I had a VERY bad experience at a local motorcycle shop (MXLP. I posted a glowing review about them a few months ago). I decided to call for a tow and take my bike to another shop. I contacted several tow companies in Memphis but not many of them can actual tow motorcycles. Then I looked at SKW and saw its review. I decided to give them a call. This dispatch lady was very nice. Have a straight up price for what I was asking. She then called the drivers, and she stayed in touch with me until they arrived (about 20-25 mins and thats great because for some reason the Memphis stress were packed today and the express way was back all the way up) a two man crew (two truck actually just incase.. and it was at know extra charge). They guy who towed my bike was great. He made sure my bike was good and secure in the truck. He drove in a manner that was very cautious to avoid damaging my (which was in a very fragile state indeed). This will be the only tow service I use for my bikes going forward

What a wonderful experience! My Mercedes needed to go to shop & I contacted SKW to get placed on flatbed. The driver came out promptly, was so careful with placement of car.He recognized the problem with my car & suggested one of his vendors for repair. It was 4:00 in afternoon & shop called me 8:00 next morning with great news. He could have repair done in 2 hrs and at fraction of the MB dealer.Saved at least $2000.00Owner of SKW called that same day to establish whether I was happy with service. Said all good but I was gonna have to call Uber to get a ride to pick me up. He would not hear of it, came and got me!!!!What a great company, just wished they had a maid service for my house.Thank you so muck SKWDan

The were veryyyyyy fast, the BEST TOWING Company I EVER used !!!!!!! Customer service was great the lady on the phone was sooo sweet !!!!!

Done in very timely manner.

Called my tow service and they called back right away but sat in my car for almost 3 hours and every time I would call the said he’s 15 minutes away finally after 3 hours called my tow service and told them to cancel. And will return in the AM to pick up my vehicle. Worst service ever I would never call them for any tow service.

They where slow to arrive and the lady on the phone was very rude.
