Has really declined in customer service.. didnt fill the washer fluid. Didnt reset or tell me how to reset the oil reminder light. Didnt check air filter. Charged close to $100 and showed me where they filled up the oil and moved me out. It did take 11 minutes, but didnt feel they took care of my car well. The last rating i gave them a year ago was 5 star. Cant say that now.

They are always very courteous and Ive not seen anything questionable in their service. Nothing like the Jiffy Lube schemes of selling services they dont really do. You dont even get out of your vehicle and they have a camera feed showing you the live view of the man under your car changing your oil. Dont forget to call in before going and ask for a coupon. Theyll text you a $25 off full synthetic oil change every time. Good stuff

Ok so I went in for a oil change and I was told that both of my brakes lights was out. I couldn’t believe that because I just changed one of them a week ago so I was told I needed them for $14.99 each so I said that’s ok I will go to Autozone and change them out then I was told he will give me a discount on my oil change if I just buy one After being constantly pressured after 4 times I decided to get the bulbs. I was ask to pop my trunk so he went in my trunk(never seen him go get no bulbs) he came back 3 seconds later which I know it takes longer than that to screw all the screws off to get to my bulbs and showed me some burnt out bulbs and said I need to watch that I might have a shortage REALLY but I still paid $80.00.Been coming here since 2016 but I want be back every time I come it’s something they trying to get extra.

It took an hour, but instead of them directing the cars in the order they came. I sat behind a car for an hour while 4 other cars came and went. I went to the one in desoto county goodman/51; I think they should be trained there. The people that call this good service, makes me think they were paid

The service was quick and thorough. The line was kinda long, but they had a technician to top off my antifreeze and washer fluids. Once I pulled into the bay, they changed my oil and did a thorough check, then sent me on my way. They were courteous and professional. This is my second trip, but it will not be my last. I highly recommend them for your routine, scheduled oil changes.

An April 27th, 2021, this store messed up my car! My not even a year old 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. A worker spilled oil all in my motor and I didn’t speak up then, but I knew the way he looked at me, he knew he made a mistake. He apologized and proceeded to dab it with some paper towels. I knew he spilled a lot to be trying to dab it up. From there, I went to the grocery store and right back home for the rest of the evening. The next day drove 3 hours and back and over the course of the trip, my car was making these nasty noises. 2 days after my oil change, when I started my car, it was making the NASTIEST grinding noise. I proceeded to drive to the doctor’s office, 15 minutes away, and the sound got worse the longer I drove. Not even 5 minutes after leaving the doctor, I was headed back to Valvoline bc I knew something wasn’t right, and on the way, my gas pedal locked up, car wouldn’t go past 25 and it started smelling like something was burning inside the car. I called Valvoline and was told a tow truck would be headed to me and would be at my location within the next hour. I waited 6 hours in the heat, by myself, not knowing anything. I kept calling and they kept saying they had no record of me previously calling. Once the store manager, Devin, arrived, he said he thought there could’ve been a problem before the oil change and not enough oil was spilled to mess the car up. Yea….. ok. It got towed to Memphis auto but even then I still had to wait 3 hours for the truck to get there. Memphis Auto verified that there was oil spilled in the motor and ALSO the screws were not screwed all the way back in so my oil leaked out. And they had the nerve to claim they didn’t do anything! After a month, I kept asking mechanics what to do and 1 recommended calling cooperate. After I contacted them, they admitted to it and the problem was resolved.. a long 3 and 1/2 months later. Through those 3 months, I received maybe 3 calls. The little information I received, I had to literally dig out of them, it was always “idk” or “we’re waiting on the area manager”. I could go on, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I do not recommend this place at all. Went for a simple oil change and ended up needing a whole new engine smdh. (I just got my car back yesterday, July 20). 1st time being serviced by anywhere else other than my usual place, definitely my last.

There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The staff were friendly and well informed, helping me choose the best oil for my old clunker of a car. Bonus points for the COVID precautions, thank you for keeping everyone safe!

We have been waiting in line for well over an hour while the employees seem to be chatting with each other. We cannot leave because the parking lot allows for one-way traffic only. No one has told us about any concerns impacting the service (ie:broken equipment/emergencies/etc). We just get to sit here and wait. Grossly unprofessional. Will not be returning. Do not recommend someone else waste his/her time waiting for such poor service.

Got my oil changed and a filter replaced. The service was fast and problem free, and the CSR gave me an extra discount with my coupon I used. I went at open, and I was in and out. Love it.

