I debated leaving a bad review, but after seeing so many similar reviews I had to make sure people are aware that this is a trend. We purchased a car and wanted a full detail as it was extremely grimy and dirty from the last owner. We went to pick it up and found that it looked like hardly anything had been done. I told them this was not worth $260 for a detail and they tried to rationalize their way out of it and throw excuse after excuse, but we gave them another chance to fix it and said we’d come back the next day. The next day the same spots I had pointed out to them the day before were still so dirty!! They seemed so shocked and again tried to excuse their way out of it. I finally just asked if we could leave because I wasn’t paying for this if they didn’t even do a detail on it. Thankfully their one positive move was not trying to charge me for this horrible detail job so I will give them that. After arriving home we realized they kept all of our floor mats and took a full bottle of fuel injector cleaner from the car. Now, neither of these are expensive items but it’s still not okay with me. The bad detail job and taking items from someone’s vehicle is something I couldn’t let slide without other people knowing how they operate because attention to detail and changing behavior when multiple customers have complained about it is a poor pattern that people should know about!

So disappointed with this detail. I asked for an interior detail and when I arrived to pick my car up, I immediately noticed crumbs in my leather seat seams and spray marks everywhere. I asked for a wet cloth to wipe the oily-feeling spray off my seats before sitting on them. My sister and I spent at least 10 minutes wiping down the seats, console and door jams to remove the spray.I showed the worker the crumbs remaining in my seats and I was told, That would have come with the leather conditioning cleaning. I used their own cloth and showed him how it can be wiped out with just water.If my schedule would have allowed, I would have left and told them to finish the job. I was charged $220 for a detail that Im still cleaning up after.

Best shop in the treasure valley. Don’t go anywhere else. Chris and his team are the most skilled crew tou will find. Trust in their knowledge and expertise, you will not be disappointed. Literally can’t say enough good things.

I first used Indepth detailing in 2014 when I purchased a new Mustang and again in 2018 when I got my brand new Tesla Model 3 Performance. I ordered a full detail service along with their ceramic coating - which Ive come to love - for both. I now make it a point to get a detail and ceramic coating top-up at least once a year. If you have an car you care about, know that they will treat you right!

Unfortunately, my experience at In Depth was a VERY BAD one and Ill explain why. Please see pictures below as well. I dont typically write reviews and gave myself about 2 months to cool down from my experience with In Depth, just so my emotions wouldnt play a role.Chris and Solomon were friendly and professional in the beginning of my (2) car service, but when things went south, they didnt stand behind their services.I brought my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in for a full service, interior cleaning prior to selling the truck. I owned the truck for 7 years and never had any issues with the stock stereo system. When I picked the vehicle up the following day, I wasnt all that impressed with the stains I still saw on the seat and the service in general. But I appreciated Solomons friendliness and customer service so accepted it and even tipped him and the crew approx. 20%.On my way home I went to listen to my stereo and it wouldnt turn on. Fried. They ruined my stereo by either spilling liquid on it or from the steam cleaning process of the carpet (per Chris). I called Toyota dealership and Alpine Audio in Boise and the quotes ranged from $650-$2000 to have it replaced. In addition to the large expense, I was also unable to list my vehicle for sale b/c both places were 3-4 weeks out on such service.Fortunately, I was able to sell the truck as is to a buyer who was planning to install after market stereo but he made me take $600 off my asking price b/c of it.So what was In Depth and Solomon willing to do?In Depth google searched the price for a Tacoma Stereo and found 1 for $90 so offered to split the cost with me and credit me back $45 dollars.Yes, $45 big bucks is what they offered. UNBELIEVABLE. I counter offered and asked if they would be willing to do a full detail on my wifes car and they said no, sorry. $45 credit. I asked them to please keep their money b/c it was so insulting.To make matters worse, when I was cleaning out the truck of my belongings to get to the new owner. I found liquid about 1/4 deep under the removable cup holders and the area beneath the seats were filthy. See pictures.The purchaser of my Tacoma was even laughing and making comments about how poor of a job they did on the stains on the seats.As I read some of the negative reviews on google, it looks like In Depth and Chris have had similar issues with other customers. I hope that Chris can get it under control and stay in business and wish him the best luck but he needs to address a few things moving forward with his policies.-Mike

Terrible place to get your car detailed. Payed $300 to get a mini van cleaned and it took three days and nothing changed

This place is the best in town for sure. I’ve got a 1988 vw rabbit with original paint and all kinds of flaws. I was getting super worried with the amount of oxidation and water marks I was getting and no products I had were making a difference. I reached out to Indepth and they totally took care of me. I got my entire car polished and coated in ceramic, it seriously looks like an entirely new car. I thought the paint was completely done for but they really really impressed me and gave me tons of life in my old paint. I’m definitely gonna be going back and I’ll recommend them to anyone who’s looking to correct their paint or any other service. The guys in the shop are super passionate and knowledgeable about their products and super kind and easy to talk to. They’ll help you get your car to where you want it and they’ll do a darn good job.

