Ive been going to Einsteins for several years. They are always quick and efficient. There is one guy, Will, who stands out with his customer service. He is and has always been so upbeat and full of smiles. Hes easy to joke around with too! It makes the daunting task of the oil change a pleasant experience! I definitely recommend Einsteins in Meridian!

Very impressed. Very very impressed. I usually service my own cars but my back was shot. They come running out. Offer me a drink n paper. Shake my hand. Shoot the chit with me. Check my rigs fluids. SHOW ME THE FLUIDS and are super fast. They also run the vin and pull up all service intervals on my SPECIFIC make n model. I will be back. Jiffy Lube won’t be around much longer. ONLY THING I WISH...They had more choices than Fram and Mobil 1.

So disappointing from what it used to be. You are not greeted with a sense of urgency, there are no more TVs to see the work on your car, you dont get a newspaper, kindle, or beverage. You get asked if they should check your lights and tire pressure instead of it being a given. They dont do call back on your vehicles services. Some of the employees were visually not professional in appearance. The place seemed stripped and run down. The prices increased and their coupons decreased. I will NEVER go back and will spread the word. To the one young man who was professional and well represented I hope you find yourself well on the otherside. Its a sad day in the Treasure Valley, I will miss the experience of Einsteins, they were a trusted service partner. I feel ripped off. Just say no to Valvoline!

Since Valvoline bought this establishment recently-- we no longer get free coffee or a newspaper like we used to get at the old Einsteins. I was so disappointed! I was looking forward to reading the newspaper! :) Anyhow, I got my oil change and when they were trying to give me a refund on a headlamp that they could not get to work, the staff person pulled up the wrong persons invoice with the wrong Bank number. By the time the supervisor figured it out, I had to sit there for a long while giving them my ATM card over and over. I even had to call my bank because they were saying my bank was refusing to take the refund, but my bank said it was on their end. Ended up they had the wrong customer on their screen. I may have only given them three stars, but I thought I would give them four because the supervisor was apologetic, and although I did not ask for it --he offered to refund me for part of my bill. I think they meant well & did their best to apologize.

Absolutely AMAZING service. 4 dollars got me 2 headlights replaced ( I had bought them, just needed them out in) they checked my oil, topped it off. Washer fluid. Filled my tires and did a safety check on everything. Been a customer for years and even though they are changing to valvoline....still I will be a customer for life! Thank you so much!!!!

This location and their team are efficient and friendly, with an attention to detail thatll give you peace of mind with your vehicle. In addition to providing killer service, they went out of their way to recommend a shop to get my car looked at more seriously.

Used to be great, however, since being bought it by valvoline the service quality, service time, and friendliness have dropped significantly. No longer a fun quick visit. Might as well go to Walmart...

I must say, I trust 0 car mechanic shops or mechanics. But, this place has changed my outlook. We take our car there for general maintenance and have never, I REPEAT NEVER been forced or tricked into spending more than we needed to. They make suggestions but are quick to be honest whether its really needed or not. Plus, this past weekend while getting some fluids replaced they spilled some power steering fluid on one of my belts causing it to squeak. I had to get the belt replaced and Einstein paid for it with 0 hassle. Thats a real business. My dude Saul is the man and made sure we were taken care of. You can always feel safe going here.

Best oil change and service ever! These guys are thorough and communicate very well. They check all the fluids, tire pressire, lights, wipers and wash the windshield. I love the concept of being able to stay inside the vehicle while they service it. Friendly and professional service. Great prices too. The Best!

They changed oil on my mothers vehicle. Sent her on her way with her vehicle idling very rough. It startled her. The man told her, we do not know what that is, we only changed the oil.She continued to express her frustration, second man came over and started to look around. He forgot to plug one of the intake hoses back in!then after further investigation. They over filled her vehicle with oil.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!!! Now that valvoline has taken over, they suck!!! Overpriced, unprofessional, not knowledgable about anything. The guy didnt know how to reset my oil life gauge on the car. Got rid of the tvs, no newspaper, no drink. Constantly trying to sell you something and they lost ALL of the records from Einsteins. I dont have any records at all now of my car history. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Do not waste your money here!!!BOOOOO!!!!

This place is awesome. Everyone working there knows what they are doing and are 100% open and honest with their customers about what their vehicle needs. In and out in 20 minutes, plus good coffee and newspaper to read while waiting.

