As i said about Chuck Hutton is the same as i feel about the service center. They were very knowledgeable about the condition of my car and I will return and buy a vehicle from them! Shout out to Mark at Chuck Hutton Toyota!

I went to Chuck Hutton to purchase a vehicle. I test drove a few cars and requested the price and the test drive of another vehicle that I liked and the salesman refused. I guess he decided that he would choose a car for me. Well I did decide on a brand new 2020 Toyota, but when I was sent to the finance manager I felt pressured as he wanted me to sign documents that I should not have been signing at that time. Well I decided to wait, and good thing I did! I purchased the same vehicle, lower mileage, $3000 lower and no extra fees. ($688.00 document processing fee) Not to mention I received a rude phone call from James saying if I still want the car come get it, (his words) if not then fine, I can put it back on the lot. Unprofessional!

This a review about the service department only. The work is great everyone for the most is professional. There is a few service advisors that kind of gives you a little lip when you ask for a service. Every time I do a service with this advisor he questions why Im getting the service done. I remember I needed new tires for my camry he takes a quick walk around the car and comes back in a few seconds and tells me you dont need tires for that car. Those tires are fine. First of all it doesnt matter i f I need tires or not if Im the customer and Im paying for the service it shouldnt be an issue. Second of all its my property I want do to my property is none of your business, Im the paying customer. Third of all I just had a trained mechanic inspect my car who told yeah your tires are due for replacement. The same service advisor told my mom she couldnt get her hyundai elantra serviced here because its not a car bought here. I get that but it was the way he said. He came off a disrespectful towards her and I felt embarrassed to tell her to take the car here. I figured its a maintenance shop they should be able to service any car but, like i said I get that. They dont have the parts to fit the hyundai. The advisor couldve been more respectful. His exact words where I drive a subaru you dont see me bringing it here do you? That tone was disrespectful. Then he said with a grim too. The service advisors name was Bryan and he needs to told or trained how to talk to customers or Ill take my camry and my business to principle toyota or wolfchase. You guys better realize youre not the only toyota in town.

Went to get oil change, brakes, amd nitrogen in tires. Staff were so helpful and nice. Mark even told me upfront that there was a service charge for inspecting the brakes, but if I were to complete the service there the charge would go towards the work. I found that really helpful because there have been countless times that as a widowed woman, places dont tell you there is a fee until theyve already performed the task and then youre shelling out money for unexpected expenses. While waiting for the work to be performed we went to the waiting room that was just what we needed. A play area for the toddler, free iced cold dasani, and a charger pole for our phones, not to mention a comfortable seating area. When they were done, I didnt have a crying baby because he got to play, or an annoyed teenager because his phone was fully charged, and I got a phone call that they were done so no running back and forth checking. I will only take my toyota to this location from now on.
