TONY IS A FANTASTIC PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMEN. HE HAS ALWAYS GREETED ME WITH KINDNESS AND HAS A DONE A SPLENDID JOB ON MY NAILS. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO FRENCH NAILS SALON SPA FOR ABOUT 5 YRS NOW AND THEY DO THE BEST JOB OUT OF ANY ONE I HAVE GONE TO.

Kelly does an amazing job. Her massage helped my chronic pain. She is kind and thorough. Youd be lucky to have a nail tech like Kelly.

I had an appointment. I arrived early, then I had to wait 40 minutes until someone waited on me. I was a steady customer for several years, but I will not be back.

They were not professional and my nails were not how I wanted them, I asked for a refund and he argued with me and told me no and said if I can give him his time back he will give me my money back. Very very unprofessional.

I have been coming to French Nails Spa for 2yrs now. I have been to many nails salons in the past but none have done as well as they do here. Tony does my nails and I used to have problems with then lifting, I have had maybe 2 lift a little but i let them get to long. They are extremely clean, which is a huge plus, very friendly, and helpful. I think there prices are great too.

Such a great nail place I have gotten my nails done twice here. The environment is so calm and friendly. Everyone is so nice. Danny is my favorite nail tech, if you go here ask for him because he does an amazing job every time and he is really friendly and funny! Overall great place! Definitely would recommend :)

While Im satisfied with the way my nails look, I was alarmed at how unclean the station, the tools, and everything else were. Metal equipment that should have been sterilized between clients was not and the station was not wiped down or cleaned between appointments, despite the fact we are in the throws of a pandemic. I hope these practices change, because they are easy things to fix, but as for me... Ill be going elsewhere.

As a male, you wouldnt think about getting a Mani or pedi, but i sat down with a friend. I was asked if I wanted one sure why not never had one and boom. Best ever. This place was so nice, friendly and attentive to every customer who had come in. We were walk ins and we were treat d with very good. We will be back thanks!

I was used as a model for someone training without being asked or receiving the service free since the person was CLEARLY not licensed. My cuticles were badly cut which made me have to wear gloves for work until they healed, and I was not taken very well care of at all since they were too concerned with training and not servicing a full paying client. The gel polish chipped off within days, I assume because I had an unlicensed nail tech doing my service. My mom had beautiful work done by the manager but I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my service and we will never return. I will also tell everyone I know because this is completely unacceptable. You don’t make full paying clients be a guinea pig for unlicensed techs without prior approval.

This was my second go around there. I’ve wore acrylic nails for 25 plus years. I’ve never had anyone do such a horrible job. I wish I could display this with a pic- showing extremely thick and bumpy all over nail, used white gel instead I’d white powder that chipped by first day. Horrible job, my fault I should had known better as last was no different. Don’t go to the guy that runs the show. 😦

Best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had!! I needed to unwind from a crazy week at work. The massage on my feet, legs, hands, and arms was wonderful.

My boyfriend an I went into get pedicures and they were pretty relaxing but when I got home I noticed that the lady who did my pedicure didn’t even get the dirt from underneath my nails. Isn’t that one of the main reasons why someone gets a pedicure? Definitely felt like the lady was rushing also to get to other clients.

The bald guy is amazing!! He did my nails for my date this new years and Im so in love with them!!

Possibly the least relaxing pedicure I have ever experienced. The tech complained about her back hurting and had me teetering on the edge of the chair, finally getting a pillow for my back. No more than a 3 second massage and forever to cut my toenails after asking her to do so. Nope not coming back here.

Weakened my nails. Had to completely cut them off. It was from the tool that is used to remove polish.

Love this salon. Ive had several services done there (eye brow wax, manicures and pedicures) and have always had great service and quality work. Their prices are very reasonable as well.My suggestion to those who have less than stellar experiences...dont leave the salon until you are happy with the work they did. Crooked nails? Uh, Im not leaving til they are straight. :)

A woman worked on myself and a man worked on my mom and brother. We were all 3 walk-ins and they made time for us the woman was sweet; the man wasnt very friendly. They were quick and did nice work.

Went to this spa for the first time today with my daughter and sister for pedicures. We were all impressed with Lisa, Kelly, and Tony. They were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We have been going to a different nail but are switching.

Amazing service and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and Kelly was really awesome, so were John and Tony. Lisa was also really nice even though she was occupied with her other customers. My daughter and I got mani/pedis and I also got eyebrows and upper lip and waxed. Had such a relaxing day there today. UNCLEAN.They had the sanitation solution out, but none if the equipment was being sanitized. They used a disposable file on me that had been previously used, and all the bits for the electric file were kept in a mint tin with no cleaning or sanitation being done between customers. One if my acrylic tips was replaced and fell off within a week. Will NOT be returning.

I used to go there every once and awhile, they did do nails but I went there a week ago and the lady totally made my nails crooked and kept telling me my nail idea wasn’t good and didn’t look good. 🤷🏽‍♀️ People there are nice and friendly.

I went in to get my nails filled and new gel and it turned out awful! My nails are crooked because the guy filed them wierd after i explicitly asked him not to file my nails. Then the lady did my gel and designs the champagne classes look like hams and the date she wrote is wrong! Plus she put these obnoxiously big gems on them that fell off within a few days. My nails ate hideous and not worth 35 dollars. Will not be going there again.