I have a 1993 Chevy Silverado truck and when I waited for more than a hour they said they didnt have 10 w 40 and tried to get me to buy a high price oil and when I left they gave me my window sticker in my hand. LET ME ADD THIS THEY TOLD ME THEY WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF 10 W 40 REGULAR OIL. They only High Milage Oil which was 25 Dollars more. So I had to go get 10 w 30 oil . Really a oil place ran out of oil!!!!!

It was super busy so it took an hour but the staff was friendly and helpful. They actually input a better coupon than the one I had! Will be coming back.

Got an oil change and after this service, I started my car and all my lights came on my dashboard so I said to the attendant that my lights were not on before you changed my oil he says take it to Autozone and I said what, I left call the customer service and she said take it back, I did the attendant check it and said this should not happen due to the oil change, so I left mad took it to Autozone and the guy snapped the line back on which they changed my air filter and my lights went off, something they failed to do. First time, last time

Drove right in. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. I stayed in the car and submitted a no-touch payment. They even send coupons via email. I am a return customer!

My daughter went and ask for a flush besides getting an oil change. As a young lady she did not know that it was more than one flush. She was also not quote a price. Had to drive home to get extra money. Transmission flush very expensive. Lesson learned get the price first.

Giving it 5 for speed, efficiency and competency. Found an issue with the last mechanic that changed my oil. For a 15 minute oil change...not bad.

Professional, fast & informative, but I would suggest letting a mechanic look at your car after they give suggestions on things your car may need other than an oil change.

Very quick service, could have done without them trying to up sell me the whole time my oil was being changed. Made me remember the reason why I hadnt been back since my first visit over a decade ago.

Opened 20 minutes late and still had the line of 5 cars waiting 30 more minutes after we were already there before opening, no apology for the very very long wait... I only picked this company because of the supposedly quick service. The technicians didn’t know the right information about my car. Needless to say I will never go to a Valvoline again! 10 minutes short of an hour of waiting with no one getting any service. I would’ve did better going to a neighborhood mechanic.

The Assistant Mgr Josh I believe was so nice. He helped me with the air pressure in my tires. Polite, smiling, and professional.

I had issues with my car after the visit!!! Was told by mechanic on site my mass intake sensor was bad or needed cleaning. After a month they had me come in . They connected a diagnosis testerto it which made my check engine light go off.they went to autozone bought some kind of spray cleaner and sprayed the housing around the filter,not didnt see them spray sensor so might have. My car did seem to run better but 6 days later now the check engine light is back on again. The only codes they got was the mass intake,O2 sensor and misfire all of which they said could be caused by the mass airflow sensor. I had previously had my oil changed at this location almost every month. And with all of those visits, I NEVER saw anyone have any type of tools or wrenches under my hood!!! Then my car wouldnt stay running for 10sec unless my mass airflow sensor was unplugged!! I think their fix was a temporary fix and they knew that. While I was there another woman also there was getting her radiator flushed in the parking lot!!! Antifreeze is fatal to domestic animals !!!! SO MY QUESTION HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD ISSUES SIMILAR ????? I was told by an employee off site that they dont have mechanics staffed at all their locations... Also I was charged for 6qt of oil when my vehicle calls for 4.5 max 5 with the filter using 1/2 quart,Si why 6 quarts???

The manager didnt know me and offered me a coupon on the Ill change. Everything from there was smooth sailing. The young lady Ra-Ra was very friendly and detailed! Five stars if they had replaced a valve stem properly which caused a flat tire. Otherwise fast and friendly.

Went in on April 1st an got an oil change. After they changed my oil they told me their internet was down. They wrote my card number down an said theyd run it when it came back up. Great!! Tonight, husband and I were driving. Car starts making a horrible noise. Gee, someone either didnt replace all the screws in my skid plate or didnt tighten them well enough. Guess I get to buy a new skid plate as mine is now destroyed from being drug on the ground.

I can in for a oil change and was talked into getting a transmission service.Immediately the next day my transmission started slipping.I took it back and the tech said my fluid was very low,so he added some more.I got a mile down the road and my Over drive light, starts flashing repeatedly and I wasnt able to turn it off.I called corporate and I was told to take my truck to a transmission shop to get a diagnostic on the transmission,after their many tests were performed,they came back positive, for enternal damaged, and low pressure.after that I faxed all the paperwork to thier corporate office.Long story short they damaged my transmission and found every excuse not to pay for their mistake.I recommend that no one does a transmission service with them without knowing there is a possibility that your transmission can be permently damaged.I have too much information to post everything,but moral of the story is Valvoline doesnt honor their work and screws over their customers.Through research, Ive discovered that Valvoline has had many customers with the same problem as me,transmission service gone bad,theyre numerous court cases filled
