Left a big scratch on the trunk of my car!! Luckily after buying some paint correction solutions and repair products I was able to buff most of it out but it’s still there if you look for it. Frustrated I paid for a 3 inch gash in my paint 😢 I’ve started going to a different car wash in town and haven’t had any issues there. This car wash is excessively rough on paint. Not sure if the equipment is old or just dirty but it sure does leave a mark.

This is a VERY unprofessional company. Ive been taking both of my work vehicles to epic shine for a long time and suddenly they told me Im no longer allowed to go in because of the rack on my truck. Ive always had this rack even before when I was using mister car wash. I have left voicemails at their corporate office to plead my case but no one is calling me back. I guess Im left with simply leaving a bad review on Google.

Super nice. Good wash. the blowers never get my truck dry. Bummer. But they do have baskets of microfiber towels after, complimentary. Vacuums have never failed me. And they have complimentary lemon scented dash wipes. My son is enthralled with the wash. He wants to work here so bad that they ordered him an employee shirt. So nice!!!!

Best car wash I have ever experienced!!

We really love this car wash. They do a good job. However, there are a few features of the Rocket Express across the street that make it a little bit better.1. The opening on the end of the vacuum wand is oriented vertically at Epic Shine. If you turn it horizontal it is worthless. However, at Rocket Express the horizontal orientation of the wand cleans so much easier and better.2. The Rocket Express has pressurized air hoses for blowing dust out of crevices in the dash and sand in the carpet. I LOVE THE AIR HOSES.For these reasons Epic Shine gets 4 stars. These small differences mean I usually choose Rocket Express.

Always a clean car when we leave.

My 3 year old needed to use the restroom right away and the employees refused to let us use theirs. We weren’t able to finish the vacuuming because we had to leave to find a restroom.I understand that places don’t have bathrooms open to the public but I’ve never been turned away when I’ve asked for a child. They can’t hold it!I won’t support a business that isn’t family friendly.

Great carwash, seems very thorough, vacuums had great suction. I drive ALOT of highway miles and Im used to some bugs being left over on my bumper, however one of the employees noticed bugs on my windshield after the wash and asked if I would like to run my car through the wash again. Great service, 5 stars

Best place to clean all the cars...sports car, pickup truck, sedan...have been using it ever since this location opened. Mud from the farm? Gone in a flash. Gravel or cut grass tracked on the floor? Slurped out easily at the vacuums. Spills, sneezes and dust on the dash and doors? LOVE THOSE MICROFIBER towels we can use. And now...wash the mats at no additional cost in those nifty mat machines. We even send houseguests there with a pre-paid coupon so they start back home with a clean ride. 5 star service!

The staff are really friendly even let me use their phone when I locked myself out of my truck! Love this place when it comes to a quick clean.

Convenient location at Eagle Island. Its nice to get the car washed when we go grocery shopping or are grabbing something to eat. You usually dont have to wait very long at this location to get your vehicle washed. The only thing that could be better at Epic Shine Car Wash are the air dryers. They dont remove as much water as they should.

Car wash is pretty terrible. Didnt remove any bugs from that days road trip. Plus no employees were wearing their masks, unless you count it on your chin...

Great car wash thats close to home with an adorable monthly pass. On the weekends the vacuum area can be difficult to get into because of the limited space and high use.

My car looks great, I love the mat washers and all the stuff they give you to clean your car.

What a fun place to go to get your car washed. The kids had a great time and thought it was better than a ride at Lagoon Amusement Park. Giggles, laughs and a clean car. Lets make it a weekly event and then go to Reeds Dairy for Ice Cream. Nice having happy kids and a clean car inside and out.

Love the wash but not that it always bends my front plate, so not good! I even put a holder around the plate - same issue; bent my plate and cracked the holder yesterday! Going back to Rocket where this doesnt happen.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience today with the one on ten mile and Franklin. Not only was my truck still covered in bugs but the hood of my truck is completely trashed. The first employee I pulled over to it said there is no way the car wash did that but the second one was nice enough to help me fill out a report and take pictures. They said they will review the camera and get back to me. What they dont know is I have a time stamped photo from yesterday of my truck with no damage to the hood. I guess if they fix the damage I will come back and give an update. If not they will be getting a call from a lawyer.

For $7 I can get a fast, decent wash. You have to vacuum yourself but they proved nice powerful vacuums. They also provide clean rags to wipe down your car.

Epic Shine always does a great job, theyve been our go to car wash since they opened. The customer service is great as well. We unfortunately made the mistake of trying a nearby car wash today that chipped the paint on our vehicle and made a lot of scratching noises that didnt sound right. The experience just made me realize how great Epic Shine has been and I wanted to leave a review.