Its amazing! I love being able to stay in my car and be offered new paper, soda, or a tablet. while everything gets done and they show you everything, literally learning everytime i go there. they have so many free offers as well! however they arnt einsteins oilery, they got bought by valvoline

Wanted to come here based on positive reviews but not paying $45 for a standard oil change. Way too expensive.

Was in a few weeks ago, service was great as was the hot cocoa. However, a filter needed to be replaced, had none in stock. I was told they would order it then give us a call when the filter was in stock. We prepaid but hadnt received a call even after several weeks. Gave the shop a call, the filter is now in stock and ready for us. Read through many reviews, this shop is top notch in every aspect, except one. Customer follow up if a part has to be ordered. Called the shop, Saul, the manager found our service history. They had the filter now, so he made sure to put one aside for us. Got the filter replaced, they even checked my oil, service took just a few minutes. Thank you Saul, your team is awesome. Have a happy New Year.

Not the same as it used to be. The level of service has definitely declined. I noticed something was different when I pulled in. No friendly employee jogging to my window to greet me and ask if we wanted, coffee, soda, water, a tablet or a newspaper. After getting in the garage the employees seemed new. Nice enough, but inexperienced. Then after telling them I just wanted “the usual” services I normally get (we’ve been going there for over 7 years) they told me that they were bought out by valvoline, so things were different. After doing some research, I was very disappointed to find that valvoline had some pretty shady dealings involving the buy out, and the former employees of Einstein’s Oilery. I loved the old crew!! They were always so professional and friendly. So sad to hear that valvoline changed their agreement with the former employees the day after the transition occurred! No wonder they all left! I will go somewhere else for oil changes from now on.

This place is amazing, every time I come here everyone is so nice and helpful. Theyve never tried to sell me things I dont need and they listen to what I have to say. In between oil changes Ill bring my car in to get the fluids topped off or the tires filled and its always a good experience. Lately every time Ive been there Will has helped me and hes the best.

The best service I’ve ever had. I promise if you’re sick of feeling taken advantage of by mechanics, like I am, you will not be sorry about visiting Einstein’s. I was greeted by happy faces eager to help! They filled my tires with air, did a car check up, and went above and beyond by helping me remove hanging plastic from my car! Dakota was the friendliest person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and will be the biggest reason I would return to this Einstein’s! Amazing experience!

This kind of service does not happen anymore. It is WELL worth any extra cost to be taken care of like customers should be. The view isn’t bad at all either. Well dressed fellas who treat you like a priority. Landon, Saul, Josh, Rodney, and Will were superb!!

This franchise went corporate and it shows. Couple good guys working here but the processes are not in the customers best interest. Like keys on the dash.

Interesting experience! When we arrived in my daughters 2017 Toyota Rav 4 we didnt have to wait in line and they proceeded to change the oil right away. They do the usual attempt at up sale on additional services, not a bad thing but does get kinda irritating. Do your homework on car and check manufacturers service recommendedations. Just a note, Ive never had a bad experience with them doing additional items but theyre not the cheapest game in town. The biggest bonus on the quick oil change facilities is how quickly they get things done. So, if time is important and you need additional services go for it. Back to my car...so right away they notified me there was a problem with the oil filter and they may not get it off. They tried extremely hard, using many techniques, but were unable to remove it. Side note....they have a monitor that you can watch while waiting in your car that shows whats going on under your car and above your car. We were able to see the effort they were putting into the filter. Unsuccessful! They appologized, explained, and suggested we go back to dealership who did it last. Respectfully they didnt charge us a dime and sent us on our way. Very impressed with their effort, communication and professionalism.

Them I read their history and was impressed it’s a locally owned company 👍🏼. I decided to keep my business local and am glad I did. The manager was more than helpful, went above and beyond to help me. I got an oil change and fluids topped off, the next day my car broke down and I gave them a call. They came to my location after hours and spent hours trying to figure the problem out. No falut of their own but still gave me a referral. On 11/1/19 the guys and gal that were working were nothing short of outstanding. The way they were chirping back and forth talking to one another double checking everything was comical and gave me a great experience. I always come to this location. The staff is friendly, the oil change usually goes super fast, plus a nice little check on your fluids, tires, and lights. Decent prices too. I wouldnt say the cheapest but its worth it.

This location has the best service for oil changes. I bring all my cars here and i like the $10.00 off coupon. The guys are always friendly and if you just need air in your tire or have the oil topped off they do it with a smile. The manager is super nice.

