Came here to wash my car got out to vacuum the drivers side floor and went to put the hose back into its slot and noticed that my bumper was sticking out and from my knowledge I think that the rope that cleans your vehicle hooked onto the edge of the bumper corner and took it off a little bit so hopefully they can get this situated and fixed. I usually come either once a week or 3 times in a month and I was not impressed about what happened. And this is the mister Car wash on eagle and pine

They do not towel dry your car and they dont even offer towels for you to use. They ask you for a tip upfront! Are the owners not paying their people well enough?! That is your guess. Did an okay job on my car but of course it needed to be well toweled-- I then gave myself a tip...

Paid 18.99 + tip for a platinum car wash and I’m pretty sure I didn’t receive anything more than I would have if I had chosen the cheapest option. After paying that much I at least expected to not leave with bugs still on my windshield but I guess not. Also, not sure why the attendants ask for a tip when all they do is swipe your card for you.

Edit: everytime on Wednesday theyre always seems to be a problem, one it could be the air is off for the air nozzles by the vacuums. Today however the vacuums were barely on and there were a couple that werent even working at all, Im not sure if this is planned where something happens every Wednesday or what the deal is but its extremely annoying and thats why I took away a star.I came through today September 7th 2021, and something happened that caused the cleaners to get oil or grease or something from potentially another vehicle. A few cars got hit with it, the staff that was on duty did an amazing job making sure my car was clean or as clean as it could be with the situation. They had me go through two more times and then manually wipe down the car to make sure they could get as much as possible, the gentleman on duty did Apologize quite a bit for the situation. I appreciate what the staff did to try to rectify the situation. .

The attendant assured me the grime & residue from a recent storm would not be a problem, however, that was not the case. It was cleaner; certainly, but not acceptably. (Unfortunately, I did not have time to express my dissatisfation as I was on my way to an appointment.)

Car Wash did not do a very good job cleaning my vehicle. In fact when I got home I had to detail it because they dont offer towels to dry your car either. Also the vacuums were very weak. And to top it off when I paid with my credit card the gal asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. A tip? Really? For what exactly? Makes paying for a simple car wash very awkward. I will never be going back there. I love you Epic carwash, Im sorry I ever strayed.

I love how quick any it is to get in and out of this location! Plus the cash always does a great job. In addition they offer a $1.00 discount for military personnel.😊

The car wash broke my electric antenna. I told them what happened so they could fix it and they refused to fix it saying that my antenna was already broken. Which it wasnt and it still works it is just broken and doesnt go down all the way now

Their card reader wasn’t working so they allowed me through free of charge and upgraded me to the platinum wash when I had opted for a different service. The line was quick and they were efficient. Car was spotless. I usually use another company but they were closed and Mister is open Sunday ... I appreciate the great customer service!

There are a lot of drive through car washes around here. Tough to tell which ones work well. This one was busy but moved people quickly. The system looked thorough but it missed a lot of the back of our SUV. Kinda disappointing on basic cleaning.

Paid $18 for the wash thinking my truck would be sparkling. Got home and there were water spots all over the truck. Grill was still dirty. Had I known how poorly the wash was, I would have taken the receipt. Will not go back.

Seriously the best experience ever. My wife locked her keys in my truck after trying to surprise me with a wash. The manager was out trying to help her anyway they could. They ended up giving us a few free washes done the inconvenience. How did they inconvenience us? We inconvenienced them by taking up one of their vacuum bays. We won’t be going anywhere else. Great job guys, thank you for taking care of us.

Have the membership, good service. My son likes it best in the dark. My dogs didnt hate it!

Customer service was great. Wheel scrubbers scratched my rims. I know this for a fact because I hand washed it last week and there were no swirl marks. Also there air guns werent working and they dont offer rags, so bring your own if you like to wipe it down.

I feel this is the best car wash in town for trucks. It has almost 2 full bays that it dries your vehicle. Im pretty darn picky and I will go back.

Probably the best Mister Car Wash in town. Did a way better job than the last place. Beware! Gets super busy quick. Seems extremely popular. I guess Im not the only one who appreciates this awesome place.

VERY FRUSTRATING. Had no problems for 2 years, with two vehicles, we get a new car 3 months ago and 3 or 4 times now (including today) Ive have had to sit and wait for them to figure out why my sticker in the new car isnt working, and twice theyve given me a new sticker. Seems to work for a few scans and then all of a sudden it quits working. This is the 4th time in 3 months now that weve had issues. We did get a new windshield on our other vehicle so maybe they deleted the wrong account when giving us a new sticker for that vehicle, Im not sure what the issue is but again very frustrating when you have appointments to keep.

