Hugh takes his time and listens to what I want. I got the best set of nails last week from him and I love them so much I made him and his family a blanket! So grateful to have someone enjoy their skills. Talented guy!!

These guys are the best! I travel all over the United States and I have never found a better place to have mine and my families nails done. Jean has been doing my nails for 20 years! They have had lots of challenges through this Covid mess and they are dealing with themin the best way possible.

I had an appointment for a manicure at 4. I showed up on time, was seated at a station and given swatches to pick a nail color. There were 4 employees and 2 clients getting pedicures. 3 of the 4 employees sat around on their phones while the 4th employee did 2 pedicures alone. I sat at that station without a word from an employee for 30 minutes, before deciding to leave. Not a word was spoken to me as I left. I hate leaving bad reviews, and I’m sure this place does a great job, but they need to get their time management under control.

I called in the morning to make an evening appointment for myself and my sister, but when we arrived they seemed to have forgotten about me and didn’t have enough people available to take care of both of us at the same time. They also kept trying to up-sell us in clandestine ways—offering services (callus removal, scrubs, gel colors) without saying that these would cost extra. I caught them at it three times (and was answered with chagrined smiles every time I caught them and said “no”) and explained that we just wanted plain, basic pedicures. I still ended up being charged extra because I slipped up once and said yes to something I didn’t know would cost extra. I won’t be back again.

Tried this place out for the first time. i got a fill and my fiancé and i got pedicures. they got acrylic all over my cuticles and ruined my real nails so bad i had to take a break from acrylics. they asked me 5 times if i wanted gel polish on my toes and i told them every single time that i did not want gel. yet they didn’t listen to me and still put gel on my toes. then charged me waay to much for 2 pedis and a fill.

30 mins late, when we had an appointment. Paint all over my toes, cold water, my nails are uneven and look terrible. Definitely not worth what I paid. Dirty floors, broken pedicure chairs. We heard such great things about this place and wanted to try them out but we were very disappointed and wont be going back.

They are good but really expensive compared to some places to be honest

Every time I call I’m always able to get in when I want. My gel polish always last 4 weeks or longer. My go too place for sure.

Worst nails i have ever received in my life... these pictures were taken an hour after i left the spa. all gel was peeling and nails are terribly shaped and crooked.

This is by far the best nail salon in all of the Treasure Valley. Sometimes I make the mistake of booking another salon for a fill or a pedicure for sake of time or location convenience. I am often disappointed with other salons. I got my nails done this morning it and had to apologize to Jean for cheating on her. She does such an amazing job! I will be coming back often and thoroughly enjoy the attitude and customer service they provide!

Jean is a very creative artist. Ive always been very pleased with her work. She can replicate a picture or design on your ideas. Ive received multiple compliments over the years on how great my nails look.

I’ve been a customer at Q Nails for more than two years now.I’m an Idaho native and have had my nails and toes done at other salons but none compare to Q Nails, they are friendly. I’ve been going here consistently over the past year and I have never been disappointed with how my nails turned out. They look fresh and clean and don’t chip in between visits. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, but seriously you can’t go wrong with this place. I’ve had my nails done by pretty much every nail tech here and they always turn out perfect.

First visit was wonderful. I was travelling and able to walk in and get an immediate appt. Professionally managed. Started with a gel manicure, added a gel pedicure. The hot stones were relaxing! First class chairs for the spa.

Justin is m favorite nail tech of all times. He is so picky and I love that! He wants to make sure I’m happy every time I come in to get my nails done. I enjoyed the pampering as I received my pedicure. My nail tech was kind, and gentle, yet thorough. I loved the products used on my legs and feet...my feet are soooo soft, and the gel polish is done perfectly and shiny. I am pleased with my results, I enjoyed my experience, and would recommend this place to my friends and family...

I believe her name was Linda that did my nails. She was amazing! My nails turned out beautiful!! She was super sweet and professional. They even kept the salon open extra late to accommodate the entire wedding party. Prices were reasonable from what I understand, the place was clean, the service was good...except from Linda, the service was exceptional from her :)

My mom and I have gone to this salon for a few years now and we have always been satisfied with the treatment we have received. I am very sad to learn that Q (Kieu) and Linda are no longer here. Luckily i have tracked them down and will continue receiving excellent service from both of them in a more personally convenient location (Nampa) i am so happy to be able to continue with them!

The service itself was not bad, but when we went to pay, we used a card and had cash out for a tip. When my mom was going to sign there was a large tip on the tip line that she did not put there. I have no problem tipping and we had the cash on the counter already as i know tips in cash are better. When I asked her about it she told my mom that she typed it in (which obviously she didnt because we intended to tip cash)and shrugged her shoulders. She didnt offer to fix it or anything. Ive worked with the exact machine she used for the card and I know that could be fixed if it was an accident. Not worth the arguing just also not worth going back. Seemed shady.

