3-4 years ago, Nanci and team came in and cut my rates from Farmers Insurance by almost 50% by putting me in the right coverage at very competitive pricing. I have since moved all of my insurance needs to her agency. She has been very personable and her staff are top-notch as well, proactively calling me about different issues and always very helpful. I have since recommended her agency to friends and family and do the same here. Fantastic experience with Nanci and team.

OMG!!! My battery died. My daughter said call your insurance. The 800 number said help will be there is 45 minutes - they were there in 30!! 800 number said no charge. When the service tech was finished, he said no charge. But wait for it there is more!! About 60 minutes after the tech guy was supposed to arrive, American Family called to see if the work was completed and was I happy with the service! Who does that kind of service in todays world? All that plus no other insurance company can touch the premiums I pay. In more than seven years of being with Nanci, her crew and American Family, I have always received the very best of service!!! Im so very thankful I found them!!!

Very disappointed in the follow up service. One week has passed since we had storm damage, just now got in touch with Nanci Uli because I made my 4th phone call to her office. Nanci was called last Friday and was left a message to call me back, she did return my call on Tuesday and left me a message. I made 2 more calls and left 2 messages to call me back, no response, I initiated the 4th call today and finally go her on the phone. Feel totally ignored.

Nanci, Mindi and Suzanna are extremely responsive and truly care about their insureds. Their office is very welcoming and they truly feel like a neghborhood insurance agency. Give them a shot!

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I call every month to make a payment over the phone, after I inquired about my payment being higher this month I was then told I had a late payment from 3 months prior. I asked why I was never informed about this while I was on the phone? She told me they had sent it in the mail, well come to find out they were sending it to my rental and not my home address. I said its a little frustrating to have an increased monthly payment with no explanation and all she said was its a lack of communication on our part, sorry. In my mind I would think at this point you would want to make things right and keep your client happy, but no not over $10.

This agency takes their sweet time when it comes to paperwork. When they say something will be in, well it wont be. I have been waiting weeks before I could drive my car and it has been a huge burden on my family. Just to let you know, Im still waiting after they said It will be in, in about a week. There is no reason proof of insurance should take so long to get to their customers. I called in to find out they just sent my policy out to the main office today, when I was given the assumption that it was sent out two weeks ago. The only time they called was before I was a customer, now Im calling them to see what is going on. I think I might go and talk to another insurance company if I dont get my new policy number soon.

Totally satisfied. This is the only agent who would go the extra mile to help me insure my daughters car while she is in Canada for grad school, and it was no easy task.

Insurance-something we all hope we never need to use, but happy when a company stands behind you..Recently went back to AFI through the Uli Agency, Thought Id try and save 15% online elsewhere, and after 2 years .....I came back. I can agree with the previous review. They are so slow! It took them 4 months to get our policy, we did come from another state and did have to have it switched over, however it should not have taken over a month as we have had it done switching states before. They also do not respond to emails and you can never reach Nancy, we were always told she would return our calls and she never did, we had to keep calling until we found a time she was available. I would look elsewhere when looking for insurance and you will save alot of time and headache.

I was insured with Nanci Uli for several years. I sold my home in Meridian and moved to Emmett. Nanci came and inspected my home and insure herself that my new wood stove had been inspected after installing. During her visit she noticed 2 dogs and horse all of which are mine. Nothing was said, however my insurance immediately increased as the dogs and horse were a liability.My daughter who was on my insurance for a vehicle had an accident, the only claim that was EVER made in several years of continued insurance with her.Nancy then sent me a letter 3 weeks before my 6 months renewal was due stating they were not going to renew !2 home’s insured with her and several cars, boats, trucks, 4 wheelers and campers 1 claim made and refusal to renewal. They will take your payment but don’t make a claim with them

American family insurance is priced fairly, the staff is professional and attentive to my needs. They reached out to me to bundle my car and homeowners insurance that will end up saving me a good amount of money. Very satisfied!!