Terrific car wash! Today the reader wasnt operating, so a friendly worker manually turned it on. My wife goes to a competitor on Chinden and I really hope Mister Car Wash opens a branch near the new Costco and Winco stores in North Meridian.

Pickup came out clean and spotless. This is the only car wash we take our vehicles to.

Its a car wash. It gets the job done. No complaints. They have nice vacuums with a blower thing for hard to vacuum areas. Yay.

Ive been coming here for years in fact when they first started opening these I was one of the first to sign up for their unlimited package. When my wife and I moved up to Washington we kept the package even after we moved just because every time we come back to Idaho we know we could get a car wash and vacuum out the car all in one place. Great people, great service and great value! These guys really break the service triangle! Good Fast AND Cheap!

Used these guys on my 2 vehicles. I had some scratches on one vehicle after a few washes so I talked to a manager, he took some pictures and verified the scratches and said “it wasn’t their machine.” They didn’t back up there service, Canceled my membership and won’t ever go there again. Cost me couple hundred bucks to get it repaired.

Went in for the first time. I have a black car so scratches so easily. Theres a lot of scratches down the side most of them can be buffed out. Some of the scratches though are a bit deeper that they cant be buffed out. I can get them buffed out, the ones I can be, and I have touch up paint for the other stuff. Dont recommend going there if you have a car that visibly shows scratches easily. Perhaps they just need to maintain their cloth wraps but its gonna take more time to fix it than just washing my car myself.Im not gonna comment on the customer service because it will probably take more time to fix it then to just fix it myself. Just hope they can fix their equipment so others dont have similar issues

Working at mister car wash has been life changing, i think a lot of people underestimate the things we have to do here. not only has mister taken AMAZING care of me through a time where we need it most but also has helped adapt me and grow into an amazing person, i cannot wait to see what my future holds here at mister !!!!

Great customer service. However, I was surprised that no towel was provided to wipe the water marks on the car. At many other car washes, towels are provided. Also, the lines were long. I waited 15 minutes for the car to be washed.

In the past I had great service. My last visit, car wash was sub par at best. No pre bug wash, No car fresheners. Hopefully next time is better!

Its alright- definitely prefer Rocket Express over this car wash because they provide rags so you can clean the inside of your car or even the spots where they missed on your car .

Umm they got some connections with Toyota and I get free car washes. Vacuums are wonderful and my license plate doesn’t get bent up to all beans. Super loud. Man, almost scary loud but I had someone with me so I was okay

Mister car wash is owned by someone that goes to my church and my family personally knows them. They are incredible people and treat staff like family! They offer discounts, they provide clothing for the extreme weather conditions we have in Idaho lol 😆 and all around they are a great company. I think a few things they are lacking compared with other companies in the area are free rags and spray for the inside of your car, mat cleaning machines for your floor mats and updates and maintenance to their actual car wash 👨‍🔧. I usually have to go thru 2 times for my car to actually get clean and the only reason I dont switch to another car wash is because Im supporting someone we know. I am a bit disappointed that they dont offer multiple car discounts or student/military/senior discounts, you should definitely consider these services in the future 😀 They are really busy once it gets nicer outside and sometimes its hard to find a bay to vacuum out your car and thats a little frustrating. Ill keep coming back though Im with you guys through thick & thin.

I use their $29.99 a month total package was for my Titan. Cleans underneath adds wax and tire shine to name a few features. Unlimited trip through per month. They also offer a simpler car wash for $19.99 monthly and a pay as you go option. And vacuums (that are very powerful) are free with any car wash. We like the service!

My truck was pushed into it damaging the front end.The driver in front of me even confirms his truck stopped before the car wash did.Carwash denies responsibility, saying it was my fault, which no matter what they say is straight up false.Its not even all about the fact that my truck was damaged, its more about how they handled it.

The guys working here are great. We just went through the car wash and the car in front of us put their vehicle in reverse, almost hitting us. Because of this we missed the second half of the car wash. We went back through and they upgraded our cash wash and let us go back through.Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Im trying to cancel my membership and everytime I enter my information on my account I keep getting a 504 error page and it will not let me go any further. I have tried about 20 times and this is getting very annoying. They have no problem taking your membership fee each month but trying to cancel is apparently a different story. Starting to get a little ticked off!

