I booked with Lidia for acrylic nails and she did AMAZING. I asked for a design that I’ve been previously turned down on by another salon and she was quick to agree. Hands down, probably my favorite set of acrylics yet. She was also so sweet and patient! Cannot wait to book again!

This was my first experience here and sadly I won’t be back. I just paid $70 for one of the worst nail sets I’ve ever had and I get my nails done often. My nails are glued to my finger tips(which hurts) my nail art is nothing like I asked it to be and she cut my cuticles too short so now my fingers are aching. I never leave a bad review, but I thought I needed to let everyone know. I would have liked to email the owner but there is not an email I can find to do so.

I’m a little sad to be writing this because i used to love this salon when i was coming here a couple years ago. i booked an appointment for a full set with anyone that was available just for simple fact i wanted to get in asap and not wait 2+ weeks. i didn’t receive a “mini manicure” that is advertised when booking a full set, every nail is a different shape. the day after my appointment, 5 of my nails had already started lifting and i wasn’t being “hard” on them anymore than usual. two days after my appointment, i had one nail pop off while washing my face. it’s very disappointing that i had such a bad service given the fact i used to rave about salon and they cost so much $$$

Due to family stuff, i couldnt respond at the time, but the very next day Jennifer called me again. Jennifer is the manager of Fina and she was very kind; she listened to me talk about what happened in detail, she asked proactive questions, and then offered me multiple options to correct the existing problems with my acyrlics.PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I chose to have my daughters acrylics refunded as a gift card (Since due to the aforementioned family stuff, my daughter isnt coming back to Idaho untill Christmas) and elected to have my current set redone. Fina Beauty went beyond the call in making the situation right: I had rescheduled my appt for last monday, but due to my own stupid, i missed that appoint and they were super accomidating in still getting me in this monday (8/17). Elma was the tech who did my nails, who also happens to be the owner (she was so gracious and was very adament that she wanted to do my nails herself). As I said in my first review, I chose to stick with a black to red ombre, which is exceptionally difficult to do right. Black is an unforgiving acrylic and Elma made it look easy.I will leave one picture from the old poor review ( itll be the first one.) and include pictures of the nails Elma did. They are gorgeous and I have finally found my new nail salon.THANK YOU! Jennifer, Elma, and KIM! My first review wasnt the greatest, but Kim you came to me today and jumped right into apologizing. You were kind and understanding and Thank you for being so willing to engage with me without prompting. I know after a bad review it can feel bad, actually hurt ones feelings, and I know it can be very uncomfortable to deal with a person who may have made you feel upset. So thank you. I appreciate your interaction today just as much as I appreciated getting my nails done. All of you are wonderful and I hope that I can get an appointment with you in the future Kim for something that your great at.Enough of the sap.TLDR: Need a new nail tech? Willing to spend a bit more to get excellent product and even better customer service? Fina Beauty Nails is worth the appointment.Just make sure that if you are unsatisfied you can point out exactly what went wrong. If they know what went wrong, then the techs at Fina Beauty will fix it and do it better than you hoped.Synopsis of previous poor review: 8/7, two appts, set appt for two manis and two pedis with full acrylics. Less than stellar customer service and poor quality acrylics. I was extremely dissapointed in the service and the end result.

I came here for my wedding nails, and I am beyond disappointed in what the outcome is. I used to come here when it was owned by another owner and would recommend this place up and down but after my recent visit I wont suggest anyone go here. I asked for an almond shaped nail for my hands and the shape came out terrible not even covering my actual nail underneath, my pedicure nails were uneven with the nail paint chipped from the lady dragging the light across my toes while drying. And for these services I paid well over 120$ and I dont even mind that but the quality is definitely not worth the price.

I am very disappointed in the set of nails that I got today. They are shaped poorly, crooked, and extremely thick in some places and thin in others. The nail art I got on one nail was wonderful. Honestly looks like a child did it. I got a pedicure as well and I can say that Emiley saved the day, she was absolutely perfect. Friendly and welcoming. Did a fantastic job on my feet and my friends feet. Thanks Emiley for being awesome!!!

I will never be back. I had this place recommended by a friend, but they are terrible. My nail tech hardly talked to me, let alone asked me what I wanted to keep from my acrylic fill. She then told me that I had hard gel on rather than acrylic, which I pointed out to her was not so. But she filled my nails with hard gel anyways, rendering my underlying acrylic useless. My nails have never looked worse. It hasnt even been a week and they are chipping so bad! I went in to get my money back and they said they dont do refunds, but I could have the owner fix them. Why would I want to have them do my nails again when they obviously do not care about their clientele or products? I told the manager that I guess I would do that but I would be back if they continued to do what they were doing. I left and got an email confirmation of my appointment with the owner for a few days later. Then about an hour later I got another email stating that my appointment had been changed back to the original nail tech per my request.... I did not ask for this. This business is a scam, not listening to clients and honoring their products. I was told it was my fault because I was too rough on my nails even though I went in less than 24 hours after my appointment with the nails posted below... I will never go back or recommend. Ever.

