Always receive top notch service. I’ve had necklaces, watches, even glasses repaired at this shop. It’s always done right. It may take a week, but it’s because so many people utilize his service. I have no complaints :)

I really had high expectations for this place because they had such great reviews. I dropped my Dads Omega watch off for a crystal and band replacement on April 3rd. The guy at the counter said 2 weeks. No problem, Im fine with that. I was in no rush. I call after 2 weeks because I never got a call. Another 2 weeks. Ok. I can deal. No calls. Nothing. I called 2 more times and kept getting put off. I was promised a phone call this past Tuesday because the watch guy will be here. Where was he the past month?? Never heard from anyone.. Finally, I got fed up and went to pick up the watch that never got fixed and I never got one phone call. The guy at the counter seemed put out and had trouble finding the watch. Yeah? Well, if you had just told me from the get go that it would take 6 weeks, I probably would have been ok with that. Dont keep promising things you cant deliver on.

I have passed Cunninghams watch and jewelry store many times but it never occurred to me to stop in until I needed batteries for several watches. I was absolutely amazed at the great customer service Craig Cunningham provided and the reasonable cost he charged for battery replacement. I quickly realized this store is truly a jewel sitting right here in Midtown Memphis. I was further impressed with Craigs knowledge of jewelry and how to rate the quality of precious stones, diamonds, gold, platinum, silver and zirconium. I have found my jewelry store. PS. While I was awaiting service a client walked in with a necklace and needed the clasp fixed. Craig fixed it did not charge her a dime. Impressive I must say.

I needed a second hand and crystal put on my vintage 1950s watch. After dropping my watch off and expecting to have it back within a week I was never contacted by the shop. Instead of 1 week it took almost 2 months before my watch was ready and during that time I never received a single phone call from the shop. I did all of the leg work as far as calling to get an initial quote on the cost and any updates after that. Every time I called, and I did so about 10 times, they did not seem to know where they were in the process of having my watch fixed. Finally 2 months later Im able to come pick it up. Remember this is just a second hand and crystal being put on. Nothing extremely intricate. The moment I walked into the shop the owner begins to cover his butt by immediately going into excuse mode for why everything took so long. It cost me over $200 for these simple repairs. Do yourself a favor and just google how much a second hand and crystal cost. I asked if we could knock off a little of the price being that it took almost 8X the expected turnaround time and his response is that they wish that they waited on giving me a quote because he probably could have charged over $300 for it. I have at least four more vintage watches I need repaired but I guarantee you I am not taking them here after this initial experience. As far as repairs go I would try your luck somewhere else. Send it out of town if you have to.

Nice guy but he charges too much for the smallest thing . I had a pin come out of my watch band. I took the watch, band, and pin up there and asked him to rettach it. $8. It took him 20 seconds and he didnt have to use any of his own material. Twice before he charged me $10 to replace a lost pin. Im done with him and wont be recommending him to anyone.

Not only was the customer service great but the quality of work was amazing. I had a ring resized and it was perfect. Unfortunately, I had to go back to original jewelry store to replace ring b/c of defects. So instead of going back to this place I went to mall and they did a horrible job. They did not blend the metal well. Craig on Cleveland I should have came back to you. SMH on trying to save money.