We had lots of mud on our running boards so it didn’t get it the first time but luckily they let us go back through and get them clean. This is a good thing to have!! We’ll keep coming back 😊

The monthly membership is worth it in every way. Especially if you do ride sharing (and want to get a good clean before you work), food delivery or just enjoy a clean car. If you use it 5 times over the course of a month you are saving, plus you have access to vacuums every day if you so desired. I love how they have a focused blower to get the finer detailing done, you can blow out under your seat, between your console and your air ducts. For 29.99 a month you cant get much better. I think they even have one closer to 20 dollars if youre budgeting. All in all, one time wash or monthly you cant go wrong with Mister Car Wash. *side note* the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love getting my car washed here. The staff are always friendly and I can tell they try hard and giving great customer service. Ever time I need to get my car washed but I drive pass others I’d still rather make the drive here than any other one. There was a time that I went and afterwards vacuumed out my car well I had my earbuds in and one fell out and got vacuumed up. Well the staff went above and beyond to help me find them. As soon as they were able to find them they called me sooner than I expected. I was super great full that they got back to me with the great news. Made me feel like they were concerned and did the there best. That’s why I’d give them more than a 10 if I could. I love you all and thanks for your friendliness and awesome service.

Im an unlimited member here. It is truly 19.99 for unlimited car washes, and of course the vacuums are included. The employees are always friendly and my car is always clean.

The last 5 times I have been through the wash, at the beginning of the wash during the tire scrub, I hear a loud sound near the driverside tire. I can also feel it in my truck. I decided to stop today and ask one of the staff members to check it out. He said it was hitting my side step bar. I have been a member for 3 years or so and I have never experienced this before. Please check into this.

Been there customer for over 3 years never had a single issue, my car gets cleaned the gate usually doesn’t get dried so I gotta dry it myself, I love there vacuums and all workers there are extremely friendly!

2 stars only because Ryan, the closing shift supervisor was so disrespectful with an issue and then unapologetic even when he was told by his superiors at the main customer care center (I had to call to get the issue taken care of) informed him that the mistake was valid and what Id been telling him was accurate. He was however full of excuses and telling me I should understand why he could come to the conclusion he did. I get it Ryan, I can see how you can come to your conclusion, but have some grace when someone is trying to get you to understand their situation fully. I understand youve got a job to do and resistivity to look out for your business and I dont expect you to always be 100% all the time or always be on your A game, but you can still be respectful.Other than this experience, its always been an amazing car wash with over the top friendly team members at all locations....especially the customer service hotline! Highly recommended as a company and car wash in general! Maybe someone can just look out for Ryan, take him under your wing and do some training on great customer service. I really think he has potential.... Lots of commitment and loyalty to the company and operating procedures. Good luck!

Did an ok job, but needed to go through again to finish cleaning. Would have, but it was so busy. Need some place for floor mats to hang when vacuuming or the cars.

Usually a good wash, if youve just gone on a road trip you may have to go through twice. Theyll allow it if you show a receipt! Id argue the price is a little too expensive but the staff is friendly and its in a very convenient location.

Membership makes this chain a great deal.

Entry is easy to miss, had to swing back around after driving past. Touch screen on the pay terminal wouldnt read my finger. Truck didnt come out that clean. Exit was blocked by traffic when leaving. There are better options.

I love Mister Car Wash! The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained. The best things besides a good wash are the free vacuums, excellent hours, location, and monthly pass. There are new car washes opening, but Ive noticed they dont have good hours. Ill remain loyal to Mister as theyve earned my business. No need to go elsewhere.

Pine Street Location is the best one!!! Staff is great at this location, I have the $30 a month membership and its completely worth it. Winter weather equals chemicals and salt that deteriorate your vehicle. Vacuums great and pressure air nozzle is awesome touch!!! Highly recommend

I have a membership here. Its a little tight maneuver around but my car always comes out clean... Not so dry anymore because they stopped doing the hand drying but its always clean and sharp looking. I love Mr. Car wash and I always go back year after year. I occasionally have them detail the inside which they do an excellent job! I trust them and highly recommend them. The Mr. Car wash on eagle Rd. Is fun to go through also because you get to see your car at the end of your ride in a giant mirror and there are giant heaters and blow dryers to dry your car. Mr. Car wash is pretty neat where ever you go. AND free vacuums!

Half the brushes dont come close to touching the car and they claim not to be able to do anything about it. Nampa locations work better.

I am discouraged waiting on you guys to re-establish full car wash capabilities again. I have for many many years used the car wash on Fairview Ave in Boise which provided excellent customer service up until the COVID crisis in March 2020. Since then, that car wash is less than acceptable. The equipment is old, the blowers do not get the water off the car and my car does not look nearly as good. Hence, I have stopped going there and am now using the competitions car washes even though they do not have a full car wash either but their drive thru is far superior.

The vacuum/trash stations are well taken care of with great production.5. I love how those that see my truck, make comments all the time on how good it looks.

We paid for the Deluxe ($18) and not real impressed. The windows and rear of the car werent clean enough. The rims werent cleaned sufficiently as well. They dont provide towels or mat cleaning. Personally I prefer Rocket, better value.

My car always looks new and shiny afterward! The monthly membership is a good deal if you wash your car more than once a month.
