Everyone here has treated us wonderfully. Only 1600 miles so far on our Fiat 500x but looking forward to many more. I appreciate the attention to detail from Sales to Service.

Ive been in contact with a few of the workers about buying a Fiat 500x. They said the couldnt finance me, so I got pre-approved. Suddenly then they could finance me. They said they could deliver the car for $1,000, at first I said no, but then worked out it would be cheaper and more convenient to do so. When I called and emailed to do this, that was it, no more communications- emails or phone calls. This has been an utter waste of my time, and considering Fiats arent exactly flying out the door in high demand, you think they would have been happy to have me as a customer.
Was a strange situation, bought a used car at another dealership but they sent it here for repairs that they covered in the purchase. Be that as it may, everyone, from the sales guy that met us in the parking lot and escorted us to thre service department and made sure we were taken care of before leaving us, to Rachel in the service dept making sure we were set before we left, everyone was fantastic, and support friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them in the future!
I went in for an oil change, something very simple. This simple task ended up taking 3 hours. IN THE EXPRESS LANE. AND, I find that my cars side rocker panels were popped off near the front wheel on both sides. The car was lifted poorly and I was not even notified about it. The fact that I was not told of this damage to my car is bizarre. I would not recommed Gossett Fiat for any task, even something as simple as an oil change.

I gave my grandson my car, while I was out of town, so he could get to work. His car broke down the day before I was to leave. The battery on my Fiat 500 L died two days later. He was in a panic. I called Mike Jones in the service department and he told me what to do to get the car to them. The battery was replaced and my grandson was back on the road. THANKS MIKE! You are a great service manager and a good friend.
I am always well taken care of @ this service dept. My hope is I can continue to receive this level of service as time goes by.
The service department for your car is terrible
This place is the WORST. We went in to look at a specific car, got it no problem. We were replacing a car that was totalled and specified we wanted a loan with the same compnay, which happened to be their #1 bank. They instead ran our credit 3 times to 3 different banks and got one with a higher interest rate and then told us Yeah, we got you the loan through *bank*.Frankie Franklin and his manager are the WORST salesmen on the face of this planet. Greedy, lying, awful people.You should be ashamed of yourselves.
The service was great other than the fact that there were greasy had prints on our car when we got it back. Mine you it needed to be washed but there could have been more care given when servicing our vehicle.