I had a mobile detail company cancel on me last minute and Chris fit me into his busy schedule without hesitation. I brought him a car with an extremely dirty interior, him and his crew did an amazing job. They removed everything they could with what I brought in. Ill be going back for sure.

Took our minivan in that for 10 years was our everyday driver for family of 6. It needed a lot of TLC and they did a great job!

Don’t go to the dealership or anywhere else. These guys are the best! Chris and the team have helped me and anyone I know who needs detailing, tremendously. They’re cheap, professional, and overall great people to work with. Not to mention they’ll get the job done for a lot cheaper. We have used in depth detailing twice now on 2 different cars. They are so helpful and have great customer service, I had to reschedule our appointment last second and they were so gracious. They let us customize our interior detailing package which made it affordable and possible for us to even consider getting our minivan detailed. We didn’t need our floors shampooed because they’ve had weather tech on them always and they allowed us to take a significant amount of money off for that. They do great detail work and they’ve gotten out some pretty major coffee stains and kid stains from our minivan, it looks brand new now.

Went here to have my A5 ceramic coated and wasnt disappointed. Angelica did an amazing job on the car! Chris the owner answered all my detailing related questions and you can tell hes a car guy and passionate about the biz. Their lifetime ceramic coating deal is a great value. I got my car back from In-depth Detailing today after having it detailed and ceramic coated. I must say, for the price, and the benefits, I am very satisfied. I have a black car, and have struggled to properly take care of it. But, with In-depths help, I think ill be okay from now on. If anything should go wrong with my ceramic coating, I will update this review. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

INDEPTH DETAILING did such a great job on my wifes car. In between kids, dogs, and the adventures that go along with them, the car was getting to be a mess with crumbs, dog fur, and not sure what else was spilled. SOLOMON did such an amazing job. Very meticulous and thorough. The crumbs are gone, the leather beautiful, and the exterior looks brand new again. I look forward to the work done on my other vehicles when I bring them in.

Brought my daughters car in to have it detailed for her birthday. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats that travel with her often. The guys at Indepth did an amazing job. Even though they needed extra time to rid the car of all the fur, they communicated well, walked through all the options and suggestions and in the end we were completely satisfied with the results. I will be back with my own vehicles.

Believe it or not, but my wifes KIA is 5 model years old and has 100,000 miles on it. One of the best things we ever did was have In Depth Detailing (French Lady) apply their Rogue Ceramic Coating to the paint. It is an unbelievable coating and the gloss is just like brand new. We just had Chris do a touch up and no kidding, this car looks brand new inside and out!

These guys were great. I only got the interior detailed, and it was beautiful. I brought them a tall order and they got it done above and beyond expectations in only a few hours. Will definitely be back.

With the purchase of a new black Honda CRV, we decided to have the ceramic seal applied to keep the paint looking good. We received next day service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a detailed explanation of the benefits of a ceramic seal. The shine on the car looks amazing. We signed up for the lifetime yearly seal on the car. I would defiantly recommend this service and this business.

These guys did an amazing job on my truck. I got the single step polish and the Lifetime Ceramic coating. Not only did they finish it earlier then they originally said, but it looks better than I was hoping. Total night and day difference, I would 100% recommend them.

Chris and his team went above and beyond to help fix the scratches I got on my car from some busted snow cables. The polish that they did, made the car 90% better than it was. I’m not making magical claims that are for every situation, I’m just saying that they are extremely talented and good at what they do and saved MY car. I had superficial and deep scratches on my paint above the wheel wells on the back of the car, they were pretty severe. They went the extra mile to try to fix it even though they honestly said they didn’t think it was possible. I appreciate them trying because they were able to make the car look so good, they did better than they believed possible. I am so impressed with their work, but I’m even more impressed at their customer service and how welcome they make you feel. They treat you like you are important, not just your car, not just the job. Thank you Chris and Angela and Lily! You guys saved me.

