I will never return to this place. I came in for a fill and it was all downhill from there. The nail technician burned my fingers with the electric file too many times to count. I kept yelping, “ow! Ouch!” and she said sorry but it continued to happen. None of the nail files were clean. My nail shape was so sloppy. One nail was visibly crooked. After an hour someone else came over to look at the work she had done and the new person basically sat down and started to reshape my nails. Meanwhile scolding the original lady. It didn’t stop there though. She repeatedly told me “you need a new set next time. Your nails are bad.” First of all, this was my first fill after a new set. So no. I didn’t need a new set. My nails were bad because the lady doing them had no idea what she was doing. I was so annoyed and made to feel bad like I was the problem. The first nail tech then sat down and applied my gel. It was so sloppy and she made me put each hand in the UV light 2 times for 4 minutes each time after each coat. I knew that was way too long. When I went to pay (couldn’t wait to get out of there) the lady who fixed my nail shape grabbed my hand and started filing my nails again! This is as I’m trying to put my card in and pay. I immediately took pictures when I got to my car. I would not recommend this place. I honestly don’t think the nail tech who helped me was even licensed.

Wow... I had hoped for a better experience for what we paid. I purchased a manicure and pedicure for myself and girlfriend due to a long week. Lots of empty chairs and now I know why. A four year old child could have done a better job. They were so focused on getting us out the door so they could go back to being on their phones.Would not recommend.

They didn’t clean up the nail polish around my fingers and the edges are kind of bumpy. I felt like they were rushing the whole time and did not pay attention to detail. I had asked them twice to clean up the extra polish and these are what they still looked like after.

I was very happy with the outcome! I felt needed to post a review because I had a great experience, they were nice and did exactly what I wanted done! I will definitely be coming back:)

I love going to get my nails done there

My experience was a mixed bag resulting in me probably never going back. They were able to squeeze me in on the holiday and the full set build was awesome. However, the rest of my visit was less than enjoyable. The guy who did my nails came off incredibly rude and bothered. He not only told me while my nails were drying to “Be careful! I don’t want to have to re-do them”, but also “Your nails are done. I don’t want you to sleep” when I closed my eyes to relax. Apparently the bulbs in their nail dryer had died and so I was directed to hold my nails up to a desk lamp to dry them. When I asked him how long he has been doing nails he replied “Too long”. Also, I had to insist he do an additional coat of the pink polish when after two it was still streaky.When I checked out, I was asked if I was paying with cash. When I said I wasn’t, he notified me there would be a $1.50 for running my card. This was frustrating to me because when I called to see if I could get fitted in, I was not told about this charge after I mentioned it was my first visit.It is possible he was trying to be funny during our interactions, but his energy and expression on his face was not that of someone trying to be amusing. In addition, the place was in need of a deep clean and touch up. Don’t recommend...

I called ahead to ask if they thread eye brows, the lady I spoke to said yes. When arriving with my gf, the person up front asked us what service we would like and we told him eye brow threading and he confirmed it to us. But, neither of them told us the truth which was they do not provide eye brow threading and only do wax. It was not until it was too late that my gf realized she was getting her eye brows waxed NOT threaded. Shes highly allergic to wax and had a reaction to it. Terrible customer service and a bunch of liars.

I went there for the first time to get a gel manicure. I already had gel in my nails. I had my nails done by a guy which was fine and everything was going ok until he was about to put my polish on. My nails were not smooth so when he put the polish on, you can see the little riffs of my nails. Maybe the salon should train him more. And, to top it off, he kept looking at his phone. Won’t be going there again.

Horrible. It was my first time there and the shape was so bad, my nails were not smooth and she painted them horribly. These are the worst acrylic full set I have had and will not be going back

Nice man, but he had a lot of problems doing my nails. I asked for an acrylic nail fill, and got dipping powder, redoing the entire nail for $45 after being there for 1.5 hours. The result was far inferior to my nails done at my home salon. I am from out-of-state. Most frustrating experience at any nail place ever.

