I’m a Les Schwab guy since the 80’s. Lately, something has changed with their business. I don’t know what, but I can feel it in the air when I go there. I decided to try Roger’s and I had a great experience. Even thou I was undecided on what wheels and tires I wanted, they patiently ordered tires and wheels until I saw the look I wanted. 315/75/16 with 10x16 wheels. Both Mickey Thompson. Roger’s exceeded my expectations with a five-star experience! The friendly, professional and efficient staff went beyond what was necessary to reset a warning light and double-check tire pressure (including spare) after the complimentary rotation. Spacious indoor and outdoor waiting areas are clean and comfortable (without obnoxious separation plexiglass.) Location is super-convenient. Oil-change price was a pleasant surprise! (No coupons necessary.) Highly recommend!

I had an emergency repair of swapping out a tire, i needed it done quickly so I could get back on the job site. They were booked full but did their magic and immediately got me in, fixed, and on my way in about 30 min. Only complaint I had was the price seemed kinda high for just changing a tire that I provided but would do business again and recommend to others

Got two new tires for my car. The technician called to let us know we needed an alignment, which we agreed to have done. When technician called to say our car was ready, he told us we did not need an alignment after all because the steering wheel was slightly turned. We will continue to frequent this place of business as the amount of honesty is priceless!

I had rear brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced on my truck, and the day before I was scheduled to get it done my truck overheated on the freeway. I had to get it towed over to Rogers and hoped for the best. Luckily, the problem was just a busted heater hose, but they also did the brakes a day early AND they didn’t replace the calipers because they were still fine! A lot of places will try to replace your calipers on a break job even if they are still good, Rogers is honest and only fixes what needs to be fixed. Thanks again!!

Rogers Tires advertised a coupon on services this February 2021 for $20 off of $175 or more on services. My total bill came to $214 for replacing two tires and brake pads that were under warranty. So essentially I was only paying for the service of my tires being replaced.I went in to use my coupon and was first told the coupon needed to be printed. Then the woman retracted and said it didn’t need to be printed, but was unaware they were offering coupons. She then proceeded to say I couldn’t use the $20 off coupon because replacing the tires wasn’t what they considered a “service”. I was super confused because they are a tire shop and nowhere on the coupon did it say ...this excludes tires, which are not considered a service.We have been going to Rogers for years and were fairly happy with the service. However, there was one other time that they wouldn’t replace a tire under warranty because my car frame was off.I was bugged, but still went to Rogers because this was really the only issue I’d had with my service.I wouldn’t write this review had the front desk employees behaved differently. I said to the front staff, well, it’s $20 and that’s fine, but maybe for your future consumers who have no idea what is considered a “service”, please be specific in your advertising. The woman’s demeanor was very evident that she was annoyed and bothered. It was in no way, shape or form apologetic for the ad not being clear to their customers. The same woman employee walked away mumbling something to the other front desk employee, and he responded saying, yeah, I’m going to tell him not to do coupons anymore because it just causes problems.So I’m sorry I’m a problem for trying to get $20 off my tire service from a tire shop I’ve been going to for several years. Not honoring the coupon I’ll get over, but I will not be going back ever because of the way the employees made me feel.

I had my transmission fluid changed. Great shop! They were very good at communicating a price change and ended up coming in lower than originally thought. Will be coming here for everything from here on out.

I love Rogers tires they are always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Today my low tire suspension light came on so I stopped in and they checked and found my right front tire to only have 20 # s of air. They couldn’t see anything in my tire but rather than assume there was nothing they took tire off and checked and found a nail. Patched my tire and I’m good to go.Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.. I love Rogers tires and highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Full synthetic oil changes are usually very pricey. I was surprised that Roger’s Tire Pros was actually about $10 cheaper than the place I usually go, AND they use Mobil 1! Needed new wheels and tires for my Subaru Ascent. After looking lots of places I went with Roger’s because of knowledge, friendliness, and price. I worked with Chris and I felt like he took care to get me what I wanted and also keep costs reasonable.Roger’s is busy and sometimes responses take a bit but they are always courteous and will do their best to work with distributors to get what you want at a fair price.I’m having a lift installed as well and I’m going with Roger’s because I know they’ll take great care of my car and back up the work they do.

Wife’s car just had the engine replaced. But ford didn’t change the oil or reset the dash. They got her car in quick for a oil change and tire rotation. I also needed a ride and they provided. Good folks.