My husband and I had just bought a truck and our car that he had used for years for his concrete work, was a mess! He had dirt, concrete, food, and drink messes everywhere, from traveling hours everyday to and from work. I called needing it detail the next day and Mike help me set an appointment for the next week and was able to have an extra person come in the next day, just to clean it for me. Mike also gave me a coupon that took almost 100$ off the total, I ended up paying less then 200$ in all!! The next day, I dropped it off and Caleb walked through the car with me, asking what I needed done and he told me what they would do for me. I picked it up 5 hours later and the results were BEAUTIFUL!!! It looked like new and they even washed the outside and treated the windows for free!! The floors and seats were like new, as well as the plastic! I was amazed! They even gave me tips to protect the truck from my husbands work! We will be back soon to treat the truck! Love you guys!!

I left my vehicle for 3 days to give Chris and crew plenty of time to clean the vehicle. It is a Tahoe, which is fairly large. They charged me $190 and cleaned carpets, wiped down leather seats. The interior glass was not fully cleaned, and there were smudges in the corners in places. There were drips and spots on the front dash that just did not get wiped off. The driver side sun visor was broken and nobody bothered to mention it until I called and asked about it. This is an older vehicle. Chris promised he would replace the visor but never did. I called and left a message with one of his staff that I was going to order new and suggested we split the cost but he never called me back, even tho I explained that the broken visor was causing the car battery to drain because the light on the vanity mirror was constantly on because the cover was broken. For the price I paid for the detailing, I fully expected to get a top notch detail. They never even bothered to wash the outside of the car... Really a bad experience. I am sorry Chris. I had to tell the truth about this. Your 5 star rating promised something much different that I got... Very disappointed.

In-Depth Detailing saved me hundreds!Chris to the rescue! I had a very unfortunate accident in which my car wash scrub brush during a routine car wash scratched my new cars paint EVERYWHERE! I spent a whole weekend sick about it and then a whole day getting quotes for re-painting. After seeing the potential costs to re-paint, it became clear that it was not possible for me to do.Luckily, I was referred to Chris and his team at In-Depth Detailing. Chris and his business partner Mike treated us very well! And they did an excellent job on my car seats, removing stains that I never imagined could be removed! They were both very personable, taking the time to give me advice and making sure I was satisfied with their work. On top of that, it was VERY affordable considering the time they put in to improve my car. I traded in the car shortly after, and In Depths work helped me get a better trade-in value I have no doubt. When calling to get info on detailing my car I spoke with Mike. He was very helpful with all the info I required and couldn’t have been friendlier. He got me scheduled for an appointment and sent out reminders to make sure I didn’t forget.Picking up my car I was very happy with the ceramic sealer they had applied. My car is only two years old but it glistened like I just drove it off the show room floor. I didn’t have the interior detailed but they do sell leather products for keeping my seats in top shape.Everyone here was wonderful, helpful, they paid attention to detail and it showed in their quality of work. I highly recommend them and will return to purchase the leather products and have the ceramic coating applied again down the road when it is needed. Thanks for doing a great job !

I first came across InDepth Detailing via a Facebook ad. I posted that I was interested in a ceramic coating installation for my Audi. Chris (who I assume is the owner) was very prompt and direct messaged me (even though it was well after normal business hours). He was very informative and we scheduled an appointment. When I arrived (at 9 a.m.) I asked for Chris and was told that he was not yet in. I spoke to a young man who was nice and courteous. I let him know that we had a couple paint chips that we wanted touched up and filled before the ceramic coating was applied and showed him where they were. He assured me that they would be taken care of. I received a call around 3:30 that the car was finished. I showed up at the shop around 5:00. No one was in the office or out front so I poked my head into the shop. A different gentleman (Not the young man from the morning). was working on another vehicle and a gal eventually came out to review the car with me. She was very cordial and polite. The first thing I noticed was that the car was very dusty. Not a huge deal per se, but it seemed odd that I would pay a decent amount for a ceramic coating and not to have the car in pristine condition. I asked if I could have a rag to wipe it down and the young man came over and said that he would do it.I did notice that the paint chips had not been filled in and when I pointed that out, they said they did not have the right color paint to match. I believe that, since it is a new color for the 2020 model year but it would have been nice to have known that earlier. (Either via phone call or even when I arrived.). Overall, the car looks very shiny and I am optimistic that the ceramic coating will hold up and do it’s job. I do wish that there would have been a more consistent interaction with a single representative for my car (I never saw Chris?). Everyone I dealt with was very friendly so I don’t want to take away from them at all but it would have been nice to have met Chris (who sold me on the process) or at least have worked with one person from start to finish (I would have felt like they really took care of me as a customer) I would have also liked to have been informed about the inability to fill the paint chip and that the car would have been in better condition when I picked it up. (There was also residue in the trunk when I opened it at home later). Still, a good job but not great, hence my three star review.