I switched my annual membership to Epic Shine due to its location near my home. I really appreciate the towels they provide and the interior wipes as well. I would like to see the air guns in the vacuum stations like some other washes have and a downtown location so I can utilize the mebership on my lunch hour but otherwise I am very happy with this company!

The vacuum stations are too close together. If a car parks next to you both car doors cannot be open to vacuum at the same time.

I bought the monthly pass so I can basically go through a car wash 4X in a row no questions asked. Good value and even better employees!

The car wash itself is pretty good could use better rinse and drying. My biggest gripe is you have to use a credit card to buy a monthly pass, they wont accept cash. The first time I got a monthly pass I used my C/C and they automatically charged me for the next month. I dont like them keeping my C/C on file. Will not use Epic anymore.

Nice car wash. Does have free vacuum. Would have liked the microfiber wipes to have been a little more damp. Liked it enough to bring my other car a couple days later. Plan to go back.

This is definitely the second best three minutea spent in a car. The blowers could be a little bit better but overall this is one of the best automatic washes Ive ever used. The one on Chinden is the best one.

I used to love this car wash. Now I feel like the car wash rushes the cars through that I still have soap scum all over.

A terrific car wash for the price. Thorough cleaning and good drying. The vacuum area has hoses on both sides that make it easy to reach all parts of your vehicle. A big plus are the microfiber rags that are free to use to get anything the wash missed (e.g. under door handles) and dry any stray water.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that a Rocket car wash is being built right across the street. I live in Eagle and I usually don’t have time to make it to the Rocket or misters so I have to settle for this place. You can easily tell that the employees here are forced to smile and act friendly and I feel very bad for them, especially now since it’s so cold out and they just basically stand out there for hours. As for wash quality this place stand no chance against Rocket and mister, both having more machines that can reach all areas for your car. Another big thing is that my children also love the other washes because of how cool it looks inside with all the awesome machines and lights, here you just get white walls and a blue floor.. epic.. another huuuuuge problem for me is the vacuum situation, when this place is busy you can almost never get to a vacuum after your wash because of how busy it is.

The back end of my cars never get as clean as I like, but the vacuums and towels are nice.

No horrible recycled water smell like other places. Fancy neon soap bubbles. Helpful service attendants. Average vacuum suction, and self serve. Self serve towel drying. For a few dollars over their premium service other car washs offer full services.

Its a fun ride in the car for the kids. Car is cleaner when I immerge. However, I dont feel like the car is 100% clean. The back bumper always has dirt still on it. I always just do the $7 cheap clean.

Re Caldwell Epic Wash ..went there on Christmas eve, friendly n courteous staff, superior facilities n superb vacuum system that even removed embedded dog hair!!! Definately best wash in Idaho!

I bought the unlimited car wash for my work car and wifes car. Worth every penny. Wash dry, vacuum any time I want. I really liked having it during the winter. I washed my work car 2 or 3 times per week.

I love being able to wipe down the inside anf outside of my vehicle after going through the car wash.

Location is pretty nice, but wish it was a little bit more roomier to dry cars. Always busy on weekends and usually after 4. However, i have never had to wait more than 10 at its peak time. To dry your car on the other hand is a different story, the wait my be longer. Other than that its a really quick wash that actually cleans ur car.

The car wash is fine, the service still has some kinks to work out. Purchased a book of the most expensive washes - that state on the booklet coupons that they come with a 4 day guarantee (free re-wash.) Yet, getting them to honor that always requires a managers involvement and a wait.

I love the wash I get on my truck everytime I go here. I know they have the sign that theyre not liable for any damage to accessories on your vehicle but their dryers ripped 1/2 of my big shield off my truck. When I got out of the machine I went over to talk to one of the employees. I wasnt upset but I just wanted him to see if they would offer to fix it or anything for that matter. Mainly wanted to see how theyd handle it. The kid went in to talk to the manager, came back out and said sorry, thats it. Wouldve been much happier if the manager him/herself wouldve come out and addressed me personally. Instead I took it that they would rather not deal with it and that they were too busy. As a business, a small gesture goes a long way!! Thats why I put 3 stars

A fast and thorough wash. Might be a little pricey regularly but you can regularly find coupons. Powerful vacuums that are free with a wash.

It may be a shorter wash cycle, having the rags and mat cleaner, puts them at the #1 carwashes around! It allows you to wash the entire car at one time. Well worth the monthly membership!!

Horrible. This has been the fourth time that my car has come out soaking wet. The mat washers recently installed also leave your mats soaking wet. I can’t wait for the rocket to open