This place has the best nail techs in town! I have known the owner Elma since she was a young teen. She is hardworking, honest and believes in quality customer service as she cares about people. Savannah. All I can say is WOW. I was a nail tech for years back in the 80’s so I am VERY PICKY. Savannah has been the only tech ever to do my nails and I don’t have to fine tune to my liking. You show her a picture, she replicates perfectly. Pedicures are the same.EXCELLENT!!!!

Absolutely found my new nail girl! Savannah was on point and she used very high quality Valentino acrylics that I absolutely love!

Andi did an incredible job on my lashes. She is so professional and so kind! She knows everything she is talking about making me feel safe putting my lash experience in her hands. She has great communication throughout the process and talks you through the after care. She is so generous with her knowledge and you even get an after care bag that includes cleanser. Thank you so much for making this mama feel wonderful! I haven’t felt this confident in a long time. Can’t wait to see you for my fill!

No other place Id go!! I look forward to my biweekly visits with Elma so she can make my nails look beautiful! There has never been a set that I had where I didnt have someone compliment me on them and tell me how nice my nails are. I had a new girl but went in with an open mind.. I got a full set. it took 2 hours and each nail is a different shape, size, and length. theyre lumpy and some are mounded and some are flat. not to mention missing half the side of the nail with paint.. and leaving uneven tops.. she also cut me a bit when doing cuticle work.. and now my fingers hurt really bad!it was just disappointing bc I had high hopes and was happy and willing to let someone new work on my nails, dont think I will again though.

I tried to post this review on Vagaro but it kept saying I didnt visit the salon, so I couldnt write a review, even though I went through my past appts to post the review, but I wanted to post it here! I was hoping to post it directly to Anas reviews so anyone who was booking her could see, but oh well!I got the Aprés Gel X extensions done by Ana Patlan and she was literally so sweet and I really enjoyed talking with her throughout the appointment. Five stars for sure for Ana!! I had never gotten these type of extensions before but she was so knowledgable about them and answered all the questions I had. I also really appreciated her sincerity and attention to detail. Not to mention I had an extremely damaged nail from slamming it in my truck door, but she was super gentle and was always making sure it wasnt painful for me!! She even completely redid one that she wasnt happy with (it was on the damaged nail, so Im sure that was the issue, ha!) during the appointment. I highly recommend Ana as well as this salon in general - Ive never had such a perfect set of nails before and I am so happy with them. I will be back for sure! Thank you Ana! : )

I thought the salon was cute but they over charge for a subpar pedicure and manicure. The girl didn’t really massage my feet or hands nor did she soak my cuticles for very long on my feet and didn’t soak my finger nails at all. I was apart of a group and they all took way too long doing a pedicure and manicure, and for the price I would’ve expected it to be quicker and higher quality. Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off and wait forever.

Ruby always does an amazing job on my nails! Manicure with gel polish + design. She’s hits it right on when I show her a picture of what I’m looking for. She’s also very friendly and honest if she’s not 100% comfortable with what I’m asking. But she then works to perfect it and get better at it!!!

Waited a half an hour after appointment time. Then to be placed with a nail tech, that couldnt do the designs I was wanting. I had told them when I made the appointment it was intricate nail art designs. I was reassured they could do it.When I get there the girl saysI can try, & if you dont like it?If I dont like it what? Thats an unfair position to put me in. I dont want to tell you that!Well I can do something basic?Thats not what I want though.?Not impressed!

I have had my nails done at Fina a few times. First time was amazing, 2nd time, wasnt a fan of who did my nails and they didnt last long. I went back today to a different nail gal, Sam A. She fixed my jacked up nails from the previous nail artist and I adored her!! Highly suggest Sam. Shes so cute, talkative, and listened to what I wanted. Fina is an overall great nail salon!

I am so very angry. I admit I was late to my appointment and had already planned to tip extra for that fact. But not 2 days later I broke a nail and then chipped another due too my tech filing them WAY to thin. Ive had my nails done for over a year and broken only 3 in that time. I am VERY careful with my nails. I FINALLY got the shape Ive been going for and then this happens. Never will I go back to this salon. And I had such high hopes that i had found not only a salon i could trust. Not worth the money.

I went in for one thing and came out with the worse nails ever! A monkey could of done this with its eyes closed. Ridiculous! It was a waste of time! I do not recommend this place at all!

I was blocked for making appointments through the vagaro app over two years ago, I messaged the salon over Facebook and Instagram and I even messaged The nail tech To schedule an appointment as soon as the salon opens back up and I got zero response I messaged them again and I still got zero response. As a company I feel like it was just very unprofessional to not respond to any of the messages concerning an appointment.

The nail tec had told me my appointment was at 2pm then called and said she was still working on her last client and said it was going to be 15 to 20 mins . Waited 30 minutes and she didn’t call me until 2:40 !! Not professional at all

Ive been going to Laura now for a year and a half and she does a fantastic job. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My nails always look beautiful and I never get the same thing twice. They always have the latest and greatest colors. She is very talented and I look forward to seeing her for fills.

