The location off of Summer Ave in Memphis TN has great customer service n they made me smile, washed my windows top off all my fluids n oil and over all it was the best experience Ive had in along time when it comes to getting my oil changed, Id like to thank everyone at that location

Derek and his team were amazing!!! As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and the service was done pretty quick. They checked my filters, put air in my tires, and had me check the actual oil change. Derek even gave my dog a treat while waiting. Will absolutely go back again! Thank you all so much for the help today and the exceptional service!!!!!

The young men that work at this location was so professional and knowledgeable. They were able to change my filters and oil within 10 mins! Im never going back to the dealership for oil changes.

So glad we pulled out of jiffy lube and decided to come here. Ryan was so professional in explaining everything to us. They offered us waters which was a first for us. Definitely coming here again! I need a oil change and I went to this place on summer at 5:44pm and they said they were closed but when I looked up the time they closed before I waisted my gas to drive out here it says they close at 6pm. They were being nonchalant and rude with it.

Not the normal town or Take 5 that I frequent but the service and hospitality were even better than in my hometown from the guys I actually know. Super impressed with J. and Payton. Excellent service!

I normally just change oil at home but this time i had no time i was due to make a out of town trip and against my better judgement i decided to go to take 5 on my way to work the service was friendly n theyexplained everything, i told the guy i traveled alot n winded up getting more exspensive oil which is no biggy!!! however something was done incorrect bc on my way home from work which is literally 2 mins from take 5 check engine light popped up n oil psi was reading only 8 .. I immediately called them and derek got on phone told me to bring it in, i got there he checked everything said nothing was wrong ... However something was bc after vehicle was serviced by him the second time no issue since.. i was very upset but do appreciate derek and his understanding of situation n wanting to make it right ... ( said it was a oil pump ) funny thing i havent had any issues up until they serviced it ) just be aware ..

Mike and his team were so friendly and happy- which is an unexpected bright spot in these trying times. While they quickly changed my oil, aired my tires, cleaned my windows and checked the essentials- I was able to joke and laugh with the registration technician. They honored my discounts, and filled me in on the details of services available between oil changes. Most importantly- they showed me my oil stick to verify the viscosity, color, and level. Im lucky to have found this place and will certainly keep going back.

K so I got a coupon for half off an oil change at take went in spent 127.00 got the full synthetic 90 bones or soon my wifes car.it was knocking for about the last two days.my stick.says it was k for another two thousand miles well I dont know what oil they used it looked like it was separating on the stick.be careful with take five unless they change their venders . If I would have waited till the sticker date I would be making payments on a car that would be junk.

I just got off work and decided to try take 5 since valvoline doesnt open for another hour. I give 3 stars for customer service bc the service rep has 3 cars in front of me and hes here by himself. On behalf of the company thats just shotty customer service. Its a holiday weekend and you open with one person? I know itll be less of a wait than the dealership but I may stick to what I know and go to valvoline next time, where I know theyll take care of me and get me in and out in a timely fashion.Update. I thought I was paying 24.99 for an oil change but it wasnt throughly explained that I was getting money off a $62 oil change. I replaced both filters in my sonata as well. The sticker shock at the end. They applied another $5 off but its bill time. I live alone and every dollar counts. Ill leave it at 3 stars and I didnt know you get a top off every 3k miles. Overall my experience was pleasant but the price was the only exception. I ran to auto zone and went back for them to replace my cabin filter. The rest of the staff showed up as I was next in line.

I had told myself that I wasnt gonna leave a Google Review. But after receiving a call from a representative from the company and all he could really say was We have some COUPONS that you can use on your next visit.I went in for a oil change and wiper replacement. Two days later it began to rain and I turned on my wipers and after 10 seconds of them being on I heard a pop sound. The driver side wiper had popped off. It was raining hard so I had to pull to the shoulder to avoid traffic and possibly causing a wreck. Ive never been in a situation like this and just so happen my kids were not with me. I had to purchase another driver side wiper because it was damaged and almost cracked my windshield. This could have been a very serious problem that COUPONS could never fix.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was not disappointed. Each crew member was polite and professional. If I could give negative 0 stars, I would! I went to the Summer Ave Take 5 location on March 7th. March 19th my car was over heating and kinda sluggish. Took it to Autozone where an employee did a quick fluid check for me. Entire car was BONE DRY!!!!!!! He filled up all the fluids, INCLUDING THE OIL, car picked up driving just fine after that. These Take 5 guys struck me as in a hurry, and unskilled. Also prices way too high. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was with my niece while she was getting her oil checked. The service is satisfactory if you dont mind waiting a few minutes. Dont side is they quoted $19.95 or $20.00 for cheapest oil change but charged $34.00.

Different CrewWhen I pulled up I was not greeted properly. The employee told me I dont need an oil change yet as of he did not want my business i was shy of 700 miles before my oil change but since i was commuting to work further I decided to get one and take advantage of the 50% off coupon. I will not visiting this location again and also the pit worker dropped my oil cap inside my car and it took 20 minutes to get it out.

I went to get my tires checked because my pressure light came on. Turns out all 4 tires were low, these guys checked them immediately and filled them all up. I was needing an oil change bad and was in a hurry. My regular place (Valvoline) was too busy for my needs so I took a chance on this place solely on the name. I never read a review or anything. I thought it would be quick, and it was quick but Take 5 cost more than valvoline and they didn’t provide any services like filling the tires, filling up wiper fluid. They did an oil change and that was it. The most unpleasant part of the experience was how disorganized the service team was and just an overall feeling of lack of experience from the coworkers. I won’t be returning

They were under 15mins and the staff was rather friendly in tone, showing my vehicles condition, and to each other. The only thing that keeps me from rating this 5stars is because dude lost track of how many quarts he was supposed to use and they had to drain it and repour.

Came through here with our campervan on our extended road trip from Winnipeg, CAN and was blown away by the service and care. We were greated immediately upon arriving on their lots. Our van is an extended high roof (about 9foot 6inches) and we were assured that they could fit us into a bay and got to work unhooking the bungee straps so that we could exit no problem.The staff were all positive, energetic and professional. When I acquired about them filling up our tire pressure they informed me that they were already done...