Words really can’t express how impressed I am with their work! I wanted to surprise my husband with his work vehicle being detailed. I thought his car was nasty, there was so much dirt and who knows what else that had built up for years and I thought it would be extremely expensive and take about 3 days to get the car back in good condition. Indepth Detailing has bypassed all of my expectations! They were professional and extremely friendly, they worked quickly, and I didn’t choke on the price tag of their services! I know that we’re going to be going to them with every car we own and I’m going to tell all of my friends and family to go to them. Absolutely amazing!!

It seems to be harder and harder these days to find a reputable business that not only stands by its work but goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. Indepth has these qualities and more. I just purchased a new car and wanted to get a protective coating, but I was worried by the story’s friends had told me about not getting ripped of by companies over charging for this service and at times not even doing the work. The staff at indepth communicated with me every step of the way, gave me an AMAZING deal and delivered flawless service. I have now had the car done over a week and washed it for the first time. We were getting ready for a family wedding and had a Slingshot that was going to be used IN the wedding and husband wanted it professionally detailed. Contacted Indepth and they were excited to do a detail on a slingshot (*think Batmobile lol) because they had never done one. They were willing to come out to the house for the detail vs having to go to their shop.My husband was very happy and pleased with the end result and appreciated the detail they took on the car. We will recommend you guys for other people needing professional detailing. We appreciated their willingness to come out to our house and gave us a great deal too.Thank you very much. Very few companies deserve 5 stars. When they do due 5 star work it is barely 5 stars. In Depth does 5 star work that surpasses my expectations, which is a complicated endeavor.The interior was cleaner than ever. There was no smell, which is amazing as most smells are strong to me.They will deal with bio-hazards that others will not touch, which is a great thing for parents to know.

Five Stars for InDepth Detailing. Chris and his team are fantastic. Ive returned to them for detailing several times and now ceramic coating. My cars always look better than factory fresh when they are done! Highly recommended!

Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic. Saved me hundreds of dollars and did outstanding work. Very nice and patient. Educated me on how best to take care of my car. My car looks better than when it left the dealership.

Fantastic experience! Dropped my truck off on the 3rd of July and he (Chris?) went above and beyond even working on it on the 4th of July to get it perfect. Looks better than the day I bought it. Easy to work with and a great person. Highly recommend.

Beautifully done. My car had an old coffee stain - on perforated leather - and they greatly diminished its appearance. Great group to work with. Would highly recommend.

I don’t ever do reviews but there is no way I could go without writing this one because I was so impressed. It has been years since I have encountered such honest, kind, sincere and trustworthy people in a business setting. Not only did my car look better then when I bought it and it was impeccably clean, the deal they gave me was more than 2/3 cheaper then anywhere else I priced in the valley. I will be sending everyone I know to these guys and would recommend them to anyone for any car detailing they need done!

Went in for an estimate on some paint correction for overspray and other damage from painters. Chris was super helpful and explained what the best option was and even polished my headlights for free! I was super impressed and will be coming back.

Muriel and Wes did an excellent job on our two vehicles. They havent looked so good since they were new. We will be glad to have them back to clean up another vehicle soon. They worked hard out in the sun in heat made our cars shine! Great people and a great company!! very happy!!! I would recommend them to anybody.

My sister highly recommended Indepth Auto Detailing to me and I can certainly see why! My husband and I own a Newfoundland dog so our car had a fair amount of hair and drool throughout the inside. The team was incredibly accommodating and scheduled us for a Saturday appointment. Chris was very helpful and took a quick look in our car as we dropped it off. Our car looked amazing when we went to pick it up! I really appreciate that Chris, Muriel, and the rest of the team went the extra mile in every respect to make sure our car looked fantastic. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

My truck has never looked better! I took my truck in because I had a ton of little (and not so little) scratches from off roading and hunting. Chris and his team did better than I had hoped for! They also give a seriously good veteran discount. I didnt even ask for one, but Chris (having served himself) insisted and hooked me up. My wife was so impressed shes going to make an appointment for her car too. In the future we will be using Indepth again.

Very nice folks to work with, went straight to them from the new car dealership to have paint and glass coated. I plan to use them as needed in the future. Car looks good now and plan to keep it that way with their help. Much better price than the dealer!!Just had car number 2 detailed and coated. Again a great job done. This one was a 2007 and it looks almost new.
