to go to. Never again.

Horrible service! They rushed and did not take the time to do it... on the 3rd day one of my acyrlics already fell off and one chipped. I request my money back or do my acyrlics again! Dont go here
