For YEARS, I’ve been a customer with Integrity Insurance. Dave Scheibel has been the primary person I talk to and if it wasn’t for him and how he treats customers with the utmost professional and friendly attitude to make sure all your problems are handled, I would have moved to another company by now. The rates are fair and he will help you to get the price as low as possible within reason. Dave is a magic worker with everything and delivers swift answers and not once has failed to call back when he says he needs to. You will always get an answer from him. Dave Scheibel has been my insurance guy for over five years now and he has been incredible with all the random requests I have asked of him. From home insurance to car insurance etc. The easiest and quickest process. Local guy, knowledgeable and super responsive. Would recommend Dave and his team to anyone.

I stopped in for a quote for home and auto insurance and met with Heather who said I would have my quote by the next day. Eight days later I called her and she said she didnt send quote because she didnt have my phone number or email address eventhough she did have my mailing address. She said I would have quote by end of the day. The next week I called and explained to the receptionist that I didnt have my quote. Since Heather was out that day, she said she would have her send it to me the next day. After another week, no quote. This is horribly bad customer service.

Very poor customer service, I spoke to Judy who was trying to resolve a billing issue and because Im no longer their client she said its not her problem... I was with them for 7 years and I would of expected better service than this.

I called main number. Rang 7 times. Prerecorded voice message came on, did not even identify that I had reached insurance company or who! Poor form. I went elsewhere. Wednesday at 1:20pm

Simply the Best. Anytime I need something I just email and Dave takes care of it. Its so easy. And great prices too. I got a check once for $1,100. Refund. Total Surprise. He found a way to save me money without me asking and just did it. He works hard to make sure Im getting the best deals.

Dave is the MAN! I was with one of those other big insurance companies until I meet Dave. He looked over my current insurance and told me he could could do a ton better, then worked with me to find the best deal on car, homeowners and business insurance and he delivered with MORE coverage for LESS money compared to what I had. We recently moved and added my son to our policy and he again found the best deal for us for car and homeowners. Dave gets all 5-Stars and my recommendation, Ive been buying insurance for a long time and Dave is a keeper.

Absolutely the worst insurance broker around. I cancelled my policy in August and they still billed me and recently sent me to collections despite a lengthy email trail showing their mistake. Not much integrity for a company with this name.

The best agent in town is Dave Schiebol! He is a pleasure to work with and you will not find another agent who will work harder to find you the best rates. We have our home, auto, and jewelry insured with him. Any chance I get to refer someone to him I do and I have never had anyone say he wasnt great. If you are insuring with another person you are paying to much.

Over $2000. Integrity made a mistake when transcribing my personal information, refused to take any responsibility, and left me saddled with a bill for over $2000 as a result. Poor customer service, bad business practices. Integrity? What Integrity?

Ive reached out to Caleb 3 times without response and also their general office to see if Caleb still works there without response. my premium increased because they didnt turn in paperwork to progressive which i gave them they day i signed up for my auto policy