The sweet girl that did my nails was nice and my nails looked great. But she spoke almost no English so it was difficult to explain what I wanted. The man at the front was rude and unfriendly and because of that I will not go back. I feel bad for the girls that work there. They are loosing clients because of him.

I have had my nails done for many years at other places and never left with the appearance that I already need a fill on my gel nails. I will try to upload a picture for reference. The owner said there was no refund options available but that they would fix the issue. The owner also stated they don’t put the gel polish close to the cuticle, stating it helps the polish to last longer. I feel this is a selling tactic to have me come in sooner for a refill. Also the nail tech only gave us options two and three avoiding the cheapest pedicure option. She kept pointing to the most expensive options pressuring us to pay more. Also one nail tech was not very friendly. This was supposed to be a fun spa date that turned out to be an unfortunate experience, expensive and not the best quality.

Never again! The girl who did my toes did a TERRIBLE job AND she cut me! She was being super careless, didn’t bother to clean it or bandage it, and made no attempt to make it up to me. Then they tried to over charge me to top it all off. Worst experience at a salon yet.

My pedicure appointment was at 5:00 on a Wednesday evening. I didnt have to wait. The man who gave the pedicure was quiet but polite. The salon was clean. While I was there two groups of ladies came for pedicures without appointments. The salon was accommodating but there was a wait. If you want pedicures or manicures for a group (3 or more) I recommend being prepared for a wait, or make an appointment.

Probably one of the worst experiences getting my nails done. Customer service and pedicure was terrible from the gentleman performing pedicure service. Did not spend any time at all on the actual nail grooming and acted as though he was inconvenienced when I came in for the appt. If I personally did not work in the service industry I would have not tipped him however I would’ve felt guilty. Will not go back.

Seriously the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Went here for mani-pedis and was blown away. The quality of service was out of this world. We got the Royal package and it was well worth the price. Tina did an amazing job and even changed the shape of my toes. 😳 I know. Crazy! I got a mani with gel polish and the polish was nice and thin and stayed on more than two weeks. Thats a big deal to me. Love this place!! Everyone is so friendly and professional. 💕

This place is great. They offer you a drink, they are very friendly, and do a AWESOME job on gel nails. I will be back. Best looking gel polish in a long time

I don’t like to leave reviews and my experience could have been from me not speaking up, however I am prone to ingrown toenails and cut my nails how I like them. My big toes can’t be cut with a curve because that’s what causes me pain, the lady who was doing my nails asked if I cut my toenails and then went with cutting them how she wanted to. We never had a consultation about how I like them or when we got to my fingernails which again she just went at them and did them how she wanted. I was nipped on both my feet and fingers. I have two red sore spots from my cuticle being cut too short and into my living skin.

My wife arrived home to tell me her story... She had arrived early and was the 1st customer of the day when shop opened. She only needed to have her nails repaired as the color had peeled away after only a week. This was her 2nd repair! She was told sit down and wait. Meanwhile THREE other ladies arrived and were taken back to have their nails and toes done. The man who runs the shop seemed to be in a poor mood and is rarely polite. My wife has shared this sort of thing with me before about his attitude and I also have witnessed his rudeness when I have accompanied her. After a 15-20 minute wait she was able to have the damaged nails repaired but I hope she will find a place where her experience is more pleasant.

Went in wanting gel nails. The woman practically filed my nails to stubs and painted them. So frustrating!

Ive been going to Billy/Michelle now for 7 years.I know how hard they work.I know their prices and they are comparable if not better than most. I know in the service industry its better to express your concerns up front rather to write a bad review. One bad seed can bring your ratings down.I go for my fingers and toes and I couldnt be more happy.

The worst nail experience ever!! Michelle the owner was apparently having a bad day or was mad. She was unpleasant and rough while doing my nails. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you will leave loving your nails and your experience.

This place is awful! I got charged 50$!!!! I also have pictures of them. Im a broke college student and they scammed me out of my money made my fingers bleed and were super unsanitary! I went to coco nails down the road and they fixed them and were superClean and sweet people!!!!