This Einstein is amazing quality of service. Fast service, top off all the fluids. They check tire pressure free of charge. I had a tire pressure light I told them. They identified the low pressure tire and check to see if there is a tire leak.

I took my Honda in this morning for an oil change service. The staff members were all very friendly and ready to assist me. Saul assisted me throughout my visit and he was very polite and informative regarding the services that are offered here. I was able to sit in my car with my 2 year old son which couldnt have been more perfect. We were kindly greeted the moment we approached the building and were offered water, coffee and hot chocolate, a newspaper or a kindle! Saul even gave my son a lollipop which made him very happy! The oil change and inspection did not take long at all. Everyone was so polite and efficient on getting my car in and out! I will definitely be returning here! Thanks for all of your help!

Only could service some parts on my vehicle, told me my lights were working fine when one is noticeably out, and they took a while but as to be expected with any car service. In the end it was a decent experience and people there were super friendly

These guys have significantly raised the bar in the Oil Change Business. They treat you very well, and do a thorough job. They cost the same and I cant imagine going to Jiffy lube or a competitor for any reason. I have been to a few of their sites and always have a great experience. I highly recommend.

They will up sell everything as good salesman will do but if you stick to your guns you will still get outstanding service the gentleman are kind and always have a smile. Good place if you dont want to get out of your car. You sir Im your car the whole time and they bring you a drink and news paper or tablet while you wait. Theres a tv screen you watch while they work on your vehicle and it shows under your hood and under the vehicle. The only thing I dont care for is all the extras they try and sell you and the extras are so expensive. I guess thats how they gotta make their money. Very friendly and knowledgeable

They are always amazing at this location! I went in a few months ago and they noticed that my break lights were out (sorry people driving behind me). The guys worked on my lights and couldnt get them working. Saul was wonderful! He tried to fix my fuses and was really nice about the whole ordeal. The guys there are great and I highly recommend this location.

A fast stay in the car while they change your oil place. The cameras are low quality so you cant really see what they are doing but they dont up sell after you ask them not to, they seemed to be honest and didnt push any unneeded services, their price was a little high but worth it for the speed and efficiency of the service. With a coupon they are a great deal. Getting a free drink and a newspaper was a nice little bonus.

These guys are very professional. They serviced my car with a detailed oil change. They offered milestone services, but they werent pushy salespeople. They seem to just want the best for the vehicles that come through the shop.

Call first to make sure they have an oil filter for your car. If they dont, just go somewhere else. You can bring in your own, but they dont reduce the price of the oil change to account for the filter.

Recently started using Einsteins to service our vehicles. So far so good. They pressure you a bit but have done a great job so far. They have cameras around your vehicle and you can watch the work being done. You are also in the car, so its a comfort that I can ensure the work was done properly.

As always, I have enjoyed coming here to get my oil changed. Very courteous & friendly staff. Have been coming here for years & will return.

Why go anywhere else. Great service. Done quickly. Friendly staff. Free coffee or a cocoa for the kiddos. A newspaper to read (and keep). And all at a great price!

Ive been a customer of Einsteins for many years. All four of my familys automobiles have been serviced there and will continue to be. The service is always good but not so much so that Ive been compelled to write a review...until today. I did visit a different location on Fairview in Meridian, ID today and I was blown away by the service.William greeted me with the standard - paper, iPad, service menu and complimentary beverage offer and then helped navigate me inside where he passed me off to Saul. WHO WAS INCREDIBLE. He was polite, informative, respectful to the rest of his crew, and knowledgeable in making suggestions. I did opt to include the transmission and radiator service which made my visit longer than usual. He engaged in polite conversation.As I was leaving I asked Saul who I could share a compliment about his service with and he said Well, Maam, that would be me! Which is what led me here! I was even more impressed when I learned he was the team lead because it showed in how he treated his team and how they treated him! Well done, Meridian Einsteins!!

Great service, fairly quick and friendly. I returned the vehicle after a leak developed about a week after an oil change. The owner was there and noted it was not oil but coolant that was leaking. He said to look at the water pump. He was correct, it was the water pump and the radiator had a leak as well. Good call and was happy it was caught before the pump went out on some lonely stretch of highway.

These young men are soo good at customer service and make getting your oil changed a fun experience. Very professional and no high pressure. Dont even leave your car, What a great idea. If you havent ever been to an einstein I highly recommend ther exoerience.