The worst experience! Personnel actively avoided eye contact or speaking to me - this salon made me feel more like an object on an assembly line than a person. We were overcharged with no explanation, because the person ringing us up spoke no English and didnt explain why the price was $20 each over the listed prices. They were out of the polish color I chose, of course. And then, to add insult to injury, the nail polish was peeling off within the same afternoon. Never again!

I always love my nails when Hugh finishes them. He is awesome. Q Nail Spa is wonderful.

I came here and not even a week my acrylics were all scratched up and some broke. They repaired them without cost but was very disappointed in how they turned out

I love going here to get my nails done out of several places I’ve gone to before, they’ve done an amazing job every time BUT make sure you clarify the nail type (regular or gel etc) and price because they’ve upgraded my nails twice (adding $10) to what I originally asked, without my consent.

Used to love this place. Referred so many people and I regret nothing more. It always hurts for me to get my nails done. Last time she did them too fast and they came out terrible. No time to fix them before my trip. My pedicure was cold and to top it all off she rushed me out the door and OVER CHARGED ME. Tried to go back to get my nails off, but was treated again with terrible service. Never going back.

The gal who did my acrylics was the nail tech who has the Hello Kitty mask and she had the worst atttitude! She blamed her mistake of cutting me with the nail drill and cutting my cuticles too short to where I bled on not one, but two fingers, on me!I spent $250 on the $46 pedis and had three guests in total to my visit (me included as the third). I was so satisfied by the other techs (who did our pedis) and so were my guests, but the gal who did my acrylics is the only one I was supremely upset about. I tipped $30, which was to be split between 6 nail techs, even though I truly hope the tip did not go in full to the one who cut me.It was my first visit and Im from out of state, so this was a huge disappointment. Ill make sure to warn others to not have the gal with the Hello Kitty mask not allow to touch your nails now.This review is not in any form slander and is compliant with Google review standards.

I am pleasantly surprised at how much i liked this place! I am a nail tech and usually look for flaws in sanitization and implement use, but they were very clean and used clean implements!

Q Nails does the best work of any nail salon Ive been to. Tan does awesome work & has great ideas. Plus, Ive literally had my sets last 4 wks+ at a time - nowhere else has ever come close to that. Ive moved out of the area now and really come to appreciate just how great I had it! So when I do make it down that direction, Q Nails is still where I plan to go.

DONT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT... YOULL BE WAITING 45 MIN ANYWAY. So ridiculous! Had an appointment at 11... didn’t get in a chair until 11:30 and then just sat there for 15 min and no one ever came. Horrible service.

I went there because they came highly recommended. I will not return. The nail lady did not clean her station after each client. She used a dirty paper towel she had used on the clients before. My daughter got a pedicure and there was toe nails in the pedicure bowl. Disappointed and I am disgusted and grossed out on how unsanitary this establishment is.

They did great but they could have made the nails a little bit more resistance.

I have been getting my nails/pedis done since I can remember, probably close to 7 plus years. I tend to be a bit OCD and about my nails especially. They (Jean) always gets me in when I need it, even last min. Nails are always straight, clean and even. Every there is very friendly. Location is easy to get to. Would recommend Q Nails every time.

Great clean professional

My first experience at Q Nail Spa was about 4 weeks ago. I got an awesome pink & white french pedi. Nothing has chipped or peeled. It still looks great but my toenails have grown so I need another one. Looking forward to sitting in that super comfy massage chair and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. I also like that I can make an appt. online. Very convienent.

Worst experience of my entire life, don’t ever go here. They’re in such a hurry that they cut you and hurt you so bad and don’t even ask what you want they just go go go. Me and my moms nails are crooked, horribly painted and there’s not even acrylic on the whole nail. Save your money and go somewhere else.

She was so rough with the pedicure, picked And pealed my gel polish off which made my nails uneven and have ridges. The poliSh job looks horrible because after picking my nail plates down she didnt even buff them smooth so they are so rough on top The polish looks bumpy I had to come home take it off and repolish myself.

I was disappointed with the quality of massages on the hands and feet, it was quick, light, and did not do the same work on both sides. The environment of the studio is very welcoming and the staff is friendly.

Went there because I was getting married in a few days and got mani/pedis with my girls. Pedi part was great, but I had them put on a full set of nails...which looked nice for a couple days, but in less than a week the acrylic part was coming un-bonded from my natural nail. Today is 8 days post getting this done and all of my nails look like crap because of this. Im getting them taken off on Monday. I would give props to them for their mani/pedis alone, but I would never go there for a full set again! ...plus they dont take american express...lame!