I have been to Glitz nail salon several times and have not had a complaint until today. When I sat down for my manicure the girl asked what polish I wanted, and I opted for a buff instead (since polish seems to come off so quickly). When she told me I was finished, instead of my nails being smooth and shiny, they were rough and dull, more like sandpaper had been drug over them. When I pointed it out to her, she said they didnt have a tool to buff nails and all she could do was put some polish over them. After leaving, I called to speak with the owner. She called me back shortly to tell me I could come back in to see what could be done to fix them when they opened on Monday, but that there was a no refund policy. I explained to her I didnt want to go back in when I was just told in the store they could only use polish, and I couldnt wait days either. She repeated the no refund policy to me saying there was just a miscommunication between the girl that did my nails and me. I dont see how anyone can think a customer would want to leave the salon with rough and dull nails. Poor service and poor customer service. I will not be back!

I give one star because the nail tech who did my nails was very nice. Having said that, I have heard a lot about this place and decided to take my daughter on her birthday there today and what a mistake. We did not get started or finished at the same time, both of our nails cost more than other competitive salons and neither are something I would ever go back for. My daughter was charged more than me for a basic matte polish and a crooked pinky nail. I wanted ombré and got something comparable but not at all the same and two of my nail art stones fell off before I left the parking lot. We were there for 2 hours and I’m just not impressed about the hype over Glitz and regret spending the money when neither of us left happy with our nails and that is sad. It was supposed to be a treat to ourselves :(

Absolutely love this place! Don’t care for Mariah Englund, and some of the girls wear unprofessional clothing, too much boobage. A bit pricey but my nails always look perfect when I leave and I always know they will be, and that’s the goal. I wont go anywhere else. Still love the work done here.

Ive been here a few times to get my nails done. Ive never walked out disappointed with how they look, however Ill never come back. The last time I was in, the owner did my nails and the entire time I was sitting there she was gossiping with the girl next to her. I think she made eye contact with me twice the entire time I was there. Awful customer service. Aside from her, the rest of the girls ran around all talking crap on one another. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The high school drama vibe, plus the over priced nails, equals one unhappy customer. Ill be taking my business some place else where they treat me and their employees with respect.

My nails turned out horrible. When I asked to just have two nails fixed, the worst of them, I was unapologetically and rudely questioned. They were “fixed” and I walked out with two nails that don’t even match the others and were rough and bumpy. I will go else where to fix their mistakes. By far the worst customer service and gel nails I have ever had. I will not be going back.

I dont even know where to start. By far the worst experience from a business EVER. I am not one to write a poor review, but this is warranted. I would steer clear of this place. Not professional, dirty, and rude. I am in shock of how poorly I was treated and how awful my nails look. Mariah initially did my nails & they looked terrible...they lifted and chipped after less than 24 hours. She also barely spoke to me. I kept initiating conversation and she still wouldnt speak. I called back a fews days later, after getting back into town and politely called in and asked if someone could fix them...I was the one apologizing because I felt bad asking for someone to repair them...Alejandra was who I spoke to. She didnt apologize once or say they would be happy to fix anything. She just said, “Yea. I will fix them”. I knew I shouldn’t have gone back. When I went in to have my nails repaired, Alejandra was extremely rude to me. She told me she didnt have time to fix my nails how I wanted and she said, its up to you if you want to go somewhere else to get them fixed.....what? What employee says that? Then, the owner, Jordyn, called in and asked to talk to me. She explained that they didnt have time to fix someone elses work. Even though her employee did the work. She was incredibly rude as well. I am so shocked she has a business. She needs some training. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I haven’t ever experienced something so awful. Not once did Jordyn OR Alejandra try to make it right. She also told me, we cant just give you this service again and not charge you. I never said I wanted anything free. I was even happy to pay to have them fixed. I thanked her on the phone and walked out of the salon. I am never coming back here. If you want awful nails and to be treated poorly, this is the place for you!

My nails are really thick and blocky and I feel like they didnt take the acrylic all the way to the cuticle so I would have to come back for a fill sooner. I could literally get a fill right now. Also she didnt take the polish all the way to the edge of my nail so I have stripes on the sides. Very bummed and upset.

Worst place I have ever been to get my nails done! took the girl 4 hours to do my toes and nails. I got gel toes that turned out ok and only took 30 mins. But I got acrylic nails done and that took the 3 hours and 30 mins!!! I was getting this all done to go to a wedding the next day, and my nails were improperly done not durable took them off after the wedding because they were so fragile I couldnt do anything. Screwed up my real nails by doing that, my thumb nail just barely finished growing back!! Later I found out the girl doing my nails was not even a certified nail girl. I was super pissed!!!! they charged me a total of 100.00 dollars! Do not ever go to this place they arent running a proper business!!!!!
